Even though gender diversity of characters has increased in television shows and films, this study hypothesized that female characters who are presented as feminist icons function as feminist backlash and perpetuate negative and harmful stereotypes. This was found to be especially true for career-focused women. Applying a cultural studies approach to reading television and film studies through a feminist lens identified the antifeminist factors that continue to cause the perpetual loop of independent women reverting to dated social roles. Applications of time series models serve two different purposes: (1) as forecasting techniques, they are used to project the trajectory of a variable of interest during a certain number of future periods; (2) in the analysis of interventions, they are used to evaluate the effect of a significant disturbance on the process being studied. We use both types of application to study monthly tax revenues in Guatemala. Accuracy in predicting customer demand is essential to building an economic inventory policy under periodic review, long lead-time, and a target fill rate. This study uses inventory and customer service level as a stock control metric to evaluate the forecast accuracy of different simple to more complex predictive analytical techniques. We show how traditional forecast error measures are inappropriate for inventory control, despite their consistent usage in many studies, by evaluating demand forecast performance dynamically with customer service level as a stock control metric that includes inventory holdings costs, stock out costs, and fill rate service levels. Research Aims: The purpose of this study is to determine the underlying reasons behind the management’s tax compliance and non-compliance decisions. Design/methodology/approach: This study employed a mixed-method research approach in which the scale observations of taxpayers’ tax compliance practices and the taxpayers' lived experiences and perspectives about tax where integrated. The quantitative approach utilized binary logistic regression, and the qualitative approach used thematic and joint-result analyses. Research Aims: The digitalization of work forced by the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has led to excessive job demands that might reduce psychological well-being. Hence, this study aims to explore the relationship between digital leadership and psychological well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Design/Methodology/Approach: A total of 1,899 managers participated in this study. A logistic regression analysis was performed to test for associations between well-being and digital leadership skills. Research Aims: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of transformational leadership dimensions (TL) and job-based psychological ownership (PO) on nonfamily employee international intrapreneurship in family firms (FFs). Design/methodology/approach: The study adopted a sample of 246 key role nonfamily employees at 118 family-owned export and import SMEs in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The data are analysed using a partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM).
