Ganglion cysts are among the most common benign soft tissue masses encountered in podiatric clinical practice, and their diagnosis is often presumed based on location, clinical observation, and transillumination. However, this case highlights a diagnostic idiosyncrasy: a lesion clinically presumed to be a ganglion cyst within the plantar fascia was ultimately identified as an angioleiomyoma following surgical excision and histopathological evaluation. This finding underscores the importance of maintaining a broad differential diagnosis when assessing cystic lesions, particularly those that transilluminate, as benign vascular tumors may closely mimic more common entities in both clinical presentation and imaging. Purpose:

This retrospective study compared dosimetric differences between prone left whole breast radiation (WBRT) treatment plans originally generated for Halcyon using 6X flattening- filter-free (FFF) beams and replanned for a conventional TrueBeam using 6X beams.

Methods:

Ten prone whole left breast treatment plans were paired and retrospectively analyzed. Clinically treated Halcyon 6X flattening filter free plans were replanned on TrueBeam using flattened 6X beams in Eclipse v16.1. Contours for all plans were generated using artificial intelligence-based autosegmentation, reviewed by a medical dosimetrist and radiation oncologist, and forward planned with a tangent technique in EZFluence to achieve identical planning objectives. Purpose To examine the impact of fast magnetic resonance (MR) protocols on sedation requirements, patient tolerance, workflow efficiency, and diagnostic accuracy in musculoskeletal and brain imaging.

Method An integrative literature review was conducted using PubMed, CINAHL, and Google Scholar to identify peer-reviewed, original research articles published between 2019 and 2026. Studies were selected for relevance, human subjects, and outcomes related to sedation, patient experience, or diagnostic effectiveness.

Purpose To examine the generational purpose gap in healthcare by identifying the psychological and environmental factors underlying early-career disengagement and late-career reconnection.

Method An integrative literature review was conducted using four academic databases. An artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted thematic synthesis was applied to extract and organize findings within a standardized analytic matrix. To ensure accuracy and rigor, all AI-generated outputs were validated against the original source data.

Method A systematic review was conducted using major databases for studies published between 2020 and 2026. Purpose To explore how radiologic technologists experience and respond to situations involving fall-risk patients who decline assistance during imaging procedures.

Method A cross-sectional survey design was used to collect data from practicing radiologic technologists recruited through the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. Descriptive statistics, including frequencies and percentages, were analyzed using SPSS to summarize participant responses, and a thematic analysis was conducted on open-ended responses.
