The intent of this project is to determine how many racks of glass should be inserted into the autoclave at a given time in order to maximize productivity of the Laminated Side Glass line. Based on this value, the total number of workers necessary at finishing and the cycle time of the bag furnace were determined. This was achieved by building a model of the line in Arena and analyzing it. The compactor/baler program has the potential to reduce Mohawk Industries’ polyethylene terephthalate (PET) recycling center costs, thereby increasing the company’s profits. Chemical genetics is increasingly being employed to decode traits in plants that may be recalcitrant to traditional genetics due to gene redundancy or lethality. Sole active mining phosphate operation in European Union (EU) is in Finland Siilinjärvi with limited resources available for approximately next 20-30 years [1]. In this context it is important that Estonia holds the largest unused sedimentary phosphate rock reserve in EU. Estonian phosphate is a sedimentary rock composed of variegated sandstone that contains abundant remains (detritus) of (biogenic) phosphatic brachiopod shells [2]. Phosphate enriched beds occur stratigraphically at the transition between Cambrian and Ordovician and the phosphatic sandstones belong to Kallavere formation. The electrochemical oxidation of p-chlorophenol on porous Ti/BDD electrode cooperated with synergistic effect of cathode dechlorination was studied. Electrochemical degradation tests of p-chlorophenol were conducted in single and double compartment electrolytic cells separately, and the results showed that the mineralization happened mainly in the anode region. The product of chloride ions produced from the cathodic reduction of 4-chlorophenol in the single cell migrated to the anode region and further generated active chlorine toward electro-catalytic oxidation. Novel diethylene triamine penta(methylene phosphonic acid) (DTPMPA)-zinc ion (Zn2+) conversion coatings with uniform blue color and excellent corrosion protection were directly formed on the cold rolled steel (CRS) substrates by immersing a CRS plate into the film-forming solutions containing the appropriate concentrations of DTPMPA and Zn2+ ion at the proper pH. The molybdenum dioxide-carbon(MoO2-C)composite coatings on the surface of Cu foils were prepared by simple knife coating route and followed by sintering in vacuum. The morphology, composition, structure and electrochemical performance of the MoO2-C composite coatings were investigated. The results demonstrated that the MoO2-C composite coatings consist of MoO2 nano-particles with monoclinic crystal structure and amorphous carbon. Some MoO2 nano-particles with a size range of 5-30nm were loaded on the surface of carbon matrices; while some MoO2 nano-particles with a size of ~5nm were encapsulated inside. The chemical composition, strength and dissolution rate of carbonate-ammonium nitrate granules, obtained based on melt of ammonium nitrate and limestone, were determined in the research. The rheological properties of the carbonate-ammonium nitrate melts at the ratios NH4NO3: CaCO3 = 100: (5-80) and at temperatures 160-185°C were studied. It was shown that density and viscosity of the melt significantly magnifying with increasing in it amounts of limestone. Melt viscosity is more responsive on temperature changes whereas density is changes slightly. The lowest density and viscosity has melt obtained from limestone of the Zhamansay deposit. The process implemented at 30 MPa, 50 0C, and flow rate of 0.228 L/min by applying supercritical carbon dioxide and at 40 0C separation temperatures. The experiments were carried out over the period of 120 minute. Content of residue in SFE oil determined. The GC analyses revealed the oil from dog rose seeds was rich of unsaturated fatty acids.

In this article, the issues of obtaining import-substituting carbonaceous adsorbents based on wood for cleaning oil-processing industrial wastewater from oil products are considered. The experiments obtaining adsorbents, out at different temperatures and times were carried. It was shown that new, highly adsorptive carbonaceous adsorbents based on wood were obtained by pyrolysis with thermal activation at the optimum temperature (350-400° C during 90 minutes). Physical and chemical properties of adsorbents and the dependence of the porosity of coal on the pyrolysis temperature and the degree of grinding is studied.

Presents the results of theoretical research and computer simulation of composite transistors made of a semiconductor material with the same of the forbidden band. To study the volt-ampere characteristics of such composite transistors, an interactive computer simulation program was developed in the programming environment of Delphi-6. It is shown that the proposed transistors make it possible to improve manufacturability when it is manufactured industrially. The proposed composite transistors are designed for the final cascades of power amplifiers, radio transmitting devices.
