This study aimed to identify attitudes held by student classroom teachers in the University Educational Sciences College towards the specialization, and whether such attitudes vary by gender, educational level, cumulative average, secondary grade point average, and academic track. The sample (n = 372) consisted of students attending the UNRWA University Educational sciences College during the second semester of the academic year (2007/2008) and chosen by random cluster stratum method. Motivation Level Towards Learning A Foreign Language (English) In A Sample Of Students At The University Of Jordan, Shafiq Banat

This study aimed to investigate the levels of motivation to learn English among a sample of Jordanian university students, and its relationship to some variables. The study sample consisted of (412) students, studying an English language course at the universities of Jordan. A five scale questionnaire containing (66) items has been applied, covering (10) sub dimensions. After its psychometric properties were verified, the results of the study showed medium to large levels of motivation to learn English. This research aimed at investigating the effect of the University Achievement Test on the applied curriculum at Jerash Private University. To achieve this, a questionnaire made of (41) items distributed over (4) aspects, which represents the curriculum elements: objectives, content, teaching activities, and assessment. The sample of the research consists of (89) instructors who teach in the summer course on different parts of the university where the students applied for the university achievement test in the year 2006 -2007. This study aims at evaluating spelling performance of Tabouk Teachers' College stu-dents. For this purpose, a diagnostic test in spelling is prepared. It has 50 items testing four spelling issues: 1- glottal stop (hamza)

3- Rounded /hi (ta' marbutah) and spread /t/ (ta' maftooha)

Linguistics Ideas in the Preface (Almokademeh) of Ibn Khaldon This paper deals with a number of linguistic and grammatical thoughts by Ibn Khaldon in 'he introduction' which contains a number of such thoughts as competence, language acquisition from society, weakness of competence by contact with non-natives, discussing the linguistic scene at this time and the weakness it suffered. He focused on the term Arab (tongue) and differentiated between the two forms (language and grammar). For the last more than a year, Covid-19 pandemic has had a devastating influence and impact on the entire world phenomenal impact on all aspects of role in shifting people to the virtual world. The main aim of the study was to explore the perceptions of Postgraduate Research Scholars about adapting Digital Libraries. Using a quantitative research design, 100 male and female postgraduate research scholars were selected through simple random sampling from two universities. Libraries are places that hold the ability to connect people from different backgrounds and life experiences. However, despite that being the goal, sometimes stories are left out, experiences aren’t told, and identities are not represented. In this keynote address, Ione Damasco shares how her library has been able to make connections across campus with partners to develop and implement programming that fosters a more inclusive campus environment and how other libraries might do the same.

ABSTRACT The study aimed at identifying the types of e-databases available, perceptions towards the ease and extent of use, and usefulness of the adopted e-databases and identify the challenges associated with the use of adopted e-databases by the postgraduate students in the selected universities, in North- central, Nigeria. The study adopted descriptive survey design where set of questionnaires were used to collect data from 1726 postgraduate students across five universities in North-central, Nigeria. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate how police officers perceived the N.J. Narcan policy and standards in saving lives and deterring opioid use. This study also examined the impact of the law enforcement Narcan program in reducing the opioid overdose death rate. Participant interviews will be conducted, and thematic coding will be utilized to capture the dominant themes associated with the police officers’ perceptions of the N.J.
