As a generalization of intuitionistic fuzzy sets, single-valued neutrosophic sets have certain advantages in solving indeterminate and inconsistent information. In this paper, we study the fuzzy inference full implication method based on single-valued neutrosophic t-representable t-norm. Firstly, single-valued neutrosophic fuzzy inference triple I principles for fuzzy modus ponens and fuzzy modus tollens are given. Then, single-valued neutrosophic R-type triple I solutions for FMP and FMT are given. Finally, the robustness of the full implication triple I method based on the left-continuous single-valued neutrosophic t-representable t-norm is investigated. Patients who are suffering from neuromuscular disorders or injuries that impair motor control need to undergo rehabilitation to regain mobility. Gait training is commonly prescribed to patients to regain muscle memory. Automated-walking training devices were created to aid this process; while these devices establish accurate ankle-path trajectories, the knee and hip movements are inaccurate. The construction of bridge is important due to its ability to link communities through land-road connection, thereby saving time and increasing productivity of those living in these areas. Therefore, this research evaluated the Temadore bridge, built to link Ternate City, Maitara land and Tidore City by road to enhance movement and reduce disparities in assessing both areas. Data were collected using the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) which searched for and identified several variables according to the dependence power and driving power. The result showed that construction of bridge increased the movement of community activities and productivity, thereby leading to growth.

Wind tunnel testing was conducted to evaluate the performance of the Integrated High Lift Propulsor (IHLP), a novel Distributed Electric Propulsion (DEP) system. The IHLP integrates traditional Krueger flap/slat elements with a Distributed Electric Propulsion design, enhancing high lift performance and cruise efficiency compared to conventional pylon-mounted DEP configurations. 5Ni+3Sr/10Zr+Al catalyst is synthesized using the impregnation method, characterized, and tested for dry reforming of methane. The influence of reaction temperature, feed ratio (CO2/CH4), and gas hour space velocity are examined using multiple response surface methodology through three factors in, a four-level central composite design. Second and higher-order regression models are applied to evaluate the interaction between the process parameters and responses. The results indicate that the reaction temperature is the most influential followed by the space velocity, while the feed ratio has a weak effect. Executive Summary
Life on a shared island, in particular the island of Ireland (comprising Ireland and Northern Ireland), presents both challenges and opportunities, including for engineers tasked with addressing problems to help solve the SDGs that are indifferent to boundaries. Research demonstrates that (relative to current engineers) the engineer of the future will require a more diverse range of skills to navigate an increasingly complex work environment. This implementation profile (IP) provides the scope and requirements necessary to implement a distributed energy resource management system (DERMS), which networks large numbers of DER within an energy grid of things (EGoT). This document originated as part of a U.S. DOE-funded project to develop a DERMS based on a set of rules known as the Energy Services Interface (ESI). The ESI serves as an umbrella, ensuring the information exchange between an aggregator and DER owners conforms to expectations: protect privacy, provide security, develop trustworthiness, and ensure interoperability. This implementation profile provides the scope, background, and requirements necessary to implement a Modeling Environment (ME) to test a Distributed Energy Resource (DER) Management System (DERMS). A DERMS is used by an aggregator to dispatch large numbers of DERs in order to provide grid services to a Grid Operator. The ME addresses scalability issues inherent to Hardware-in-the-Loop DERMS simulation; a large number of assets are needed in order to observe effects on the grid from deployment and dispatch of DERs.

This product specification describes the architecture, implementation, and hardware descriptions of a Distributed Control Module (DCM) prototype. A DCM is an enabling technology for distributed energy resources (DER). DERs are grid-enabled generation, storage, and load devices that are owned by utility customers. This document defines a set of rules known as the Energy Services Interface (ESI), which “establish a bi-directional, service-oriented, logical interface to support secure, trustworthy information exchange between an aggregator and distributed energy resources (DERs). This study presents the results of a parabolic flight experiment to study the sloshing dynamics of the magneto-active propellant management device experiment. This device utilizes a magnetoactive membrane and magnets located external to the tank to effectively damp the liquid free surface motion. This research work establishes a benchmark with sloshing analytical formulation and sensor calibration methods that can be used to characterize future research parabolic flights while providing important environmental profiles measured during flight, such as accelerations, pitch angle, velocity, temperature, total volatile content, carbon dioxide, relative humidity, magnetic field, and radiation. The paper reports on the progress in the development of a novel robust, nonlinear flow control technology that employs an array of synthetic-jet actuators (SJAs) embedded in 2-DOF, elastically mounted, optimized Modified Glauert (MG) airfoil design in order to control limit cycle oscillations (LCO) at low subsonic flow regimes. The focus here is on the conceptual design of the wind energy harvesting system that employs, e.g., a piezoelectric device to extract energy from plunging LCO, with the closed-loop controller being capable to sustain the required LCO amplitudes over a wide range of wind speeds.
