This explanatory study investigates the motivations behind data professionals' willingness or resistance to implementing data policies and procedures, utilizing the Theory of Planned Behavior and Psychological Ownership as frameworks. Through interviews with 21 data professionals, the research explains how factors such as perceived control, ownership, and attitudes towards data processes influence their motivation. The study tests key propositions, including the impact of perceived time burdens, bureaucratic procedures, and organizational expectations on data governance engagement. For many, symptom resolution occurs relatively quickly after traumatic brain injury (TBI), however some people experience symptoms that can last for months and even years. Apathy is a symptom that can cause disruption after TBI. While cannabis has been suggested to treat several symptoms and conditions related to TBI, given the historical association with apathy, investigation of the relationship is imperative. This research study examined perceptions of attraction to different organizational characteristics based on an individual’s Career Stage in Super’s (1980) life-span model. Using a diverse sample of 230 participants in the U.S. workforce 18 years or older, the study manipulated the opposing Reputation and flexible working arrangement (FWA) conditions of a hypothetical hiring organization in the technology industry. The results indicated that the main effects of Reputation and FWAs on general attraction, intention to pursue, perceived economic citizenship, and perceived ethical citizenship were significant. Objective: To test whether a personality feedback intervention improves three domains of cancer self-management: self-awareness, self-efficacy, and positive affect. Methods: From 11/2020-02/2021, 372 adults diagnosed with cancer participated in a randomized controlled trial (RCT) of an intervention that entailed reading a brief personality-related excerpt during an online survey. Eligibility included self-reported age ≥ 18 years, current or past cancer diagnosis, and ability to read English. The survey included a baseline assessment with a personality questionnaire, then randomized participants to one of two groups. However, minimal studies have evaluated the use of BSP outside of school settings. The researcher has chosen to examine five factors that might affect consumers’ perception towards electronic payment: benefit, ease of use, self-efficacy, trust, and security. This study has advanced knowledge as it provides information on the current state of e-payment acceptance and use, particularly among Malaysians. Lane departure crashes are one of the most prevalent accidents in Florida and the United States. Various forms of rumble strips have been employed to mitigate and decrease these incidents. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) recently adopted a new sinusoidal rumble strip pattern for statewide implementation of audible and vibratory treatment (AVT). Recent research indicates sinusoidal rumble strips are highly effective in alerting drivers audibly and through tactile vibrations, thus aiding lane departure prevention. Genomic instability disorders are characterized by DNA or chromosomal instability, resulting in various clinical manifestations, including developmental anomalies, immunodeficiency, and increased risk of developing cancers beginning in childhood. Many of these genomic instability disorders also present with exquisite sensitivity to anticancer treatments such as ionizing radiation and chemotherapy, which may further increase the risk of second cancers. Examining the evolution of healthcare, leaders in patient experience (PX) have played a pivotal role in shaping a more compassionate and human-centered landscape. This three-part multi-modal descriptive study aimed to investigate shared traits, skills, and characteristics among PX leaders in hospital settings. Employing a transformational leadership self-assessment tool and a guided interview process, recurring themes surfaced. The majority of participants reported employing a transformational leadership style. PX leaders emphasized the significance of communication, empathy, adaptability, teamwork, presence, and relationship-building in their roles. This study explores the experiences of individuals from ethnic minority backgrounds using electronic medical records (EMRs) and identifies strategies to improve the inclusivity and usability of EMRs, aiming to reduce the digital divide in their access and use. A rapid review of the literature was conducted using Medline, Embase, and CINAHL databases to identify relevant studies published between 2010 and November 2023, with the assistance of a medical librarian.
