The purpose of this study was to provide recommendations to solve the problem of high numbers of students moving through the multi-tiered system of support (MTSS) Tiers 2 and 3 at Cherokee Ridge Elementary School in Georgia. The problem was that 17.39% of students at Cherokee Ridge Elementary are in MTSS Tiers 2 and 3. The rationale for this study was that it was essential to understand intervention effectiveness. Frequent movement between Tiers 2 and 3 may indicate ineffective interventions or incorrect implementation. One hundred years ago, in 1925, in a lawsuit brought by parochial and private schools, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously struck down an Oregon state law requiring children to attend only public schools. Two years earlier, in 1923, the Court struck down a state law prohibiting the teaching of foreign languages to young children. Midway between the hundredth anniversaries of these two decisions—in March 2024—the Classical Liberal Institute at New York University School of Law sponsored a symposium in conjunction with this Journal on “Educational Choice: The Legacy of Meyer v. The purpose of this quasi-experimental pretest/posttest study is to determine if an intervention using a positive reappraisal coping intervention (PRCI) can reduce student nurse stress. Knowles’ theory of adult learning along with Lazarus and Folkman’s transactional model of stress and coping (TMSC) provided a foundation for the study. The purpose of the qualitative transcendental phenomenological study was to describe the collaborative planning, instruction, and evaluative practices of middle school co-teachers working in a virtual setting within a southeastern state. This study's theory stems from Kolb’s (1984) experiential learning theory. A sample population included twelve co-teachers in different middle schools throughout a school district in the Southeast. This research examines the development of Pentigraf, an Indonesian minifiction form with a three-paragraph structure initiated by Tengsoe Tjahjono to suit modern, fast-paced culture. The emergence of Pentigraf and its community, i.e., KPI (Kampung Pentigraf Indonesian or the Indonesian Pentigraf Village), influenced the dynamics of the Indonesian field of cultural production. Using Bourdieu’s theory, it analyses Pentigraf’s position in cultural production from 2016-2023 based on literature reviews, media content analysis, competition records, and participatory observations in KPI.
