The article analyses features of Internet terms in formation of borrowings. Analysis of the structure of Internet terminology in Uzbek shows that majority of Internet terms are borrowed from English and some of them are borrowed from Russian. This is the main point of researching problems of borrowings, structural features of Internet terms in the Uzbek language.
