Maternal nutritional needs increase during lactation. However, the energy intake of breastfeeding mothers usually still falls short of the recommended adequacy levels. This study aimed to identify the dominant factor of energy intake in breastfeeding mothers in Sawangan District, Depok City, Indonesia. This quantitative study used a cross-sectional design from July 2022 to February 2023. Energy intake, dietary diversity, and eating frequency were collected using 24-hour food recall. Stunting and anemia remain the coexisting nutritional problems among Indonesian children. However, evidence of household-level food expenditure and its association with child stunting and anemia is limited. This study aimed to observe the association between household food expenditure typology and child stunting and anemia in Indonesia. Data was obtained from the 2007 and 2014 Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS). The household food expenditure, child nutritional status, and anemia were observed in 2007 and 2014. The key strategy to address suicide in adolescents is school-based suicidal prevention by adapting a screening instrument to the local culture and policymakers’ perception of suicide. This study aimed to develop an instrument for the early detection of risk for suicidal ideation and identify influential risk factors for suicidal ideation among high school students in Jakarta, Indonesia. This study was conducted in 2018 with a mixed-method design (quantitative and qualitative approaches). University X offers free drinking water facilities. However, it has a significant problem in accessing safe drinking water. This study aimed to examine the microbial and chemical parameters of the free drinking water facilities at University X. The microbial quality was assessed by evaluating the total coliform bacteria, and the chemical parameter assessment, substances such as nitrate, iron, manganese, hexavalent chromium, and fluoride were analyzed across 12 water samples from various locations within the university. Indonesia ranked third in Southeast Asia for Sugar-Sweetened Beverages (SSBs) consumption in 2022, with a consumption rate of 20.23 liters/person/year. According to Riskesdas in 2018, 61.3% of the Indonesian population consumed more than once a day and 47.5% in 2023. This study aims to understand the patterns and levels of SSB consumption among various factors in students of SMA Negeri 68 Jakarta in 2024. The temporary operating room rates were set by adapting the rates of other regional hospitals and the Governor of DKI Jakarta's regulations. Starch is one of the widely required excipients in pharmaceutical dosage forms manufacturing. Indonesia’s rich biodiversity, encompassing tubers like arrowroot, taro beneng, porang, ganyong and yams, harbours the potential for novel starch excipient sources. These tubers provide starch variations with distinct functional properties influenced by the natural starch granules’ properties and amylose-amylopectin ratio. Previous research utilizing natural and modified starches from these tubers has demonstrated their potential in pharmaceutical formulation. Introduction. The Get with the Guidelines-Heart Failure (GWTG-HF) risk score is a widely utilized and validated tool for assessing prognosis in patients with heart failure. Inflammation significantly contributes to the pathophysiology of heart failure, evidenced by platelet activation and a reduction in lymphocyte counts. Consequently, the platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) may function as a prognostic biomarker in this population. Introduction. The prognosis for patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) is generally poor because most cases are diagnosed at an advanced stage. Several studies indicate that HCC is more prevalent and has a worse prognosis among younger individuals. This study aims to identify and compare the variations in survival rates between early and late-onset HCC patients at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital and investigate the factors that impact survival outcomes in both groups.

Psoas abscess is a rare condition with an unclear clinical presentation where there is a collection of pus in the iliopsoas compartment. The most common cause of an iliopsoas abscess is infection with Staphylococcus aureus. Mycobacterium tuberculosis rarely causes psoas abscesses, with an incidence of about 10–30% of extrapulmonary tuberculosis and only 3% of tuberculosis in general. Chronic respiratory disease such as obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and obesity-hypoventilation syndrome (OHS) remain are respiratory sleeping disorder that gradually affect quality of life. Comprehensive treatment such as the use of non-invasive ventilation (NIV) is a method adopted to improve the patient’s quality of life. The correct choice of NIV mode, mask and titration methods will provide optimal therapeutic effects to the patient. This article review lays out an update on the use of non-invasive ventilation as the treatment of OSA and OHS.

Shallots from Brebes, also called Bima Brebes, have a more pungent aroma compared to other varieties. Its high demand results in increased prices in the market, leading to frequent cases of fraud wherein Bima Brebes shallots are replaced with other types of shallots. This study aimed to develop an analytical method using gas chromatography–flame ionization detector (GC-FID) fingerprinting combined with chemometrics to authenticate Bima Brebes shallots. Essential oils were extracted through ultrasonic hydrodistillation, followed by organoleptic, refractive index, GC-FID fingerprinting and chemometric analysis. Potent radiolabelled compounds eligible for therapy of prostate cancer need to be developed. Hence, we developed two candidate therapeutic agents bearing the iodine-131 (131I) radionuclide, namely, [131I]-xanthine (3,7-dihydropurine-2,6-dione) and [131I]-hypoxanthine (1,9-dihydro-6H-purin-6-one). The radiolabelled compounds were subjected to a cellular uptake study, which was accomplished by incubating [131I]-xanthine and [131I]-hypoxanthine with the human prostate cancer cell line (LNCaP) for 5, 15, 30, 60, and 90 min. In this study, quantitative structure–activity relationship (QSAR) analysis was conducted on 20 homologous compounds of benzimidazole derivatives. The structures of the benzimidazole derivatives were optimized using the semiempirical Parameterized Model 3 method of HyperChem for Windows 8.0 to obtain 14 descriptors. Then, multiple linear regression (MLR) analysis was performed using the backward method. The results of the MLR analysis obtained four new QSAR equation models. Based on statistical criteria, model 1 was determined as the best QSAR equation model in predicting the theoretical IC50 values of the new benzimidazole derivatives. Objective: This study aimed to assess the anatomical length of the mandibular incisive canal and anterior loop and the distance to surrounding structures. Methods: Our study was conducted on 70 cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) films of 70 Vietnamese adult outpatients (40 females, 30 males) at Hanoi Medical University, Vietnam. Human teeth are unique since one population’s dental pattern might differ from another. Such specific dental characteristics, such as the incisor, are observable in each dentition. Objective: his study analyzed the population differences in Javanese and Chinese-Indonesian populations through observations of the incisal traits, namely winging, shoveling, and double shoveling.
