This study aimed to explore the relationship between self-regulation and decision-making among students in the Faculty of Education at Yarmouk University concerning school year and academic achievement variables. This study aimed to identify self-regulation and its relationship to aggressive behavior among students with learning disabilities in Amman. A random sample of 100 students was selected from resource classrooms in schools during the 2018/2019 academic year. The researcher developed two scales to measure the levels of self-regulation and aggressive behavior, both of which were verified. The results revealed that the level of self-regulation among students with learning disabilities was low, while the level of aggressive behavior was moderate. This study aimed to identify the level of emotional stability among applied psychology students at Princess Rahma University College in light of the variable of average monthly income of their families. The study sample consisted of 24 students. An emotional stability scale, consisting of 27 items, was used to measure the levels of emotional stability. This study explores the online learning experiences of students with disabilities (SWDs) at a South African university during the pandemic, investigating how institutional policy and AI-supported tools can address their challenges. Phase one used an interpretive qualitative approach involving semi-structured interviews with SWDs to identify key barriers, including inconsistent faculty practices, limited accessibility and emotional isolation. Universities must actively engage with civil society to reduce inequalities and foster meaningful partnerships. This paper reports on a qualitative case study of a service-learning pilot project conducted in two large Information Systems courses involving over 250 students. Students collaborated in groups with local Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) to apply their theoretical knowledge to solve real-world problems. Data was collected via an online survey containing open-ended reflection questions, yielding 331 quotations from 289 respondents. This data was analysed using a deductive thematic analysis. This study aimed to identify strategies for dealing with stress among widowed women in Jordan. The sample consisted of 119 widows who were visiting the Sweileh and Mabarat Umm al-Hussein orphanage centers. Recent data published by the Council of Graduate Schools indicates approximately 40% of students who begin doctoral coursework do not complete their degree. This asserts the need for graduate schools to examine ways in which they can support their doctoral student population, particularly through the dissertation writing process. The purpose of this autoethnographic study was to explore two methods of dissertation writing support: a dissertation writing group sponsored by a graduate school and independent dissertation coaching services. The article highlights key findings from each support system and provides implications for dissertation writing group facilitators, dissertation coaches, and graduate schools.

This exploratory, arts-based study investigates how three tenured professors in a humanities department conceptualize graduate-level teaching and envision their ideal graduate classrooms. Through semi-structured interviews, qualitative coding, and arts-based interpretation, the study identifies three key tensions in their pedagogical thinking: balancing independence and structure, the stigma surrounding “undergraddy” approaches, and valuing long-term intellectual struggle as a means to master threshold concepts. Despite clear visions for ideal pedagogies, professors face significant barriers to implementing them, including time constraints and entrenched norms about what graduate education “ought” to look like. International students make important contributions to the US academic landscape and broader society; however, their numbers continue to decline in the face of an unwelcoming and unsupportive environment compared to their counterparts worldwide. This manuscript presents findings from a student satisfaction survey (n = 423) that included both multiple-choice and open-ended questions. We used the ecological model and the Spanning Systems Model as a framework, looking at how individual, community, institutional, and larger societal factors impacted the experiences of international students in the US.
