This study aims a bibliometric analysis of the 100 top-cited articles extracted from the Web of Science database on the topic of information security in the business context. A retrospective method was applied to the dataset extracted from the Web of Science Database. A total of 500 most cited items were downloaded and the authors selected the articles related to information security and business for further analysis. It was found that the top-cited papers were published between the years 1990 and 2018 and had received 3,375 citations. Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the relevance of the information literacy skills of Lahore University of Management Sciences graduate students (LUMS). A convenient sampling technique was used to collect the required data from the population. A sample of 357 students was selected, and the useable response rate was 82%. Results of the study revealed that the majority 51 %, were aware of the IL "Somehow" concept of information literacy. This study investigated students’ perception of plagiarism, sources of information on plagiarism, attitude towards plagiarism, reasons for acts of plagiarism and knowledge of the consequences of plagiarism. Abstract

Background: Unmitigated stress in nursing results in moral distress, burnout, turnover and poor patient outcomes. Authentic leaders can improve the nurses’ work environment and satisfaction by improving communication and implementing supportive measures.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine whether a change in executive leadership at BSW Grapevine Medical Center reduced nursing job stress as evidenced by improved nurse satisfaction, nurse retention, nurse engagement, patient satisfaction and care outcomes.

School Librarian Preparation And Practice: An Exploration Of The Aasl National School Library Standards And Ala/Aasl/Caep School Librarian Preparation Standards, Elizabeth A. Burns, April M. Dawkins

The American Association of School Librarians (AASL) recently released standards to guide the practice of school librarians. The National School Library Standards for Learners, School Librarians, and School Libraries (2018) were put forward as a single text with integrated frameworks. One year later, the ALA/AASL/CAEP School Librarian Preparation Standards (2019) were adopted to inform the preparation of school librarians. Using a one-way crosswalk analysis, this study explores the alignment of the AASL Standards Framework for School Librarians from the AASL Standards with the ALA/AASL/CAEP Preparation Standards to determine consistencies in expectations as well as identify noted gaps.
