Research Aims: This research evaluates whether after-hours digital connectivity is associated with emotional exhaustion among frontline hotel and resort employees in Indonesia and whether exhaustion transmits its effects to service quality and turnover intention. It also tests psychological detachment as a boundary condition.

Design/Methodology/Approach: A cross-sectional survey was conducted from December 2025 to February 2026. Purposive sampling produced 294 usable responses from frontline employees who routinely used digital communication for work coordination. The model was estimated using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM), including direct, indirect, and interaction effects.

The lived experience of mental health disclosure is deeply paradoxical. Drawing on thematic analysis of qualitative data from 572 U.S. employees with diagnosed mental health conditions — 282 of whom disclosed to a manager or HR professional — this paper presents three central paradoxes: (1) disclosure normalizes experience but does not neutralize vulnerability; (2) the same conversation produces both safety and stigma; and (3) disclosure requires courage, revealing the inadequacy of existing organizational norms. A constructivist grounded theory approach guided the inquiry. This qualitative study examined AI readiness among Operations and Finance professionals in a large urban public school district, a public-sector workforce underexamined in the AI adoption literature. Using a grounded theory approach, data from 24 interviews and three focus groups (37 participants) produced 164 codes across 12 themes. Findings converge on a single proposition: AI readiness in this District is an organizational infrastructure problem, not a technology problem. Two theoretical contributions emerged: the Organizational AI Readiness Infrastructure Framework, a three-level diagnostic model, and the AI Readiness Conditions Model, a five-stage prescriptive sequence from governance through systemic transformation.

Leaders increasingly operate within environments characterized by uncertainty, disruption, ambiguity, and accelerating technological change. This research study investigated how experienced leaders adapt to persistent turbulent environments and identified the practices that support effective leadership under such conditions. An interpretivist qualitative research design was employed, drawing upon semi-structured interviews with eighteen senior leaders from diverse organizational contexts. The findings revealed five interconnected leadership practices: iterative sensemaking, sensegiving as mobilization, adaptive authority modulation, preparedness as enacted routine, and human-capacity regulation. The coordination of complex work among diverse project stakeholders in multifamily construction depends on interpersonal relationships. This quantitative, nonexperimental study examined whether mutual respect and reciprocal trust influence proactive engagement in the relationships among personnel working in the U.S. multifamily construction industry. Leader–member exchange theory provided the primary theoretical framework. Data from 144 participants were analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Pearson correlations, and multiple linear regression. No systematic technique exists to quantify the creative ecosystem's impact on regional economic resilience. The Regional Creative Economy Resilience Index (IRED) is a conceptual model based on Asta Cita 2024–2029's eight strategic missions. Despite women comprising a majority of the U.S. restaurant workforce, they remain significantly underrepresented in culinary leadership and elite recognition. Using an exploratory, descriptive design that draws on secondary data from the ACS, NRA, U.S. Census Bureau, and the James Beard Foundation, this study maps gender disparities across the culinary career pipeline. Women represent approximately 54% of the restaurant workforce but only 24.8% of chefs and head cooks, with a substantial gender wage gap persisting across the occupation (NRA, 2026; U.S. Census Bureau, 2024).
