This study investigates the dynamic interrelationships among ConocoPhillips (COP) stock returns, natural gas prices, the S&P500 index, and changes in the U.S. 10-Year Treasury bond yield using a Vector Autoregressive (VAR) model over the period January 2020 to July 2025. Weekly data are used to estimate a VAR(4) model, allowing for lagged and contemporaneous interactions across financial and commodity markets. The variables are treated as endogenous, with the model validated through stationarity testing, Johansen cointegration analysis, and diagnostic checks.

This paper discusses the antitrust reform measures taken during the occupation of Japan following the end of World War II. These antitrust reforms included the dissolution of the zaibatsu business groups and the adoption of the Antimonopoly Act. However, the trust-busting and antitrust measures taken by Japan failed to prevent the eventual rise of keiretsu business groups and lower the concentration of corporate ownership in Japan. This project examined whether leaders’ use of positive reinforcement
improves team retention, satisfaction, and performance across Generation
X, Millennials, and Generation Z. Jen Williams selected this topic due to the
rising turnover challenges and lack of consistent reinforcement training in
leadership practice. Using mixed-methods design, the study combined a
quantitative survey of 13 working professionals with a qualitative interview
from a Generation X leader participant. Results showed that over 92% of
the participants felt motivated by recognition, and 72% linked

This study investigates how salesperson perceptions of quota difficulty, quota fairness, and procedural justice influence perceived organizational support (POS), organizational trust, and ultimately turnover intentions. Drawing on social exchange theory and fairness heuristic theory, we propose and test a multi-path model in which quota-related justice perceptions shape salesforce attitudes and behavior through both direct and indirect mechanisms. Data from 313 business-to-business salespeople and their 142 managers reveal that perceived quota difficulty significantly predicts fairness, which in turn is positively related to POS and organizational trust. The telecommunications and information technology sectors significantly drive economic growth through continuous innovation. This study investigates how Innovation and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics affect the financial performance of 80 telecommunications firms listed on stock exchanges in APEC member nations from 2018 to 2022. Innovation is evaluated based on research and development expenditures, whereas financial performance is determined by examining revenue and Tobin’s Q. As an unprecedented global public health emergency with rapid spread and challenging prevention and control measures, the COVID-19 pandemic has profoundly impacted corporate performance worldwide. Notably, the manufacturing industry in China has been severely impacted. To comprehensively understand the influence of significant public health incidents on enterprises and mitigate the epidemic's repercussions, the unbalanced panel data of China's A-share listed manufacturing enterprises from 2018 to 2023 was analyzed by regression analysis. Despite the significant role emotions play in business-to-business (B2B) sales transactions, the impact of salesperson emotional labor on well-being, specifically job satisfaction, has garnered limited attention. To address this gap, the present study examines the relationships among salesperson moral identity, emotional labor strategies, customer injustice, and job satisfaction. An analysis of responses from B2B salespeople reveals that moral identity internalization is positively related to deep acting and negatively to surface acting, whereas moral identity symbolization is positively related to both deep and surface acting. Academic and market interest in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing has grown markedly in recent years. Although less prominent, a substantial literature also explores whether “sin pays” in the public capital markets. This literature’s underlying theory is that social norms discourage the funding of businesses that promote vice. According to this theory, some investors—particularly institutions sensitive to social norms, such as pension funds and foundations—will shun vice investments. This Article reassesses the culpability of those who invest in law-breaking firms. Prosecutors currently treat investors as victims of corporate wrongdoing rather than as actors who might bear responsibility for it. This Article observes, though, that investment can facilitate, and even cause, illicit corporate activity. When investors intentionally contribute to those effects, substantive criminal law imposes liability on them just the same as it does on accomplices, conspirators, or principals in other contexts. Despite this formal parity, however, investor criminal liability is more a theoretical proposition than a practical reality.

This study investigates the relationship between corporate governance ratings and earnings management among publicly listed firms across six ASEAN countries—Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam—during the period 2015–2023. It examines whether the coverage, level, and disagreement of governance ratings influence the degree of discretionary accruals, which are used as a proxy for earnings management. The Modified Jones Model and Kothari’s performance-matched approach were employed to estimate discretionary accruals, with firm, country, industry, and year fixed effects applied to control for unobserved heterogeneity. This study analyzes how foreign and domestic capital flows influence the leverage of SET100 Thai non-financial firms, considering investor sentiment regimes and firm cyclicality (2013–2023). It contrasts fundamental foreign portfolio flows with speculative domestic trading turnover. Sentiment regimes powerfully amplify flow effects. Bullish domestic sentiment and high domestic turnover significantly increase leverage (sentiment-exploitation). Conversely, deteriorating sentiment and foreign outflows intensify debt reliance (stress-compensation). Domestic flows have stronger, more immediate leverage effects than foreign flows, revealing a behavioral asymmetry. This study investigates the determinants of investor demand for high-yield corporate bonds in Thailand's primary market between 2014 and 2024, focusing on whether investors exhibit reach-for-yield behavior and how they respond to past issuance patterns. Utilizing panel regression, with the Take-Up Ratio serving as the key measure of investor participation, the findings reveal that investor behavior is highly conditional. In normal or tightening monetary periods, high nominal yields and credit spreads are generally associated with lower subscription rates, suggesting investors interpret elevated returns as a signal of greater credit risk. This study examines the interaction between salience effects and the 52-week high phenomenon in the Thai stock market, with particular attention to the mediating role of trading volume. Using data from SET100 constituents spanning May 2005 to December 2024, we employ the salience measure developed by Bordalo et al. (2012) and Cosemans and Frehen (2021) to investigate whether stocks with salient payoffs exhibit different return patterns when approaching their 52-week highs. This study developed and evaluated the Inclusive Classroom Simulation (ICS), an immersive virtual reality (IVR) tool designed to improve pre-service teachers’ self-efficacy and attitudes toward managing inclusive classrooms with students on the autism spectrum. Using mixed-methods approach, including expert interviews, prototype development, usability testing, and a pre-post VR intervention, the study engaged pre-service teachers in realistic classroom scenarios that replicated ASD-related disruptive behaviors. Findings indicate that high sense of agency enchances classroom-management, self-efficacy and attitudes toward inclusive practices. การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมและความรู้ความเข้าใจของชุมชนประมงพื้นบ้านในการจัดการทรัพยากรบริเวณพื้นที่อำเภอเกาะช้าง จังหวัดตราด ตามหลักแนวปฏิบัติของ VGSSF (Voluntary Guidelines for Securing Sustainable Small-Scale Fisheries) รวมทั้งหาแนวทางในการยกระดับการมีส่วนร่วม โดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างชาวประมงพื้นบ้านที่อาศัยอยู่ในตำบลเกาะช้างใต้ อำเภอเกาะช้าง จังหวัดตราด จำนวน 130 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ เพื่อทดสอบความแตกต่างโดยใช้ T-test, F-test และทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ทางสถิติของข้อมูลโดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลัก VGSSF อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการจัดการทรัพยากรของกลุ่มตัวอย่างในยู่ในระดับน้อย ทำให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจทั้งสองด้านนี้ประเมินภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย ส่วนการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนประมงพื้นบ้านในการจัดการทรัพยากรในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการติดตามและประเมินผลมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง รองลงมาคือด้านการวางแผนจัดการทรัพยากรและด้านการตัดสินใจ ส่วนด้านการปฏิบัติการและด้านการรับผลประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับน้อย ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมแตกต่างกัน และความรู้ความเข้าใจมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนประมงพื้นบ้านในระดับสูง ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าชาวประมงส่วนใหญ่มีความต้องการเข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการจัดการทรัพยากรเพื่อความมั่นคงในอาชีพ

เนื่องจากอุตสาหกรรมการบินมีการเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉพาะสายการบินราคาประหยัดหรือสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำ (Low-cost carrier: LCC) ที่เข้ามามีบทบาทสำคัญในการให้บริการขนส่งทางอากาศทั้งเส้นทางบินในประเทศและระหว่างประเทศ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความเต็มใจที่จะจ่ายของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อบริการเสริมของสายการบินราคาประหยัด ประกอบด้วย บริการระบบสาระบันเทิงบนเครื่องบิน บริการห้องรับรองและบริการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกบนเครื่องบิน โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการแจกแบบสอบถามโดยตรงและแบบออนไลน์ผ่านกลุ่มต่าง ๆ ให้กับผู้โดยสารที่เคยหรือมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้บริการจำนวน 100 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบร่วมหรือวิธีแบบจำลองทางเลือก (Conjoint Analysis: CA) การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้การออกแบบชุดทางเลือกเพื่อสร้างการทดลองทางเลือกด้วยวิธี Orthogonal ทางเลือกของรูปแบบการให้บริการจะนำเสนอด้วยชุดคุณลักษณะการบริการรวมถึงอัตราค่าโดยสาร ซึ่งแต่ละสถานการณ์ทางเลือกสมมติขึ้นเพื่อใช้เป็นตัวเลือกระหว่างแนวทางการให้บริการพื้นฐานและแนวทางเลือกที่มีการเพิ่มระดับการให้บริการ โดยผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามแต่ละรายจะได้รับชุดสถานการณ์ทางเลือกทั้งหมด 7 ชุดสถานการณ์ เพื่อให้ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเลือกแนวทางที่พึงพอใจที่สุดจากสถานการณ์นั้น ๆ ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ผู้โดยสารมีความเต็มใจที่จะจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมต่อบริการของระบบสาระบันเทิงบนเครื่องบินเป็นมูลค่า 597 บาทต่อเที่ยวและเต็มใจที่จะจ่ายเป็นมูลค่า 735 บาทต่อเที่ยว สำหรับบริการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกบนเครื่องบิน ในขณะที่การศึกษาไม่พบนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในความเต็มใจจ่ายในบริการห้องรับรอง ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการกำหนดราคา เพื่อเพิ่มรายได้จากบริการเสริม

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงกระบวนการในการพิจารณาทางเลือกที่เหมาะสมที่สุด (Best Practical Environmental Option; BPEO) ในการรื้อถอนและใช้ประโยชน์ขาแท่นผลิตปิโตรเลียมในอ่าวไทยที่สิ้นสุดการใช้งานและการประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการวิเคราะห์ตามลำดับชั้น (Analytic Hierarchy Process: AHP) เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์และสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจอย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการเสริมกระบวนการ BPEO ให้ครอบคลุมปัจจัยด้านมูลค่าทางเศรษฐศาสตร์โดยรวม (Total Economic Value: TEV) และผลประโยชน์ชาติทางทะเล การศึกษาใช้การวิจัยเชิงการตัดสินใจแบบหลายเกณฑ์ (Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis: MCDA) โดยใช้กระบวนการ AHP เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์และสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจ และได้นำแนวคิด TEV มาใช้เป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการกำหนดปัจจัยการพิจารณาในเชิงคุณค่าและบทบาทของขาแท่น โดยไม่มุ่งเน้นการประเมินมูลค่าออกมาเป็นตัวเงิน งานวิจัยมุ่งศึกษาเฉพาะโครงสร้างขาแท่นส่วนใต้น้ำ ซึ่งได้พัฒนาเป็นระบบนิเวศใหม่ (novel ecosystems) ที่มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ การวิจัยดำเนินการทั้งเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามออนไลน์จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 92 คน ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่ให้คำปรึกษาในการรื้อถอนโดยตรง และกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและประชาชนที่ให้ความสนใจ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ทั้งผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียให้ความสำคัญต่อบทบาททางนิเวศอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ส่งผลให้ทางเลือก “การคงขาแท่นไว้เป็นปะการังเทียม ณ ที่เดิม” ได้รับการจัดอันดับความเหมาะสมสูงสุด สะท้อนให้เห็นการให้ความสำคัญกับคุณค่าทางนิเวศและผลประโยชน์ระยะยาวของขาแท่นในบริบทของทรัพยากรทางทะเลและการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจสีน้ำเงิน ซึ่งแตกต่างจากแนวปฏิบัติของกระบวนการ BPEO ในปัจจุบัน ที่โดยทั่วไปยังคงมุ่งเน้นการรื้อถอนโครงสร้างทั้งหมดขึ้นฝั่ง นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าความคิดเห็นจำนวนมากสะท้อนข้อกังวลเกี่ยวกับความไม่ชัดเจนของกรอบกฎหมาย บทบาทและความรับผิดชอบในระยะยาว รวมถึงการขาดกลไกกำกับดูแลที่เป็นระบบ ซึ่งเป็นอุปสรรคสำคัญต่อการพิจารณาทางเลือกที่หลากหลาย งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบาย ได้แก่ การเสนอให้นำ AHP มาประยุกต์ใช้เป็นเครื่องมือเพื่อเสริมประสิทธิภาพการตัดสินใจ ในกระบวนการ BPEO และบูรณาการปัจจัยด้าน TEV ในการพิจารณา BPEO เพื่อให้มีครอบคลุมปัจจัยครบทุกมิติโดยเฉพาะบทบาทเชิงนิเวศของขาแท่น รวมทั้งปรับปรุงกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องให้รองรับการใช้ประโยชน์ ขาแท่นในทะเลในระยะยาว ส่งเสริมการวิจัยเพื่อใช้เป็นฐานข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ และบูรณาการการมีส่วนร่วมในทุกขั้นตอนเพื่อยกระดับการบริหารจัดการขาแท่นผลิตปิโตรเลียมที่สิ้นสุดการใช้งานอย่างยั่งยืน

This study examines the determinants of short and long-term IPO performance in the SET and mai market. Using samples of SET and mai IPOs from 2014-2021, the research investigates how underwriter reputation, institutional investor ownership, and big-4 auditor influence cumulative abnormal returns across time horizons. From information asymmetry, certification, and signaling theories, the study uses multiple linear regression with OLS to analyze IPO performance. Results are different between the two markets. In SET, underwriter reputation shows no certification effect across all time horizons for all reputation measures.
