This conceptual paper explores the influence of opinion leaders, the elements of credibility, and draws on endorsement literature to illustrate how opinion leaders are perceived as credible sources in the market. The paper proposes a new type of opinion leader — the celebrity expert endorser (CEE). The CEE is characterized by the typical opinion leader behaviour in the form of information dissemination and the inherent motivation to collect information to pass it on to opinion seekers. The purpose of this research is to examine the challenges and influencing factors of the Government Export Support Program (ESP) in Egypt. The program was initiated in 2002 with the aim of upgrading the value added of Egyptian exporters and strengthening their international market share. JOHNSON CITY (Jan. 17, 2020) – East Tennessee State University has announced a new program that provides last-dollar assistance covering tuition and program service fees as well as extensive support for incoming freshmen.

ETSU Promise Plus begins in fall 2020 and will be open to first-time, full-time freshmen eligible for the Tennessee Education Lottery (HOPE) Scholarship and the maximum Pell Grant.  In addition to financial assistance, Promise Plus offers free support to help students be successful in their pursuit of a degree.

Cultural intelligence (CQ) refers to an individual’s capability to successfully adapt to new or unfamiliar cultural settings (Earley & Ang, 2003). The purpose of this study was to gain a holistic and comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon of CQ within the context of higher education pedagogy. This study explored undergraduate students’ perceived outcomes of CQ based on their participation in full semester courses that embedded short-term international travel (SIT). Human Resource Development Faculty Publications and Presentations

Drawing on research taking narcissism as a 'dark' side of personality traits, we examine how and when narcissistic entrepreneurs are more likely to engage in unethical pro-organizational behaviours (UPBs). We collected data from 347 entrepreneurial teams in three entrepreneurial parks of China. The results show that entrepreneur narcissism is positively related to entrepreneurial goal difficulty and UPBs, and entrepreneurial goal difficulty mediates the relationship between entrepreneur narcissism and UPBs, and these positive associations are stronger when external environment is more complex. Theoretical and practical implications as well as research limitation of this study are also discussed.

This paper describes a time-saving procedure for the removal of prefabricated threaded posts. In this technique, a slit is prepared in the head of the post to-be-removed so that it can be engaged by a jewelers’ precision stainless steel flat-blade screwdriver which would drive it out when rotated counterclockwise. This simple technique spares the clinician valuable time and effort during removal, requires minimal or no loss of valuable tooth structure compared to other techniques. It is also conservative in the sense that it does not expose dental tissue to thermal insults from use of ultrasound.
