In this study, near infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics building models to was used to detect the soluble solid contents from watermelon,through four methods, K nearest neighbors regression, Random forest regression, convolution neural network, convolution neural network added residual-block. Some deep learning modules with image processing, coding modules in 1-d ways and apply in Visible/Near-infrared spectroscopy for modeling exploration was used. As a result, deep learning modules showed great potential in Visible/Near-infrared spectroscopy data processing, and CNN model got 0.855 9 correlation coefficient and 0.778 1 °Brix RMSEP in prediction-set. The extraction process of the general flavonoids from Diaphragma juglandis Fructus (DJF) in Yunnan was optimized. and the ability of the general flavonoids extracts to scavenge hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), superoxide anion free radicals (O ·), hydroxyl free radicals (·OH) and DPPH free radicals (DPPH·) and the role of reducing fatty degeneration L02 liver intracellular total cholesterol (TC) and triglycerides (TG) were investigated. In this study, the optimum extraction parameters of polyphenols from leaves of Boehmeria nivea var. tenacissima were optimized, and the antioxidant activity of polyphenols from ramie leaves was evaluated by using gallic acid as a control. Results of polyphenols extraction experiment showed that the ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time have less effect on the amount of polyphenols extraction, and the influence of three factors on polyphenols extraction was ordered as: ethanol concentration (significantly)> extraction temperature > solid-liquid ratio. The ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic time and temperature were optimized by response surface-satisfaction function with extraction rate of polysaccharide and flavonoid from Curcuma Longa as response values. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of C. Longa polysaccharide and flavonoids were as follows: water as extraction solvent, ultrasonic temperature 50 ℃, material-liquid ratio 1∶22 (g/mL), ultrasound time 20 min. The extraction rate of polysaccharide and flavones were 1.01% and 0.23% respectively, and the satisfactory degree is 0.823 7. The comprehensive evaluation model of antioxidant capacity of Malus doumeri fruits beverage was determined by principal component analysis. Based on the antioxidant capacity of fermented beverage of Malus doumeri fruits, the single factor test and the response surface methodology were used to find out optimal fermentation conditions. Haematococcus pluvia-lis is the most important biological source of natural astaxanthin and more attentions have been paid to the extraction of astaxanthin from H. pluvialis. In order to improve the functional properties of chickpea protein isolate (CPI), CPI was treated with high intensity ultrasound (HIU) under 450 W for different time(5, 10, 20 min). The emulsifying property of protein was improved obviously by ultrasonic treatment, the solubility of CPI was significantly increased from 7.5 mg/mL to 9.2 mg/mL, and the foaming capacity of CPI was increased to a maximum value of 163.33%. Moreover, the water holding capacity and breaking force of the heat induced CPI gel significantly increased from 58.40% to 75.75%, and 75.7 g to 254.3 g. The lipid oxidation of fresh chilled pork was evaluated rapidly and contactlessly by near-infrared hyperspectral imaging during different storage periods. By using single factor experiment and response surface methods, the effects of ethanol volume fraction, solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature and time on extracting saponin from the leaves of Camellia nitidissima Chi were discussed, and the inhibitory effect of the extracts on pancreatic lipase was also studied. The optimal extraction conditons for saponin from C. nitidissima Chi were determined as follows: 59% ethanol, 1∶39 (g/mL) as solid-liquid ratio, extracting at 60 ℃ for 124 min. According to the test method of GB/T 5750.6—2006, the cadmium content in drinking water was measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy, and the accumulated data was statistically analyzed based on the Top-down control chart method. The extended uncertainty was 0.30 μg/L (k=2,P=95%). Using Top-down control chart method to assess the uncertainty is statistically rigorous, and has a wide range of application prospects.

A new design method of spiral structure with equal diameter and variable pitch is proposed to improve the spiral feeding accuracy of wheat flour. Solidworks software is used to establish a three-dimensional model and the wheat flour material is used for discrete element simulation to observe the feeding amount and feed opening of the spiral feed section. The stability of the flow rate is compared with the conventional equal-diameter variable pitch spiral structure. The effects of temperature (5~40 ℃), water content (10.14%~29.55%) and frequency (1~100 kHz) on quinoa capacitance were studied by LCR meter. Based on the multiple regression analysis method, and the optimal excitation frequency (21 kHz) and water content detection model for quinoa water content detection were determined. The minimum system board of MSP430F149 microcontroller, TFT touch-screen, AD5933 impedance measurement chip, self-made concentric circle capacitance sensor and DS18B20 digital temperature sensor were selected to complete the design of the quinoa moisture rapid detector. Using flow injection analysis technology, online distillation, extraction, and color development, a continuous flow analysis method for rapid determination of volatile phenol residues in fish meat and its products was established. The results showed that the linear range of the established detection method was 0.00~40.00 μg/L, with the correlation coefficient r=0.999 9, the detection limit of the method is 0.030 mg/kg, with the RSD ranging from 0.952% to 6.543% (n=11). The standard recovery rate was 72.000%~90.827%.
