Negative emotions occur across all genders and age groups, but their prevalence is notably higher in women during and after perimenopause. This study aims to analyze the effects of a treadmill-based exercise program on depression, anxiety, and stress in community-dwelling Chinese women. Additionally, it seeks to investigate whether these changes are associated with physical changes, such as improvements in body composition or body satisfaction. Preschool children's physical fitness is critical for lifelong health, yet recent trends show declining fitness levels, rising obesity, and reduced physical competence. Physical activity (PA), sedentary behavior (SB), and sleep (SLP) are key lifestyle factors influencing health. Compositional data analysis (CDA) addresses multicollinearity among these behaviors, while the isotemporal substitution model evaluates the effects of reallocating time between them. Under China's “Healthy China 2030” strategy and ongoing reforms in school physical education (PE), strengthening PE teachers' critical health literacy (CHL)—their ability to critically evaluate health information, make evidence-based decisions, and promote community health—has become essential. Maintaining a neutral pelvic position and balanced center of gravity is essential for promoting spinal health in college students. This study examines how pelvic neutral displacement impacts scoliosis progression, based on the mediating effect of center of gravity movement. Sarcopenia, characterized by reduced skeletal muscle mass and function, is a common geriatric condition that impairs mobility and quality of life. Its causes include neuroendocrine dysregulation, chronic inflammation, malnutrition, and gut microbiota imbalance. The gut microbiota influences muscle metabolism and function via the gut-muscle axis, and aerobic exercise has been shown to improve both gut microbiota composition and muscle function. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by cognitive impairment, with evidence suggesting that exercise can improve cognitive function. This study applies one-dimensional statistical parametric mapping (SPM1d) to analyze the effects of exercise-induced fatigue on lower limb biomechanics during the landing phase of two high-risk backhand smash movements in female badminton players. Competitive lion dance, a traditional sport that integrates artistic performance, cultural heritage, and high-intensity physical training, has not yet been systematically studied for its multidimensional health benefits. Method: This study investigates the comprehensive impact of competitive lion dance on the bio-psycho-social health of elite athletes through a 12-month longitudinal cohort tracking.
