This study aimed at investigating the effectiveness of Satir's model in improving marital communication among a sample of wives in Jordan. The study sample consisted of 30 teacher wives at Al-Zarqa. An adapted version of the marital communication scale, derived from RELATE, was used. The participants were randomly assigned into two equal groups: Experimental group and control group. The experimental group received a counseling program based on Virginia Satir's model, while the control group didn't receive any treatment. The study aimed to investigate the prevalence of anxiety symptoms among postgraduate students in the Palestinian universities by using a cross sectional study. The sample of the study consisted of (233) students, by using a convenience sampling. The questionnaire which was used (State /trait of Anxiety) “Spielberger & et.al” and it was distributed electronically. The results of the study showed that the degree of anxiety (state and trait) was “medium” and the percentage of those with a high prevalence of anxiety was 5.6%, 60.1% for the intermediate degree, and 34.3% for the low degree. The study aimed to reveal the effect of using balance exercises on some basic skills for female students of the football course in the Faculty of Physical Education at Yarmouk University. The study sample consisted of twenty female students of the football education course at the Faculty of Physical Education at Yarmouk University who were evenly divided into two groups (Experimental, control) to ensure parity among them. The study aimed to investigate the attitudes of students towards blended learning as well as the difficulties facing its implementation in the Arabic Open University at Saudi Arabia and the differences according to several variables. A questionnaire was administrated after checking validity and reliability within (33) items on a random sample of (1197) students from the Arabic Open University in the educational regions (Riyadh, Jeddah, Medina, Dammam, Al-Ahsa, and Hail). Conference program and abstracts for the College of Arts & Sciences (CASCon) faculty presentations held September 29, 2021 in the Martire Center at Sacred Heart University.
More than 40 faculty members participated in this year’s conference, representing multiple disciplines: languages and literature, psychology, biology, mathematics, government, Catholic studies, art and design, communications, chemistry and physics, history, theatre arts, theology/religious studies, media and sociology. There were 30 talks that covered various topics, such as the civil war, theatre, body image and Foodstagrams (Instagram posts about food).

This paper is aimed at presenting the results of a survey conducted to determine the utilization of online public access catalogue (OPAC) among library users in some selected tertiary institutions in Lagos State. Five objectives was design for the study which are awareness, the frequency of use, the purpose of use, method of search and challenges of using OPAC. Total 420 questionnaires were selected for the study out of the 448 filled questionnaires received. The data received from the respondents is analyzed using simple percentage approach. The study aimed to investigate the mastery degree of social skills amongst students of the Faculty of Educational Sciences UNRWA/in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (151) students; (33) males and (118) females. For the purpose of conducting the study, the researcher developed a survey questionnaire consisting of (66) items distributed among six domains as follows: (social skills, interpersonal relationships. communication skills, expression of feelings. decision making and conflict resolution). This study aimed to identify attitudes held by student classroom teachers in the University Educational Sciences College towards the specialization, and whether such attitudes vary by gender, educational level, cumulative average, secondary grade point average, and academic track. The sample (n = 372) consisted of students attending the UNRWA University Educational sciences College during the second semester of the academic year (2007/2008) and chosen by random cluster stratum method. This study aimed to investigate the levels of motivation to learn English among a sample of Jordanian university students, and its relationship to some variables. The study sample consisted of (412) students, studying an English language course at the universities of Jordan. A five scale questionnaire containing (66) items has been applied, covering (10) sub dimensions. After its psychometric properties were verified, the results of the study showed medium to large levels of motivation to learn English.
