يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل تأثير تكامل الاستدامة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي على جودة المعلومات المحاسبية في القطاع المصرفي، حيث تم اختيار عينة من المصارف في سوق العراق للأوراق المالية، وذلك لأنها تعد تقارير الاستدامة بشكل دوري، حيث اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وجمعت البيانات باستخدام استبانة وزعت على 110 المحاسبين والمدققين والمديرين الماليين في تلك المصارف والمحللين الماليين ، حيث تم استرجاع 93 استبانة صالحة للتحليل، بنسبة استجابة بلغت 84.5%، وقد ركزت الاستبانة على قياس تأثير تطبيق استدامة التخطيط الاستراتيجي على تحسين جودة المعلومات المحاسبية، مثل الشفافية والدقة والموثوقية، وأظهرت النتائج أن دمج مبادئ الاستدامة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي يعزز …

This qualitative study explores the manifestations and management of perfectionism among women leaders, framed through the lens of conservation of resources (COR) theory. By examining the experiences of women across various industries, the research highlights how perfectionism can act both as a strength and a challenge, depending on resource availability and self-awareness. The findings emphasize the compounded pressures faced by women, particularly women of color, and the significant role of self-awareness, coping mechanisms and mitigation techniques. Participants revealed how resource depletion may contribute to heightened perfectionistic tendencies, which subsequently may impact career outcomes. When Authoritarianism Is Beneficial: The Curvilinear Relationship Between Authoritarian Leadership And Follower Extra-Role Behavior, Shu Ge, William Gardner, Elizabeth Karam, Zhen Yan

Although authoritarian leadership is often assumed counterproductive, it may benefit certain follower outcomes. Drawing on theories of authoritarian leadership and social exchange, we propose that moderate levels of authoritarian leadership can enhance follower extra-role behavior, particularly when authoritarian leaders also demonstrate benevolence and/or morality. Results from a three-wave survey of 84 leader-follower pairs across U.S. companies show both U-shaped curvilinear and linear relationships between authoritarian leadership and follower extra-role behavior. Trust in the leader mediated the linear relationship, while the leader's perceived benevolence and morality moderated the curvilinear one. We discuss theoretical and practical implications for authoritarian leadership.
