One For All, All For Innovation: Transforming The Indonesia’S Public Sector Through Ambidextrous Leadership, Dian Mulia Sari, Elok Savitri Pusparini
International Conference on Business and Management Research (ICBMR)
In an era defined by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA), public sector organizations face increasing pressure to innovate. This study examines how ambidextrous leadership influences innovative work behavior (IWB) among civil servants, with psychological ownership (PO) serving as a mediator. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 152 structural and functional officials within Indonesia’s State Finance Organization (OKN) and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that ambidextrous leadership has a significant direct effect on IWB. More importantly, psychological ownership mediates this relationship through two distinct pathways: promotive PO strengthens IWB by fostering confidence and proactive contribution, while preventive …

Drawing on multiple case studies, the paper analyzes how companies such as Unilever, Wayfair, Amazon, and Alibaba integrate AI technologies into their strategic processes. Results show that AI implementation has enabled cost reductions of up to 15-20%, improved throughput in logistics operations, and enhanced personalization strategies that significantly impact revenue. For instance, Alibaba attributes approximately 35% of its sales volume to AI-powered recommendation systems. These outcomes demonstrate that AI not only improves operational workflows …

In mining companies take various preventive measures to prevent accidents and incidents. The number of mining accidents in Indonesia is relatively high, which is said to be due to inadequate monitoring and assessment of mines. The phenomenon that accidents still occur in companies with a high safety culture can be caused by several complex, interrelated factors. There are only a few studies on the correlation between safety culture and people safety awareness, safety leadership, and reward-punishment, and 140 employee miners from mining companies using a non-probability sampling method in this cross-sectional study. This research is a quantitative approach that uses …

Create@State
ABSTRACT:
Order picking is the most labor-intensive activity in warehousing, accounting for approximately 55% of total operating expenses. This study evaluates the efficiency and quality trade-offs among three primary picking methods: Single, Batch, and Zone. Conducted via an educational simulation, the study utilized a 60-SKU alphanumeric Lego inventory system where four participants executed picking cycles to measure operational lead time and quality variance.
The results demonstrated a significant correlation between picking methodology and output quality. Single Picking achieved the highest quality standards, yielding only three errors alongside the fastest completion time (4:21). Conversely, Batch Picking resulted in the lowest quality, …

Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) has emerged as a strategic approach for integrating environmental considerations into supply chain operations. Existing studies indicate that supply chain practices such as green purchasing, reverse logistics, and supplier environmental collaboration positively influence operational and financial performance. Furthermore, green innovations such as eco-design and internal environmental management often act as mediating factors that strengthen competitive advantage. This study synthesizes global research published between 2000 and 2024 to evaluate the impact of GSCM on sustainable business growth. The findings reinforce the strategic role of GSCM in enhancing competitiveness and identifying key research gaps for future investigation.
