يعتبر عدم تماثل المعلومات المحاسبية في التقارير المالية في البيئة المالية والبنكية العالمية مشكلة معقدة نتيجة التطورات والتغيرات المتسارعة التي تفرضها عولمة الأسواق المالية، وحرية انتقال رأسمال بين الاقتصاديات المتقدمة، واقتصاديات البلدان الناشئة، والنامية، ومنها البلدان العربية. وبالنظر لتزايد فجوة المعلومات المالية بين البنوك العربية وضعف مستوى جودة المعلومات، فقد اقترح البحث فرضية مفادها ان تبني IFRS يعزز تجانس المعلومات في القوائم المالية المنشورة للبنوك المحلية والعربية. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث. فقد اعتمد البحث المنهج الكمي منطلقا من أدبيات العلاقة بين ال IFRS ومشكلة عدم تماثل المعلومات. وتضمن النموذج الكمي متغيرات مالية لتحليل مدى فاعلية تطبيق ال IFRS في الحد من …

هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر استراتيجيات التطوير التنظيمي على مستوى الأداء الوظيفي بمنظمات العمل الأهلي الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة من خلال التعلم التنظيمي كمتغير وسيط، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تصميم الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيع (110) استبانة على الموظفين العاملين بالإدارة العليا والوسطى من منظمات العمل الأهلي الفلسطينية، وتم استرداد (80) استبانة بنسبة استرداد (72.72%).

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور عمليات إدارة المعرفة في تحسين جودة اتخاذ القرارات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تمّ تطوير الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات الضرورية، وتمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع عاملي المديرية العامة في الخدمات الطبية العسكرية والبالغ عددهم (820) موظفًا، حيث تمّ استخدام أسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية، وتمّ توزيع (320) استبانة، واسترداد (293) استبانة صالحة لغايات التحليل الإحصائي بنسبة استجابة (91.56%). واستُخدم برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات. وخلُصت الدراسة إلى أنَّ مستوى ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة بشكل عام كان بدرجة متوسطة بنسبة (59.88%)، وكذلك أيضًا جودة اتخاذ القرارات بوزن نسبي (58.18%). …

The COVID-19 pandemic has shaken the world to its proverbial core with institutions for higher learning caught in the crosshairs. Consequently, every facet of higher education has been indelibly affected. Traditional classroom instruction immediately changed, and a nontraditional delivery method emerged inclusive of both hybrid and online instruction. This paper describes three instructional design cases impacting over 3,500 students annually and taught by midcareer female mass section faculty from one of the largest business schools at a tier-one public research university in the Southern region of the US. The three instructors of mass sections describe how they transitioned their face-to-face or hybrid courses from “Emergency Response Teaching” mode to considered distance learning implementation during the COVID-19 crisis. Educational research suggests that teaching techniques are subject matter specific. Teaching techniques in introductory programming classes are centered around two approaches used by students in learning. One approach is where students develop a thorough understanding of what they are learning. This is referred to as “deep learning”. Other students use a “surface approach” where they perform the tasks required from them.
