Psychological acculturation strategies and bicultural identity integration have mostly been examined separately in the context of migration. This study explores to what extent these constructs and their subdimensions are related and whether there are overlaps or redundancies between them. Using data from an online survey of migrants (N = 147) in Germany, correlation and regression analyses, an exploratory factor analysis, and mean comparisons were conducted. Significant relationships were found particularly between orientation towards the host culture and cultural harmony, while no association between cultural blendedness and psychological acculturation was found. It is a challenging task to develop a scale to measure psychological constructs in a non-native language. In this study, we compared reliability and validity of a scale to measure five dimensions of Personal Beauty Values (PBV) generated by ChatGPT4 with a human-generated PBV scale. The original human-generated PBV scale in English consists of 14 items divided into five dimensions. The limitation of this scale developed by non-native English speakers is a restricted number of items, which will potentially limit the applicability of the scale to other cultural contexts. This scoping literature review aimed to identify factors that influence flourishing and to synthesize gaps in previous studies that flourishing is not only influenced by the internal factor but how the social conditions individuals live in can also affect flourishing. Autoimmune diseases are incurable and associated with mental health conditions that can exacerbate the intensity of recurrence, so it is necessary to take protective measures, namely flourishing as a form of behavioral management of chronic diseases. The size of the Home Care Worker (HCW) workforce has not kept pace with demand, and inadequate compensation and benefits have historically contributed to poor HCW recruitment and retention. Demographic trends put further strain on the workforce, with immigrants, naturalized citizens, and Black and Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) individuals currently making up the majority of the HCW workforce.

Abstract of Research: This study examines 1) how heritage speakers' self-perceived proficiency and fluency in Spanish influence their identity as Latinos, and 2) the generational similarities and differences in their lived experiences. Through surveys and interviews, the relationship between Spanish proficiency and fluency and perceived Latinidad among nine Spanish heritage speakers (with Latin American ancestry) has been assessed. The research suggests that no statistically significant relationship was found between language proficiency or fluency and perceived Latinismo. Beyond Green Claims: How Different Content And Visual Media Shape Sustainability Communication On Social Media Platforms, Elnur Nabivi

Purpose: This study examines the types of green marketing content that drive consumer engagement on social media, focusing on content categories, visual media effectiveness, and platform-specific strategies.

Design/methodology/approach: Employing a mixed-method content analysis, the research analysed 3,138 posts from six FMCG companies’ corporate accounts on Facebook and X (formerly Twitter) over one year. Posts were coded for green marketing relevance, content type, visual media, and engagement metrics (likes, comments/replies, shares/reposts).

Findings: Green marketing content, comprising 38.4% of posts, outperformed non-green content in engagement across all metrics. Content highlighting environmentally responsible practices and green product promotion drove the …

Planning For Solar Equity: Zoning And Land Use Strategies For Community Solar Gardens In Rural Minnesota, Mahmoud Othman

This project examines how land use planning and zoning can support equitable deployment of community solar gardens (CSGs) in rural Minnesota counties and townships. Although Minnesota is widely regarded as a policy leader in community solar, most solar arrays are concentrated in metropolitan areas with greater planning capacity and demand. By contrast, rural jurisdictions must navigate dispersed populations, limited staff, and competing agricultural land uses. Focusing on Clay, Stearns, and Chisago Counties, the study analyzes local ordinances and related land use policies to understand how community-scale solar is defined, sited, permitted, and decommissioned.
