Driven by educational digital transformation and the iterative advancement of artificial intelligence (AI), university physical education is undergoing a paradigm shift from an "experience-driven" to a "data-driven" model. Method: Based on the theoretical framework of digital educational transformation, this study systematically explores the value positioning, technical pathways, and practical challenges of AI in reforming physical education. Given the lack of pharmacological interventions, exercise remains a critical strategy for managing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), with its efficacy well-established. Different exercise modalities induce distinct physiological stress profiles, potentially exerting differential effects on NAFLD. As NAFLD is considered a hepatic manifestation of systemic metabolic dysregulation, this study comprehensively compared the therapeutic effects of moderate-intensity continuous training (MICT), high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and resistance training (RT) on NAFLD across multiple metabolic dimensions: liver fat, glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, and central obesity. To investigate the intervention effect of cognitively challenging sports games on the balance ability of children. Forty-two children with ADHD aged 7-11 years (randomly divided into a test group n=20 and a control group n=22) and 20 healthy children were included in the study. To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise, caloric restriction, and their combined intervention on NLRP3 inflammasome activation and macrophage M1/M2 polarization in the liver of db/db mice, and to elucidate their potential mechanisms in alleviating hepatic inflammation. Thirty-two mice were randomly divided into four groups (n=8/group): control (CON), aerobic exercise (AE), caloric restriction (CR), and combined intervention (ECR). The AE group underwent treadmill running at 50%-55% VO2max for 1 h/day, 5 days/week. The CR group received 70% of the CON group’s daily food intake. Based on the theoretical framework of exercise prescription, this study systematically evaluates the intervention efficacy of exercise rehabilitation techniques at different frequencies on cervical dysfunction in university students with cervical spondylosis, aiming to provide evidence-based support for constructing campus cervical health management programs. A triple-blind randomized controlled trial was conducted, enrolling 14 university students diagnosed with cervical spondylosis according to ICD-11 criteria. This study explores the impact of occupational prestige—measured by the International Standard Classification of Occupations Prestige Scale (SIOPS)—and intergenerational family capital on PA engagement among Chinese adults. Additionally, it examines whether government policy interventions can alleviate these inequalities. Lower back injuries, which affect sports performance and activities of daily life, are high frequency injury site experienced by table tennis players. However, studies on physical fitness among youth table tennis players are scarce. The shot put is a technically demanding track and field event requiring strength and coordination. This study introduces a novel technique combining the glide-step with rotational delivery, aiming to enhance throwing performance. While traditional glide and rotation techniques have been well-studied, the kinematic characteristics of this hybrid approach remain unexplored. The abuse of androstenedione, an endogenous steroid hormone, among athletes to enhance performance is a significant concern in sports. Current anti-doping detection methods are limited by short detection windows and high false-positive rates, largely due to the transient nature of primary metabolites. To address these challenges, this study employs computer-aided drug design (CADD) to identify stable, long-acting metabolites of androstenedione that can extend the detection window and improve anti-doping efficacy.
