Aim of the work This study investigates risk factors and underlying causes of 30-day readmission following elective isolated coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).

The 2018 Food and Drug Administration approval of andexanet alfa provides an alternative anticoagulation reversal. Barriers may limit utilization of new medications including a lack of grade 1A evidence supporting the use of prothrombin complex concentrate (PCC) versus andexanet alfa and cost. การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ 1) พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการตนเองแบบครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน 2) พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการตนเองแบบครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมผ่านแอปพลิเคชันกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีจำนวน 46 ครอบครัว ของครอบครัวผู้ผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภทที่เข้ารับการรักษาแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์คัดเข้า โดยจับคู่ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน ด้วยอายุและระดับของพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาใกล้เคียงกัน สุ่มเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 23 ครอบครัว กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการตนเองแบบครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลปกติ เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ 1) โปรแกรมการจัดการตนเองแบบครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน 2) แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษา 3) แบบประเมินการจัดการตนเองเพื่อพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทชุมชน และ4) แบบประเมินการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวเพื่อการจัดการตนเองของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทชุมชน ได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน มีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคเท่ากับ .85, .80 และ .80 ตามลำดับ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการตนเองแบบครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมผ่านแอปพลิเคชันสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ค่าเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาตามเกณฑ์การรักษาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการตนเองแบบครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมผ่านแอปพลิเคชันสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนอาการออทิสติกของเด็กออทิสติกวัยเรียนก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการความรู้สึกถูกตีตราร่วมแบบกลุ่มโดยการสนับสนุนทางอินเทอร์เน็ตของผู้ดูแล และเปรียบเทียบผลต่างค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนอาการออทิสติกของเด็กออทิสติกวัยเรียนที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการความรู้สึกถูกตีตราร่วมแบบกลุ่มโดยการสนับสนุนทางอินเทอร์เน็ตของผู้ดูแลกับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ดูแลเด็กออทิสติกวัยเรียนที่มีอายุ 6-12 ปี ได้แก่ บิดา มารดา จำนวน 40 คน มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์และเข้ารับบริการที่แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก สถาบันราชานุกูล โดยได้รับการจับคู่ระยะเวลาการดูแลและระดับอาการออทิสติก แล้วสุ่มเข้ากลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม จำนวน 20 คู่ กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมฯ เป็นระยะเวลา 3 สัปดาห์ ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินอาการออทิสติกของโรคออทิสซึม โปรแกรมการจัดการความรู้สึกถูกตีตราร่วมแบบกลุ่มโดยการสนับสนุนทางอินเทอร์เน็ตของผู้ดูแล และแบบประเมินความรู้สึกถูกตีตราร่วม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปดังนี้ 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนอาการออทิสติกของเด็กออทิสติกวัยเรียนที่ได้รับโปรแกรมฯ น้อยกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ

Exposure to hydrochloric acid (HCl) can provoke acute and chronic lung injury. Because of its extensive production for industrial use, frequent accidental exposures occur, making HCl one of the top five chemicals causing inhalation injuries. There are no Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved treatments for HCl exposure. การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลองศึกษาแบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการอาการร่วมกับการควบคุมความโกรธ และเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการอาการร่วมกับการควบคุมความโกรธ กับกลุ่มที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่เข้ารับการรักษาในแผนกผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลสวนสราญรมย์ จำนวน 50 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เพื่อคัดกรองให้ได้กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ต้องการศึกษาและควบคุมความแปรปรวน แล้วนำมาจับสลากหากลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง หลังจากนั้นคัดเลือกผู้ป่วยที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์การคัดเข้า และจับคู่ที่มีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกันในด้านเพศ และ คะแนนทางบวก แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 25 คน กลุ่มควบคุม 25 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับกิจกรรมการจัดการอาการร่วมกับการควบคุมความโกรธ กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมการจัดการอาการร่วมกับการควบคุมความโกรธ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว (KR-20 = .85) แบบวัดการแสดงความโกรธ (α = .81) และแบบประเมินความสามารถในการจัดการกับอาการทางบวก (α = .82) และแบบประเมินอาการทางบวก (α = .83) ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1 (CVI = 1.00) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติค่าที ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของกลุ่มทดลองภายหลังได้รับการจัดการอาการร่วมกับการควบคุมความโกรธต่ำกว่าก่อนได้รับการจัดการอาการร่วมกับการควบคุมความโกรธ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการจัดการอาการร่วมกับการควบคุมความโกรธต่ำกว่าผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

This randomized controlled trial with a repeated-measures design aimed to compare changes in primary outcome which is alcohol use comprised of both amount (grams/week) and frequency (days/week), and secondary outcomes which are severity of alcohol-related problems and intention to use alcohol among men aged 35-44 with hazardous alcohol use who residing in the community.
