Law Number 5 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus mandates that all Government Agencies must implement Merit System-based in HR Management. However, even though Ministry of Youth and Sports received predicate "Good” in Merit System evaluation in 2021, but Ministry of Youth and Sports ranked 29th out of 33 Ministries (within bottom 5). This dissertation explored the impact of Black traditional church upbringing on the sexual and religious identity development, including the subsequent mental health risk, for Black assigned female at birth (AFAB) LGBQ+ individuals. Studies conducted on Black AFAB LGBQ+ individuals are limited, especially in terms of assessing their experiences in sexual identity development based on religious upbringings. Studies have overlooked the experience of LGBQ+ Black AFAB individuals navigating sexual orientation development and religious and racial identities. Studies suggest that rigid adherence to tenets of traditional masculinity (e.g., dominance, restrictive emotionality, aggression) can lead to adverse physical and mental health outcomes in men and marginalized groups (e.g., Burke, 2002; Jampel et al., 2020; Jewkes et al., 2011; Mesler et al., 2022). This qualitative study used Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis to explore the lived experiences and meaning-making of Chinese immigrants’ attitudes and perceptions of mental disorders and mental health-seeking behaviors in the US. Despite the growing linguistic diversity of the population in the United States, multilingual individuals remain underrepresented in psychological research and often experience disparities in access to culturally and linguistically appropriate mental health care. Using a cross-sectional design and quantitative methods, the present study examined the relationships among the number of languages spoken, working memory, and emotional regulation. Autistic youth are at elevated risk for developing co-occurring anxiety symptoms (Zaboski & Storch, 2018), which are shown to be related to restricted, repetitive behaviors (RRBs; Rogers et al., 2012). Despite similar rates of autism in Latinx as in non-Latinx White youth, limited research has been conducted in the Latinx population. The fear of divine punishment has been identified as a religiosity marker among Muslims. Nonetheless, scholars hold varying perspectives on this emotion. While some consider it a pathological emotion, others view it as a religious emotion. To further investigate this issue, a study was conducted involving 392 non-clinical devout Muslims in Indonesia, using a measurement tool to assess excessive fear of divine punishment. งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของตัวกรองชีวภาพไนตริฟิเคชันในการบำบัดแอมโมเนียในถังเลี้ยงกุ้งทะเลรูปแบบบ่อไร้ดินกลางแจ้ง โดยในการทดลองแรกเป็นการศึกษาผลของตัวกรองชีวภาพต่อการบำบัดสารอนินทรีย์ไนโตรเจนซึ่งทำในถังขนาด 7.5 ลิตร ที่มีน้ำทะเลความเค็ม 28 พีเอสยู ชุดทดลองประกอบด้วยถังบรรจุน้ำทะเลและชุดตัวกรองชีวภาพซึ่งมีลักษณะเป็นท่อพลาสติกพีวิชีที่บรรจุใยกรอง "ใบโอโพลิมา" ไว้ภายในก่อนเริ่มการทดลองจะต้องทำการเตรียมสภาพตัวกรอง โดยแช่ตัวกรองไว้ในน้ำทะเลที่มีแอมโมเนียมคลอไรด์ความเข้มข้น 2 มก.ไนโตรเจน/ลิตร เป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 1 เดือน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าหลังจากเติมอาหารกุ้งน้ำหนัก 0.51 ก. ลงในถังเพื่อเป็นแหล่งของไนโตรเจน จะพบการสะสมของแอมโมเนียและไนไตรต์ในถังชุดควบคุมที่ไม่มีตัวกรองชีวภาพ ในขณะที่ตัวกรองชีวภาพที่ผ่านการเตรียมสภาพมาแล้วในถังชุดทดลองสามารถบำบัดแอมโมเนียและไนไตรต์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพทั้งในสภาวะแวดล้อมที่ได้รับแสงและในที่มืด การทดลองที่สองเป็นการทดลองในระบบเช่น เดียวกับการทดลองแรกแต่มีการเติมอาหารกุ้งทุกสามวันเพื่อเพิ่มปริมาณไนโตรเจนที่ เข้าสู่ระบบผลการทดลองชี้ให้เห็นว่าตัวกรองชีวภาพไนตริฟิเคชันสามารถป้องกันการเกิดปฏิกิริยาไนตริฟิเคชันที่ไม่สมบูรณ์ได้ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในชุดทดลองที่เป็นถังกลางแจ้งที่มีการพรางแสง และผลการทดลองยังแสดงให้เห็นบทบาทร่วมกันของแพลงก์ตอนพืชและตัวกรองชีวภาพ ไนตริพีเคชันที่เปลี่ยนแอมโมเนียไปเป็นมวล ชีวภาพ (แพลงก์ตอนพืช) และไปเป็นไนเตรต (กระบวนการไนตริฟิเคชันของแบคทีเรีย) การทดลองสุดท้ายเป็นการประเมินบทบาทของตัวกรองชีวภาพในถังเลี้ยงกุ้งกุลาดำกลางแจ้ง โดยทำการเลี้ยงกุ้งกุลาดำจำนวน 6 ตัว ในถังบรรจุน้ำทะเล ปริมาตร 120 ลิตร เปรียบเทียบระหว่างชุด ควบคุมและชุดทดลองที่มีตัวกรองชีวภาพทำการทดลองเลี้ยงกุ้งเป็นเวลา 26 วัน ผลการศึกษาพบการสะสมของแอมโมเนียและไนไตรต์ในถังชุดควบคุม โดยความเข้มข้นสูงสุดเท่ากับ 1.90 มก.แอมโมเนียมไนโตรเจน/ลิตร และ 12.95 มก.ไนไตรต์ไนโตรเจน/ลิตร ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ยัง พบการบลูมของแพลงก์ตอนพืชในถังชุดควบคุมซึ่งเป็นตัวการสำคัญที่ลดปริมาณ แอมโมเนียในน้ำ ในขณะที่ตัวกรองชีวภาพ ในถังชุดทดลองสามารถเปลี่ยนแอมโมเนียไปเป็นไนเตรตได้อย่างรวดเร็วโดยเป็นกระบวนการไนตริฟิเคชันแบบสมบูรณ์ ดังนั้นการบำบัดแอมโมเนียที่เกิดขึ้นจึงเกิด จากกระบวนการไนตริฟิเคชันเป็นหลักและเกิดจากการบำบัดโดยแพลงก์ตอนพืชเพียงเล็กน้อย ส่งผลให้คุณภาพน้ำในถังชุดทดลองดีกว่าถังชุดควบคุม ผลการศึกษานี้ได้แสดงให้เห็นความเป็นไปได้ของการใช้ตัวกรองชีวภาพไนตริฟิเคชันเพื่อการบำบัด แอมโมเนียในบ่อไร้ดินกลางแจงเพื่อการ เพาะเลี้ยงสัตว์น้ำ

จากการศึกษาแบคทีเรียในตัวอย่างอากาศบริเวณใต้สถานีรถไฟท้า BTS สยามสแควร์และบริเวณจุดเปรียบเทียบปรับใต้ทางด่วนพระรามสี่ โดยมีจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยเป็นพื้นที่เปรียบเทียบ ตั้งแต่เดือน สิงหาคม 2544 - มกราคม 2545 ด้วย เทคนิค Liquid Impingement และเลี้ยง แบคทีเรียบนอาหารเลี้ยงเชื้อ Nutrient Agar และ Blood Agar พบว่าในฤดูฝนปริมาณแบคทีเรียในอากาศบริเวณใต้สถานีรถไฟฟ้า BTS สยามสแควร์ สูงกว่าบริเวณจุดเปรียบเทียบปรับใต้ทางด่วนพระรามสี่และบริเวณจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p<0.05) ส่วนในฤดูแล้งปริมาณแบคทีเรียในอากาศบริเวณจุดเปรียบเทียบปรับใต้ทางด่วนพระรามสี่สูงกว่าใต้สถานีรถไฟฟ้า BTS สยามสแควร์และบริเวณจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p<0.05) นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าบริเวณจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยและใต้สถานีรถไฟท้า BTS สยามสแควร์ มีปริมาณแบคทีเรียในอากาศในฤดูฝนไม่แตกต่างจากฤดูแล้ง แต่บริเวณจุดเปรียบเทียบปรับใต้ทางด่วนพระรามสี่มีปริมาณแบคทีเรียในอากาศในฤดูฝนน้อยกว่าปริมาณแบคทีเรียในอากาศในฤดูแล้งอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p<0.05) จากปฏิกิริยาการสลายเม็ดเลือดแดง บนอาหารเลี้ยงเชื้อ Blood Agar จาก ตัวอย่างทั้ง 3 แห่ง พบแบคทีเรียชนิด γ-hemolysis มากที่สุด (68.36%) รองลงมา คือ β-hemolysis (29.78%) และ α-hemolysis (1.89%) ตามลำดับ จากการศึกษานี้พบว่าปัจจัยที่คาดว่าน่าจะมีผลต่อปริมาณแบคทีเรียในอากาศได้แก่ การปิดครอบบริเวณสัญจร การจราจร จำนวนคนฤดูกาล และ ทิศทางลม

ความเข้มข้นและองค์ประกอบทางเคมีของฝุ่นละออง ขนาดไม่เกิน 10 ไมครอน ในบรรยากาศจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ, กัลยกร ตั้งอุไรวรรณ, สุรัตน์ บัวเลิศ, วงศ์พันธ์ ลิมปเสนีย์

ฝุ่นละอองขนาดไม่เกิน 10 ไมครอน (PM10) เป็นสารมลพิษที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพอากาศ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าภายในฝุ่นละอองยังประกอบไปด้วยองค์ประกอบทางเคมีหลากหลายชนิด ซึ่งองค์ประกอบดังกล่าวสามารถใช้เป็นตัวบ่งชี้เพื่อบอกแนวโน้มของแหล่งกำเนิดฝุ่นละอองได้ ดังนั้นการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมุ่งเน้นศึกษาความเข้มข้นและองค์ประกอบทางเคมีของฝุ่นละอองขนาดไม่เกิน 10 ไมครอน ในบรรยากาศบริเวณจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยมีพื้นที่ศึกษาวิจัยทั้งหมด 4 แห่ง ซึ่งได้แก่สถานีตรวจวัดคุณภาพอากาศศูนย์พื้นฟูอาชีพและสถานสงเคราะห์คนพิการ พระประแดง โรงเรียนวัดกิ่งแก้ว โรงเรียน คลองเจริญราษฎร์ และโรงเรียนปากคลอง มอญ
ผลการศึกษาความเข้มขันของฝุ่นละอองขนาดไม่เกิน 10 ไมครอน ในบรรยากาศพบว่า ความเข้มข้นเฉลี่ยของฝุ่นละอองช่วงฤดูแล้งของทุกพื้นที่ศึกษามีค่าสูงกว่าช่วงฤดูฝนโดยพบว่าความเข้มข้นเฉลี่ย ของฝุ่นละอองในช่วงฤดูแล้งจะมีค่าเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 60.86 ไมโครกรัมต่อลูกบาศก์เมตร ในขณะที่ช่วงฤดูฝนจะมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 39.29 ไมโครกรัมต่อลูกบาศก์เมตร ซึ่งพบว่ามีค่าลดลงประมาณร้อยละ 14-51 ทั้งนี้เป็นผลสืบเนื่องมาจากกระบวนการการชะล้างของฝน นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าบริเวณพื้นที่ศึกษาที่มีการดำเนินกิจกรรมหลายประเภท อาทิเช่น กิจกรรมจากโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม การก่อสร้าง และการจราจร จะมีแนวโน้มความเข้มข้น เฉลี่ยของฝนละอองขนาดไม่เกิน 10 ไมครอน ที่ค่อนข้างสูงกว่าบริเวณพื้นศึกษาที่มีการดำเนินกิจกรรมประเภทเกษตรกรรมทั้งสองช่วงฤดู
ผลการศึกษาองค์ประกอบทางเคมีของฝนละอองขนาดไม่เกิน 10 ไมครอน พบว่าองค์ประกอบทางเคมีในพื้นที่ศึกษาทั้ง 4 แห่ง พบว่า องค์ประกอบทางเคมีที่พบส่วนใหญ่ทั้งในฤดูแล้งและฤดูฝน ได้แก่ Al, Si, Fe, S, Cl, OC, EC, SO₄^2-, NO₃^-, Cl^-, K⁺, Na⁺, NH₄⁺ ทั้งนี้คาดว่าองค์ประกอบดังกล่าวน่าจะมีแนวโน้มมาจากแหล่งกำเนิดประเภทอุตสาหกรรมอาทิเช่น การเผาไหม้เชื้อเพลิงหรือจากกระบวนการผลิต นอกจากนี้ยังมีแนวโน้มมาจากยานพาหนะ การเผาขยะอุตสาหกรรมการเผาไหม้ชีวมวล ฝุ่นดินและฝุ่นถนน รวมทั้งจากละอองไอทะเล

ความชุกชุมแพลงก์ตอนพืชกลุ่มไดโนแฟลกเจลเลตในพื้นที่ชายฝั่งทะเล อำเภอบ้านแหลมและอำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี, ทิพย์วรรณ แซ่มา, วิษณุ นิยมไทย, วรินธา วศินะเมฆินทร์

การศึกษาความชุกชุมแพลงก์ตอนพืชชั้น Dinophyceae พื้นที่ชายฝังทะเล อำเภอบ้านแหลมและอำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ตั้งแต่เดือนเมษายน 2548 ถึงเดือนมีนาคม 2549 ด้วยวิธี Sedgewick Rafter total cell counting พบแพลงก็ตอนพืชกลุ่มไดโนแฟลกเจลเลตทั้งหมด 15 สกุล ซึ่งจำนวน 7 สกุล ได้แก่ Ceratium, Dinophysis, Gymnodinium, Peridinium, Prorocentrum, Protoperidinium และ Pyrophacus ตรวจพบได้ในทุกพื้นที่ เปรียบเทียบความชุกชุมระหว่างพื้นที่และเวลา พบว่า ชายฝังทะเล อำเภอชะอำมีความชุกชุมแพลงก์ตอนพืชกลุ่มไดโนแฟลกเจลเลตมากกว่าพื้นที่อำเภอบานแหลม และความชุกชุมในช่วงฤดูมรสุมตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ(ตั้งแต่เดือน พฤศจิกายนถึงเมษายน) มากกว่าช่วงฤดูมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้(ตั้งแต่เดือนพฤษภาคมถึงตุลาคม)การจัดลำดับสกุลเด่นพบ Ceratium, Protoperidinium, และ Peridinium เป็นสกุลเด่น 3 ลำดับแรก ของ พื้นที่ศึกษา และชุกชุมกว่า Noctiluca ใน ทุกสถานีเก็บตัวอย่างตลอดช่วงเวลาศึกษาตลอดระยะเวลาการศึกษา ไม่พบการเกิดปรากฏการณ์น้ำเปลี่ยนสี อย่างไรก็ตาม มีการตรวจพบแพลงก์ตอนพืชกลุ่มไดโนแฟลกเจลเลตหลายสกุลที่อาจผลิตสารชีวพิษ อาทิ Alexandrium, Ceratium, Dinophysis, Gymnodinium, Peridinium, Prorocen-trum, Protoperidinium และ Pyrodinium.

Combat And Beyond: Predictors Of Post-Traumatic Growth In War Zone Veterans, Gabriela Crucianu

Veterans returning from combat often face psychological challenges, but many also experience posttraumatic growth (PTG), which refers to positive changes that can emerge after trauma. This study explored whether coping strategies, personal characteristics, social support, and combat exposure were associated with PTG in a sample of 42 war zone veterans using quantitative and qualitative methods. Participants completed validated measures assessing combat exposure, coping strategies, social support, personal characteristics (e.g., optimism), and PTG. Regression analyses showed that combat exposure, coping strategies, and optimism were not significant predictors of overall PTG. Parentification refers to the role reversal of children who take on adult responsibility to care for family members. This role is often filled by Mexican-American children as a result of immigration and assimilation. This study explored the relationship between parentification and adult romantic relationship satisfaction among first-generation Mexican-American adults, with particular attention to the moderating roles of attachment styles and perceived unfairness. While earlier research has linked parentification to mental health challenges, few studies have examined its long-term impact on intimate relationships, including relationship satisfaction and experiences of intimate partner violence.
