This thesis investigates the relationship between foreign ownership and stock price crash risk in the Stock Exchange of Thailand during the period 2005 to 2024. It focuses on differentiating between direct foreign investors who hold voting shares and Non-Voting Depository Receipts (NVDRs), which provide economic benefits similar to regular shares but do not confer voting rights at shareholder meetings. Additionally, this study examines whether information asymmetry and stock liquidity moderate the relationship between foreign ownership and stock price crash risk. This thesis investigates the impact of Economic Policy Uncertainty (EPU) and Climate Policy Uncertainty (CPU) on ESG momentum strategies in U.S. equity markets from 2011 to 2023. Momentum portfolios are constructed within high- and low-rated ESG pillar groups to assess how policy uncertainty influences their performance across different firm characteristics, including sectoral classification and geographic operations. Empirical analysis reveals that policy uncertainty, particularly through Forecast and News channels, significantly affects momentum returns, with the strongest effects concentrated among low ESG-rated and domestically focused firms. This study introduces a novel approach to understanding how trading volumes from individual, institutional, and foreign investors influence anomaly returns in Thailand's stock market. I integrate comprehensive analysis of seven trading friction anomalies with unique market microstructure data from the Stock Exchange of Thailand's database. This approach enables construction of long-short portfolio strategies, while accounting for the distinct trading behaviors of different investor groups during the period from 2011 to 2021.Remarkably, I discovered asymmetric effects where retail trading amplifies certain anomalies while reducing others, contradicting traditional noise trader theories. This study evaluates and compares the forecasting accuracy of ten Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) in the Thai market using comprehensive econometric and deep learning models, with Mean Absolute Error (MAE) as the primary performance metric. The research examines DCC-GARCH, CCC-GARCH, standard GARCH-type models and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks across both raw and processed data environments (from isolation forest and random forest). การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพพื้นที่ท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ กรณีบ่อน้ำพุร้อนเค็มคลองท่อม จังหวัดกระบี่ 2) ศึกษาการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อความยั่งยืน และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการเพื่อความยั่งยืน โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ ภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาชน รวม 15 ราย โดยใช้การเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ด้านสภาพพื้นที่ บ่อน้ำพุร้อนเค็มคลองท่อมมีศักยภาพสูงในการพัฒนาเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพ เนื่องจากมีทรัพยากรธรรมชาติที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ เชื่อมโยงกับการบำบัดสุขภาพ และเป็นฐานรายได้แก่ชุมชน แม้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกยังต้องพัฒนาเพิ่มเติม ภาครัฐมีบทบาทด้านมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย ส่วนเอกชนสนับสนุนด้านบริการ ฝึกอบรม และการตลาดร่วมกับชุมชน ด้านการจัดการ ประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมตั้งคณะกรรมการบริหาร จัดทำกฎระเบียบ และอบรมมัคคุเทศก์ท้องถิ่น ภาครัฐและเอกชนพัฒนาการเชื่อมโยงเส้นทางท่องเที่ยว ส่งเสริมการตลาดเชิงสุขภาพ และสร้างเวทีความร่วมมือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ชุมชนมีบทบาทเชิงปฏิบัติ แบ่งหน้าที่ชัดเจน ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ ทั้งด้านความรู้และงบประมาณ แม้กระบวนการตัดสินใจบางส่วนยังขึ้นอยู่กับภาครัฐ และการแบ่งปันผลประโยชน์ยังไม่ทั่วถึง

การศึกษานี้มีความสนใจที่จะศึกษาพฤติกรรมการรับรู้ของคนเจนเนอเรชั่นวายในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครที่มีต่อนโยบายการออมและสวัสดิการของผู้สูงอายุในยุคสังคมสูงวัยอย่างสมบูรณ์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมการรับรู้คนเจนเนอเรชั่นวายในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครที่มีต่อนโยบายการออม และสวัสดิการของผู้สูงอายุในยุคสังคมผู้สูงอายุอย่างสมบูรณ์ เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของของคน Gen y ที่มีต่อนโยบายและสวัสดิการของผู้สูงอายุในยุคสังคมผู้สูงอายุอย่างสมบูรณ์ และศึกษาพฤติกรรมการรับรู้คนเจนเนอเรชั่นวายในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครที่มีต่อนโยบายการออม และสวัสดิการของผู้สูงอายุในยุคสังคมผู้สูงอายุอย่างสมบูรณ์ โดยการวิจัยเป็นชิงปริมาณแจกแบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 384 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์โดยการทดสอบค่าที ค่าเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณเพื่อทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับทัศนคติ การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง การรับรู้ความสามารถในการควบคุมพฤติกรรม ความรู้ในการออมของคน Gen y และนโยบายและสวัสดิการของผู้สูงอายุในยุคสังคมผู้สูงอายุอย่างสมบูรณ์ อยู่ในระดับมาก ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นของทัศนคติในการออมนโยบายและสวัสดิการของผู้สูงอายุในยุคสังคมผู้สูงอายุอย่างสมบูรณ์ของคนเจนเนอเรชั่นวายในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า เพศ อายุ อาชีพ ค่าใช้จ่ายหลัก ค่าใช้จ่ายต่อเดือน ความเพียงพอของรายรับ–รายจ่ายที่ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 นอกนั้นมีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน และในด้านทัศนคติ การรับรู้ความสามารถในการควบคุมพฤติกรรม และความรู้ในการออม มีผลต่อนโยบายและสวัสดิการของผู้สูงอายุในยุคสังคมผู้สูงอายุอย่างสมบูรณ์ ซึ่งจากผลการศึกษาอาจเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการกำหนดแนวทางพัฒนานโยบายด้านการออมและสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น และนำไปสู่การสร้างความมั่นคงทางเศรษฐกิจและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ยั่งยืนของสังคมไทยในอนาคต

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษานโยบาย แนวทางยุทธศาสตร์ การบูรณาการ บทบาทและโครงสร้างองค์การ ของศูนย์อำนวยการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับด้านการป้องกันและปราบปรามกระทำอันเป็นโจรสลัดและการปล้นเรือโดยใช้อาวุธ 2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อขัดข้องในการดำเนินการด้านการป้องกันและปราบปรามโจรสลัดฯ ภายใต้บทบาทของ ศูนย์อำนวยการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเล (ศรชล.) 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาแบบบูรณาการของศูนย์อำนวยการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเล (ศรชล.) ด้านการกระทำอันเป็นโจรสลัดและการปล้นเรือโดยใช้อาวุธ การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เอกสาร (Documentary Research) และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในระดับนโยบายและระดับปฏิบัติ รวมถึงผู้แทนจากองค์กรระหว่างประเทศ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ศรชล. เป็นกลไกหลักในการบูรณาการหน่วยงานความมั่นคงทางทะเลตาม พระราชบัญญัติการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเล พ.ศ.2562 มีอำนาจสั่งการทั้งภาวะปกติและฉุกเฉิน แต่ยังเผชิญปัญหาโครงสร้างซ้ำซ้อน ขาดบุคลากรเฉพาะทาง และระบบข้อมูลไม่เป็นเอกภาพ จึงเสนอแนวทางพัฒนา 2 ระดับ ได้แก่ 1) ระดับนโยบาย มุ่งเน้นจัดทำยุทธศาสตร์ปราบปรามโจรสลัด ปรับปรุงกฎหมายและโครงสร้าง พัฒนาระบบ MDA ด้วย Big Data และ ความร่วมมือระดับภูมิภาค 2) ระดับปฏิบัติ เน้นพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรและวัฒนธรรมองค์กร ใช้การจัดการความรู้ (KM) เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศแบบเรียลไทม์ และการฝึกซ้อมร่วมต่อเนื่อง เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการป้องกันและปราบปรามโจรสลัดอย่างยั่งยืน

การศึกษาผลกระทบและการปรับตัวของผู้นำเข้าสินค้าทางทะเลรูปแบบตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ควบคุมอุณหภูมิในวิกฤตการณ์ทะเลแดง กรณีศึกษาเส้นทางทวีปยุโรปมาประเทศไทย, พิมพ์ณดา ชัยสมบูรณ์สกุล

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา ผลกระทบ และแนวทางการปรับตัวของผู้นำเข้าสินค้าทางทะเลที่ใช้ตู้คอนเทนเนอร์ควบคุมอุณหภูมิ (Reefer Container) ในเส้นทางการนำเข้าจากสหภาพยุโรปมาประเทศไทย ภายใต้วิกฤตการณ์ความไม่สงบในพื้นที่ทะเลแดง ซึ่งเกิดจากการโจมตีเรือพาณิชย์ตั้งแต่ปลายปี พ.ศ. 2566 และส่งผลให้สายการเดินเรือต้องหลีกเลี่ยงเส้นทางคลองสุเอซ โดยเปลี่ยนไปใช้เส้นทางอ้อมแหลมกู๊ดโฮป ทำให้ระยะทางการเดินเรือเพิ่มขึ้นประมาณ 3,500 ถึง 4,000 ไมล์ทะเล และระยะเวลาการขนส่งยาวขึ้นเฉลี่ย 15 ถึง 30 วัน งานวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในห่วงโซ่อุปทานรวมทั้งสิ้น 22 ราย ครอบคลุมหน่วยงานภาครัฐ สมาคมและหน่วยงานการศึกษา ผู้นำเข้า ตัวแทนออกของ สายการเดินเรือ และผู้ให้บริการท่าเรือ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าวิกฤตการณ์ทะเลแดงก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบเชิงระบบต่อห่วงโซ่อุปทานของสินค้าควบคุมอุณหภูมิอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ได้แก่ การเพิ่มขึ้นของต้นทุนการขนส่งในช่วงร้อยละ 20 ถึง 40 จากค่าระวางเรือ ค่าเบี้ยประกันภัยเส้นทางเสี่ยงสงคราม และต้นทุนเชื้อเพลิง ระยะเวลาการขนส่งที่ยาวและผันผวนมากขึ้นจากเดิมเฉลี่ย 20 ถึง 25 วันเป็น 35 ถึง 55 วัน ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการหมุนเวียนตู้และภาวะตู้ไม่เพียงพอ ปัญหาด้านเอกสารและพิธีการนำเข้าที่ต้องแก้ไขจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลเรือและกำหนดการเดินเรือ ค่าเสียโอกาสทางธุรกิจจากการพลาดช่วงจำหน่ายของสินค้าอ่อนไหวต่อเวลาและอุณหภูมิ เช่น ผลไม้ เนื้อสัตว์แปรรูป และเวชภัณฑ์ รวมถึงการลดลงของความน่าเชื่อถือของโซ่อุปทานและบริการขนส่ง ซึ่งทำให้คู่ค้าให้ความสำคัญกับความโปร่งใสของข้อมูลและการติดตามสถานะสินค้าแบบเรียลไทม์มากขึ้น ในด้าน แนวทางการปรับตัว ผู้นำเข้ามุ่งใช้กลยุทธ์เพิ่มความยืดหยุ่นของห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ผ่านการปรับระดับสินค้าคงคลัง การกระจายแหล่งนำเข้าและเส้นทางขนส่ง การเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการขนส่งสำหรับสินค้าที่อ่อนไหวต่อเวลา การทำสัญญาค่าระวางระยะยาว และ การประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับหน่วยงานรัฐเพื่อบริหารจัดการเอกสารให้ทันต่อสถานการณ์ โดยสรุป งานวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่าวิกฤตการณ์ทะเลแดงเป็นความเสี่ยงเชิงโครงสร้างที่ส่งผลกระทบอย่างกว้างขวางต่อการนำเข้าสินค้าควบคุมอุณหภูมิจากสหภาพยุโรปมาประเทศไทย และจำเป็นต้องอาศัยการปรับตัวเชิงบูรณาการด้านโลจิสติกส์ การบริหารความเสี่ยง และความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อเสริมสร้างเสถียรภาพและความยืดหยุ่นของห่วงโซ่อุปทานในระยะยาว

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเปราะบางจากน้ำมันรั่วไหลในจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยใช้กระบวนการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้นในการเปรียบเทียบความสำคัญของปัจจัยทีละคู่และจัดลำดับความสำคัญ ข้อมูลถูกรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์จากแบบสอบถามผู้เชี่ยวชาญประกอบด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และนักวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งในระดับพื้นที่และระดับนโยบาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความเปราะบางมากที่สุด คือ ปัจจัยความสามารถในการรับมือเมื่อเกิดเหตุ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้ความสำคัญกับ (1) แผนตอบสนองและรับมือสถานการณ์ (2) ความรู้ ความสามารถ และทักษะของบุคลากร และ (3) อุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือในการขจัดคราบน้ำมัน ตามลำดับ สำหรับข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายพบว่าประเด็นสำคัญที่สุด คือ การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนเกิดเหตุ ได้แก่ (1) การมีแผนขจัดคราบน้ำมันในระดับต่าง ๆ ที่สอดคล้องกับแผนชาติ (2) การจัดสรรงบประมาณฉุกเฉินเพื่อการตอบสนองและฟื้นฟูสิ่งแวดล้อม (3) การจัดหาเครื่องมือในการขจัดคราบน้ำมัน (4) การให้ความรู้ การฝึกซ้อม และการฝึกปฏิบัติจริงแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ และ (5) การจัดหาอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการรับมือเหตุการณ์น้ำมันรั่วไหล ผลวิจัยนี้ช่วยเพิ่มความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความเปราะบางจากน้ำมันรั่วไหลในจังหวัดชลบุรี และสามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบการกำหนดนโยบาย การพัฒนากลไกการวางแผน และการบริหารจัดการเชิงบูรณาการ อันจะนำไปสู่การสร้างความเข้าใจและความร่วมมือในการจัดการปัญหาน้ำมันรั่วไหลร่วมกันต่อไป

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการลดผลกระทบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมจากการใช้รถยนต์ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าในกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) วิเคราะห์ปัญหา อุปสรรค และผลจากการใช้รถยนต์ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าเพื่อลดผลกระทบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 3) สังเคราะห์ผลการศึกษาและเสนอแนะแนวทางที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้รถยนต์ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าเพื่อลดผลกระทบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในกรุงเทพมหานครโดยมีกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ หน่วยงานภาครัฐและรัฐวิสาหกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง หน่วยงานเอกชน ผู้ใช้งานรถยนต์ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า และผู้ไม่ได้ใช้งานรถยนต์ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า รวมทั้งสิ้น 28 คน โดยกำหนดวิธีการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและบรรยายข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ประเทศไทยเผชิญกับปัญหาผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและสภาพอากาศอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครถือเป็นหนึ่งในพื้นที่สำคัญที่ประสบปัญหาดังกล่าว เนื่องจากเป็นเมืองขนาดใหญ่ที่มีความหนาแน่นของการจราจรสูง ส่งผลให้เกิดมลพิษทางอากาศบ่อยครั้ง ในปัจจุบัน รถยนต์ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าเริ่มมีการจำหน่ายและใช้งานเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างแพร่หลายในประเทศไทย รัฐบาลและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจึงตระหนักถึงบทบาทสำคัญของรถยนต์ประเภทนี้ในการช่วยลดมลพิษจากภาคคมนาคม เพื่อให้การใช้งานรถยนต์ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าสามารถลดมลพิษได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ จึงจำเป็นต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือจากทั้งหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และประชาชน ในการวางแผนและดำเนินนโยบายสนับสนุน ดังนั้น การส่งเสริมการใช้งานรถยนต์ที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าอย่างครอบคลุมและมีระบบสนับสนุนที่เหมาะสมจึงถือเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในกรุงเทพมหานคร รวมถึงส่งเสริมความยั่งยืนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศไทยโดยรวม

The study explored the lived experiences of 10 African American Holiness-Pentecostal clergywomen who faced rejection in a predominantly male-led church system. These women shared detailed stories of their experiences in leadership as pastors, apostles, and co-pastors. In the highly competitive e-commerce industry, customer-facing warehouses are crucial as the “order penetration points” for e-commerce last-mile operations. This research examines how warehouses use last-minute coordination, an unstructured mechanism, to ensure sufficient inventory at the order penetration points. Previous research has focused on structured mechanisms like contracts and inventory management systems to enhance warehouse performance. However, these mechanisms can be ineffective when faced with unforeseen local contingencies. To adjust inventory and adapt to changes in supply and/or demand, warehouses need to engage in unstructured, last-minute coordination with other warehouses. To address this, we propose a new QoS prediction method, Multi-source Feature Two-phase Learning (MFTL). MFTL incorporates multiple sources of features influencing QoS and uses a two-phase learning framework to make effective use of these features. Consider a Markovian tandem line with finite intermediate buffers and an equal number of stations and servers. Servers are flexible but noncollaborative, so that a job can be processed by at most one server at any time. When a job is being processed, it can be damaged and wasted depending on the proficiency of the server. We identify the dynamic server assignment policy that maximizes the long-run average throughput of the system with two stations and two servers. Generative AI, which ushers a new age of AI, comes with huge economic potential. To capitalize the AI boom, investors are interested in trading AI stocks. AI chatbots, which can identify and classify the sentiment from financial news, can be leveraged for investment. So, this paper proposes a GPT-based sentiment analysis approach for trading AI stocks. Also, natural experiments are conducted to evaluate its effectiveness. Initial results show that the approach achieves a good rate of return.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Federal Reserve (Fed) embarked on an unprecedented mission to stabilize the U.S. economy as businesses shut down. One emergency Fed facility, the Secondary Market Corporate Credit Facility (SMCCF), was used to purchase corporate bonds and corporate bond exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the secondary market. This extraordinary measure, which injected liquidity into the corporate bond market, aimed to mitigate economic fallout for large companies. Special districts that are owned or controlled by private entities and act almost uniformly like a company town can be dubbed a “company district.” These special districts, similar to historical company towns, have autonomy over the districts, control the local government, and only have to answer to the state government. Historical company towns like Pullman, Illinois and Hershey, Pennsylvania had almost canonical command over the land within their boundaries. As algorithms become a function of decision-making in the financial sector, policymakers, the judiciary, and academics grapple with regulatory questions. With the increased reliance on algorithms in finance, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) proposed a rule to mitigate potential conflicts of interest that can arise out of financial firms using algorithms. Algorithm users, including financial firms, are finding novel ways to protect algorithm use, such as by offering them First Amendment protections.
