This study examines how De La Salle University’s college orientation fosters holistic student transition by cultivating social capital, shaping habitus, and embedding Catholic values. Drawing on focus groups with eleven sophomores and juniors, we analyze peer networks, mentoring sessions, peer interactions, and communal rituals through Bourdieu’s habitus and Stanton-Salazar’s institutional agents frameworks, situated within Ex Corde Ecclesiae and Evangelii Gaudium. Findings reveal that structured mentoring and block activities strengthen relational ties; guided reflections function as “habitus exercises”; and liturgies and faith reflections operationalize solidarity, preferential option for the marginalized, and communion. During the 24-25 academic year, fourteen University Studies First-year Inquiry courses participated in a pilot supported by the Office of Student Success that embeds student support resources into course work, activities, and curricula. This is an effort to connect students more directly to support services they may need to be successful at PSU, to increase their sense of belonging, and ultimately increase their completion of FRINQ. In order to better understand the students who enroll in Sophomore Inquiry (SINQ) courses and begin to identify areas where they may need support, University Studies (UNST) began collecting and compiling data on these students. This report presents a profile of SINQ students from Fall 2025. It presents an overview of all students enrolled in SINQ during Fall 2025 and then summarizes information from the Prior Learning Survey. It is organized around three areas that contribute to student success: academic preparation and concern; financial and physical wellbeing; and connectedness to campus.

In 2025, ACER published the Teacher Practice Improvement Tool (TPIT), as part of its family of improvement tools. A comprehensive review of international research was undertaken to inform the development of the TPIT, which resulted in the inductive development of five inter-related domains that holistically capture the practices of highly effective teachers. This document summarises the research evidence underpinning each of the five domains of the TPIT, drawing on a review of 102 studies. The purpose of this improvement science study was to increase mathematics readiness for the Texas Success Initiative Assessment 2.0 (TSIA2) among high school seniors in a South Texas border community. The study addressed persistently low TSIA2 mathematics passing rates, particularly among Hispanic and economically disadvantaged students. Guided by the Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) framework, two improvement cycles were conducted using an embedded mixed-methods design. In Cycle 1, the Texas College Bridge (TCB), a self-paced platform built on NROC’s EdReady and the only Texas Education Agency–approved program for TSIA preparation, was implemented as the baseline intervention. As a result, the researchers were awarded a grant from the CEEDAR Technical Assistance Center at the University of Florida to conduct a pilot study on special education teacher recruitment. The purpose of the research was to engage in the study of best practices for online graduate courses by engaging in collaborative discussions on common texts related to improving the teaching and learning experience. This study explores the intersection of socio-cultural perspectives, cultural identity, and cultural motherhood involvement through the lived experiences of ten first-generation Latina immigrant mothers. The purpose is to analyze immigrant Latina mothers’ experiences, communications, and activities that support their children’s educational success. It fills the gaps in Latinx curriculum orientations by positioning cultural, emotional, and value-laden forms of learning at home as spaces of opportunity, places of possibility, and sites where ancestral wisdom meets everyday resistance. Objective: Classroom activity breaks (ABs) have physical and cognitive benefits, although effectiveness of Web-based ABs remains unexplored. The purpose of this study was to assess impacts of three-minute Web-based AB on physical activity (PA) and time off-task in second graders (N = 38).

Methods: This quasi-experimental design was implemented in a primary school setting. The SenseWear Armband assessed PA and a modified Behavioral Observation System in Schools assessed time off-task. Children participated twice in four conditions: control (CON), non-active breaks (NAB), one active break (1AB), and two active breaks (2ABs). Breaks entailed physically active or meditation GoNoodle videos.

As battles over academia escalate, an area of intensifying concern is the speech faculty engage in outside their professional functions—what is often called “extramural” speech. Professors have been criticized, disciplined, pressured to resign, and even terminated for extramural speech that is deemed offensive by individuals inside and outside university communities. And yet, academics generally remain committed to a principle that this Article identifies as extramural absolutism.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา “ชุมชนแห่งการปฏิบัติดนตรีไทยบ้านครูเสนีย์ เกษมวัฒนากุล” ในฐานะบ้านครูดนตรีไทยในปัจจุบันที่เชื่อมโยงผู้คนหลากหลายวัยและอาชีพผ่านการเรียนรู้ซอสามสาย การรวมวงดนตรีไทย และการพบปะทางสังคม โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการปฏิบัติ (Communities of Practice) เป็นกรอบสำคัญในการศึกษา 3 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) ศึกษาที่มา ขอบเขตขององค์ความรู้และเป้าหมายร่วมกันของชุมชนแห่งการปฏิบัติดนตรีไทยของครูเสนีย์ เกษมวัฒนากุล 2) ศึกษาลักษณะของความสัมพันธ์และการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในชุมชนแห่งการปฏิบัติดนตรีไทยของครูเสนีย์ เกษมวัฒนากุล 3) ศึกษากระบวนการเรียนรู้และแนวปฏิบัติร่วมภายในชุมชนแห่งการปฏิบัติดนตรีไทยของครูเสนีย์ เกษมวัฒนากุล ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย เชิงคุณภาพแบบชาติพันธุ์วรรณา (Ethnography) ในลักษณะกรณีศึกษา โดยศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามด้วยการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการทำกิจกรรมทุกวันเสาร์ ณ บ้านครูเสนีย์ เกษมวัฒนากุล ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ ครูเสนีย์ เกษมวัฒนากุล และสมาชิกชุมชนจำนวน 25 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัยผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ด้านที่มา ขอบเขตองค์ความรู้และเป้าหมาย (Domain) ชุมชนก่อรูปขึ้นจาก การรวมตัวของผู้มีใจรักและสนใจในดนตรีไทย โดยมีซอสามสายเป็นองค์ความรู้หลัก และมีเป้าหมายร่วมกัน ในการอนุรักษ์ สืบสาน และต่อยอดดนตรีไทยผ่านการปฏิบัติและเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน 2) ด้านลักษณะของความสัมพันธ์และการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิก (Community) โครงสร้างความสัมพันธ์มีลักษณะเป็นกัลยาณมิตรที่เอื้ออาทร เกื้อกูล และให้ความสำคัญกับการอยู่ร่วมกัน โดยครูเสนีย์ทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กลางของความปลอดภัยทางใจ และมีเครือข่ายผู้สนับสนุนทั้งภายในและภายนอกเป็นฐานสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรม 3) ด้านกระบวนการเรียนรู้และแนวปฏิบัติร่วม (Practice) กระบวนการเรียนรู้เกิดผ่านการต่อเพลง การบรรเลงรวมวง การแลกเปลี่ยน การรับประทานอาหารร่วมกัน ตลอดจนการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์และเวทีการแสดงเพื่อสร้าง อัตลักษณ์ ความภาคภูมิใจ และสร้างการรับรู้ต่อสังคม งานวิจัยนี้ได้นำเสนอภาพระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ที่ได้จากการถอดบทเรียน เพื่ออธิบายองค์ประกอบและเงื่อนไขในการจัดการดนตรีศึกษาแบบตามอัธยาศัยแบบหนึ่งในบริบทดนตรีไทยในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งสะท้อนการเปลี่ยนผ่านของบ้านดนตรีไทยในกรอบ บ้าน วัด วัง สู่รูปแบบ ชุมชนแห่งกัลยาณมิตรทางการปฏิบัติ ที่เน้นการเรียนรู้อย่างเปิดกว้างควบคู่กับการหล่อหลอมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม

งานวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะด้านตัวแทนความคิดของผู้เรียน ก่อนเรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบสอบทางวิทยาศาสตร์ร่วมกับการใช้เครื่องมือช่วยให้เห็นเป็นภาพ เรื่อง พันธะโคเวเลนต์ 2. เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะด้านตัวแทนความคิดของผู้เรียน หลังเรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบสอบทางวิทยาศาสตร์ร่วมกับการใช้เครื่องมือช่วยให้เห็นเป็นภาพ เรื่อง พันธะโคเวเลนต์ 3. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลของการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบสอบทางวิทยาศาสตร์ร่วมกับการใช้เครื่องมือช่วยให้เห็นเป็นภาพ ก่อนและหลังเรียนต่อสมรรถนะด้านตัวแทนความคิดของผู้เรียน เรื่อง พันธะโคเวเลนต์ ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธี รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบขั้นตอนเชิงอธิบาย (Exploratory Sequential Mixed Method Design) กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 (แผนการเรียนวิทยาศาสตร์และคณิตศาสตร์) จำนวน 10 คน ได้จากการวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1. แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบสอบทางวิทยาศาสตร์ร่วมกับการใช้เครื่องมือช่วยให้เห็นเป็นภาพ เรื่อง พันธะโคเวเลนต์ จำนวน 6 แผน ใช้เวลาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ 15 คาบเรียน และ 2. แบบประเมินสมรรถนะด้านตัวแทนความคิดของผู้เรียน เรื่อง พันธะโคเวเลนต์ เป็นคำถามปลายเปิด จำนวน 7 สถานการณ์ โดยใช้ร่วมกับการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง เพื่อแปลความหมายสมรรถนะของผู้เรียน โดยเครื่องมือทั้ง 2 ผ่านการประเมินความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผลการวิจัย พบว่าจากทั้งหมด 5 ระดับสมรรถนะด้านตัวแทนความคิดก่อนการจัดการเรียนรู้นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่มีความถี่ของสมรรถนะด้านตัวแทนความคิดระดับที่ 1 (นักเรียน 8 คนจาก 10 คน) และสมรรถนะด้านตัวแทนความคิดระดับที่ 4 ไม่ปรากฏผู้เรียนมีสมรรถนะระดับที่ 4 และหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้ นักเรียนมีความถี่ของระดับสมรรถนะในระดับที่ 1 ลดลง (นักเรียน 2 คนจาก 10 คน) และนักเรียนส่วนมากมีระดับสมรรถนะด้านตัวแทนความคิดอยู่ในระดับที่ 4 (นักเรียน 9 คนจาก 10 คน) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบผลของการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบสอบทางวิทยาศาสตร์ร่วมกับการใช้เครื่องมือช่วยให้เห็นเป็นภาพ ก่อนและหลังเรียนต่อสมรรถนะด้านตัวแทนความคิด พบว่าค่ามัธยฐานของความถี่สมรรถนะด้านตัวแทนความคิดของผู้เรียน เรื่อง พันธะโคเวเลนต์ ก่อนการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบสอบทางวิทยาศาสตร์ร่วมกับการใช้เครื่องมือช่วยให้เห็นเป็นภาพ มีค่า 1.286 และค่ามัธยฐานของความถี่สมรรถนะด้านตัวแทนความคิดเฉลี่ยของผู้เรียน เรื่อง พันธะโคเวเลนต์หลังเรียน …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อการศึกษาสภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะปฏิบัติการเคมีและเจตคติต่อวิชาเคมีของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (2) เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้บอร์ดเกมร่วมกับแหล่งเรียนรู้ออนไลน์เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะปฏิบัติการเคมีและเจตคติต่อวิชาเคมีของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้บอร์ดเกมร่วมกับแหล่งเรียนรู้ออนไลน์เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะปฏิบัติการเคมีและเจตคติต่อวิชาเคมีของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โรงเรียนทีปังกรวิทยาพัฒน์ (ทวีวัฒนา) ในพระราชูปถัมภ์ฯ ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนว 35 คน ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยแบ่งตามระยะการวิจัย ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 ใช้แบบสอบถามสภาพและความต้องการในการจัดการเรียนรู้ ระยะที่ 2 ใช้ชุดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยใช้บอร์ดเกมร่วมกับแหล่งเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของกิจกรรมโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และระยะที่ 3 ใช้แบบประเมินทักษะปฏิบัติการเคมี และแบบวัดเจตคติต่อวิชาเคมี ข้อมูลวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย และการทดสอบค่าทีสำหรับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สัมพันธ์กัน โดยใช้ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้รวม 240 นาทีผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้1) สภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้เดิมยังขาดกิจกรรมที่ช่วยส่งเสริมทักษะปฏิบัติการอย่างเป็นระบบ รวมถึงสื่อที่กระตุ้นเจตคติต่อวิชาเคมี ผู้เรียนต้องการกิจกรรมที่ช่วยให้เข้าใจอุปกรณ์และขั้นตอนในห้องปฏิบัติการได้ชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น2) จากการประเมินของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ชุดกิจกรรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความเหมาะสม สามารถส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติจริง การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ในการเรียนรู้ และการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ควบคู่กับบอร์ดเกมเพื่อเพิ่มความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์และทักษะในห้องปฏิบัติการ3) หลังเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ผู้เรียนมีคะแนนทักษะปฏิบัติการเคมีสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยค่าเฉลี่ยก่อนเรียนเท่ากับ 10.40 และหลังเรียนเท่ากับ 16.26 (t = 10.17, p< .001) และมีเจตคติต่อวิชาเคมีหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยค่าเฉลี่ยก่อนเรียนเท่ากับ 3.24 และหลังเรียนเท่ากับ 4.33 ผู้เรียนส่วนใหญ่เห็นว่าบอร์ดเกมช่วยให้เข้าใจอุปกรณ์และขั้นตอนในห้องปฏิบัติการได้ง่ายขึ้น และเพิ่มความสนใจที่จะเรียนวิชาเคมีมากขึ้น

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาขั้นตอนการจัดการเรียนรู้การอ่านตามกลยุทธ์การอ่านเชิงสนทนาเพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะการอ่านและความเพลิดเพลินในการอ่านของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น และ 2) ศึกษาผลการจัดการเรียนรู้การอ่านตามกลยุทธ์การอ่านเชิงสนทนาที่มีต่อสมรรถนะการอ่าน และความเพลิดเพลินในการอ่านของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ตัวอย่างวิจัยได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร จำนวน 16 คน ใช้เวลาในการทดลอง 8 สัปดาห์ สัปดาห์ละ 2 คาบ คาบละ 1 ชั่วโมง รวม 16 ชั่วโมง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย 1) แบบวัดสมรรถนะการอ่าน 2) แบบวัดความเพลิดเพลินในการอ่านโดยการประเมินตนเอง และ 3) แบบวัดความเพลิดเพลินในการอ่านโดยการสัมภาษณ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามกลยุทธ์ การอ่านเชิงสนทนา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และคะแนนพัฒนาการสัมพัทธ์ (Relative Gain Score) และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ขั้นตอนการจัดการเรียนรู้การอ่านตามกลยุทธ์การอ่านเชิงสนทนาพัฒนาขั้น ประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้น ได้แก่ (1) ขั้นกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์และเตรียมตัวอ่าน (2) ขั้นตอบสนองต่อบทอ่าน และ (3) ขั้นประเมินค่าและคิดต่อยอดจากบทอ่าน และ 2) จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพพบว่า ได้ผลสอดคล้องกันคือนักเรียนที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้การอ่านตามกลยุทธ์การอ่านเชิงสนทนา มีพัฒนาการสมรรถนะการอ่านและความเพลิดเพลินในการอ่านตั้งแต่ระดับต้นขึ้นไปทุกคน

The purposes of this mixed methods study were to 1) examine the extent to which critical reading instruction is embedded in Thai upper-secondary classrooms, and 2) propose guidelines for designing EFL textbooks to promote critical reading using out-of-class English materials for upper-secondary students. The objectives of this study were: (1) to investigate the effect of Digital Extensive Reading on Chinese junior high school EFL learners’ reading ability, encompassing vocabulary knowledge, reading comprehension, and reading fluency; (2) to explore these learners’ opinions on DER. The participants were fifteen A2-level junior high school learners in China, selected via convenience sampling and engaged in nine 120-minute DER sessions.
