The Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution will honor Ambassador George Moose, as the 25th recipient of the International Advocate for Peace Award. Ambassador Moose has served as U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Benin and to the Republic of Senegal eventually ascending to the role of Assistant Secretary of African Affairs and U.S. Permanent Representative to the European Office of the United Nations in Geneva. Between 2007- 2025 Ambassador Moose held leadership positions at the United States Institute of Peace, ultimately leading the organization as CEO.

Cybersecurity Undergraduate Research Showcase

The rapid advancements in generative artificial intelligence has introduced new challenges in the production and distribution of synthetic child sexual abuse material (CSAM). AI has the capabilities of creating highly realistic imagery and videos, which  raises serious legal and ethical concerns, increasing the risk of harm, exploitation, and revictimization.

This paper discusses the legal improvements needed in order to lower the change of legal loopholes, how digital forensic analyst use advanced tools to identify and investigate synthetic material, and different methods to start the reduction of synthetic CSAM.

This research examines the legal issue concerning the administration of regional government in Nusantara Capital City (IKN) which has been consider by some scholars as demonstrating deviations from the principle of decentralization. This research takes a position contrary to the mainstream legal discourse that argues there is a conceptual deviation in the model of regional governance in IKN. This research is normative legal research employing a conceptual approach and statutory approach with data collected through library research.
