Since World War II, raising public spending has been one of the main policies to address recessions. A wealth of literature about austerity and fiscal consolidation has been published to analyze the different fiscal stabilization plans executed by several countries worldwide. This paper aims to demonstrate that fiscal plans based on spending cuts are more effective in achieving public finance equilibrium and boosting growth and employment. We focus the analysis on four examples: Germany, Ireland, Spain, and Chile, and reach three conclusions. Relationship researchers often assume that satisfying relationships are healthy, but is this true? We examined whether different types of college dating relationships exist if we analyze elements of relationship health that included not only global relationship satisfaction, but patterns of communication, intimate partner violence, and positive and negative appraisals of one's partner. To do this, we used latent mixture modeling in a large sample of students in committed relationships (N = 1935). This study aims to investigate its performance indicators through the growth of total factor productivity (TFP) and its determinants, such as imported raw materials, exports, absorptive capacity, firm size, market concentration, and capital ownership. Objective Sexual minority men (SMM) of colour are disproportionately impacted by HIV and bacterial STIs (bSTIs). To better understand within-group heterogeneity and differential risk factors by race and ethnicity, we sought to examine rates of undiagnosed HIV and rectal bSTI at the intersection of racial and ethnic identity with other sociodemographic factors.

A questionnaire has been designed and distributed to the faculty members of community colleges at King Khalid University in a random sample method. The chosen sample size has covered (123) individuals. Questionnaire forms have been distributed and retrieved from (117) participants. Perspective-taking, whether through imagination or virtual-reality interventions, seems to improve intergroup relations; however, which intervention leads to better outcomes remains unclear. This preregistered study collected measures of empathy and race bias from 90 participants, split into one of three perspective-taking groups: embodied perspective-taking, mental perspective-taking, and a control group. We drew on virtual-reality technology alongside a Black confederate across all conditions. البحث يهدف لدراسة وتحليل التكاليف البيئية على اساس الانشطة في معمل سمنت الكوفة و دراسة مؤشرات الاداء ومعرفة مدى الاستفادة منها بتخفيض التكاليف البيئية في معمل سمنت الكوفة, من خلال تطبيق مؤشرات الكفاءة والفاعلية والاقتصادية باعتبارها احد اهم انواع مؤشرات الاداء، اذ ان المشكلة التي يعاني منها معمل سمنت الكوفة هي عدم استخدام التقنيات المحاسبية الحديثة وكذلك عدم احتساب التكاليف البيئية التي تسببها أنشطتها الصناعية بالإضافة لعدم وجود ستراتيجية يتبعها معمل سمنت الكوفة بتخفيض التكاليف البيئية, فان هذه التكاليف البيئية لها أثار سلبية على البيئة والمجتمع , فقد تم اختيار معمل سمنت الكوفة مجالا للبحث كونه من اكثر الوحدات الاقتصادية …

يعد الأقتصاد العراقي من أكثر الأقتصاديات في العالم غنى بالموارد الطبيعية وبالأخص النفط ألا أن واقع النمو والتنمية الأقتصادية لا يعكسان هذه الوفرة في الموارد بسبب تعاقب الأحداث السياسية والأقتصادية خلال فترات زمنية تمتد لعشرات السنين ، فنشوب الحروب المتعاقبة أثر على معدلات النمو الأقتصادي وعلى الموارد المالية المخصصة بصورة جعلت الأقتصاد العراقي يتصف بالريعية وعدم التنوع هذا الى جانب أن السياسات الأقتصادية المتخذة والمطبقة في البلد أتسمت بالتقلب تبعاً لأختلاف هذه الأحداث السياسية وتأثيرها على المسيرة التنموية ، لذلك جاء هذا البحث ليركز على السياسة المالية والنقدية وعلاقتهما النمو الأقتصادي في العراق خلال المدة 1990-2016.

تسعى هذه الدراسة الى أستكشاف دور صراع المهمة النسبي في تفسير العلاقة بين ثقافة الخطأ التنظيمي وأداء مقدمي الخدمة في مجموعة من المصارف الحكومية والأهلية في محافظات الفرات الأوسط (المثنى, الديوانية, الحلة, كربلاء), إذ بلغت عينة الدراسة الحالية (40) مدير مصرفي و (259) عاملاً مع اختلاف تحصيلهم العلمي ومناصبهم الإدارية. وتضم الدراسة ثلاث متغيرات رئيسية وهي المتغير المستقل المتمثل بثقافة الخطأ التنظيمي, والمتغير الوسيط متمثلاً بصراع المهمة النسبي والمتغير المعتمد فهو متغير اداء مقدمي الخدمة. وقد استخدمت أداة قياس تم أعدادها في ضوء الدراسات السابقة من أجل جمع بيانات الدراسة. وتضم الدراسة ثلاث فرضيات رئيسة تتمثل بأختبار العلاقة بين ثقافة …
