ETSU was the highest-ranking public university in Tennessee in the RN to BSN category.

The RN to BSN program is focused on advancing the skills and preparation of current associate degree and diploma nurses seeking a baccalaureate degree. It is one of many programs offered in the ETSU College of Nursing.

This study investigates the relationship of brand nostalgia, brand attitude, likelihood to purchase the brand, and usage of the brand, based upon a four-way classification of nostalgia. Using multi-group analysis, a difference between types of nostalgia for the predictiveness of brand nostalgia is found in attitude and purchase likelihood. Managerial implications and future research directions are discussed.

Purpose
This study investigates the role of collaborative spaces as organizational support for internal innovation through cross-functional teams and for open innovation with external stakeholders. In particular, the study focuses on collaborative spaces as tools for multiplex (i.e., simultaneous internal and external boundary management in innovation projects).

Design/methodology/approach
The authors conducted a qualitative study in a multi-divisional organization that set up in its headquarters a collaborative space for collaborative product development. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and participant observations.

An Examination Of How Environmental, Social, Governance (Esg) Investing Influences A Company's Stock Return, Sam Marty

Undergraduate Honors Thesis Projects

Using a random sample of 184 companies traded on the New York Stock Exchange in 2019, this paper investigates the impact of Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) investing on a company’s stock return. The results show that ESG investing has a positive and statistically significant impact on a company’s stock return. An increase in one ESG rating leads to an increase between 0.4% and 3.6% in the return of a company’s stock. Additionally, the results show that individual ESG factors are each statistically insignificant. This indicates that the three ESG factors need to be viewed together rather than individually. There are over 1.5 million adopted children in the U.S. Extant literature primarily examines these adopted children, not their parents, in terms of identity, coping skills, stigma, and more. We know little about how adoptive parents establish their identity as parents without going through the visual and biological transition as women who give birth do. This study examines the socio-economic effects of large-scale and small-scale farmers on fish production in Zambia. The government has recently encouraged small farmers to raise fish in order to decrease poverty and increase food security. However, it can be hard to make money when the large-scale, wealthy farmers are taking over the market. The possession of chicken manure to aid in fish production was significant in its impact on yields. It can be assumed that since this manure is expensive, poorer, smaller farmers are not reaping the benefits of this fertilizer since they cannot afford it.

Basis is defined as the cash minus futures. Cash market reflects today's supply conditions and price. Futures market reflects upcoming supply and demand conditions. If it is anticipated that there will be a period of increasing supplies, futures prices will decline to reflect that information. Likewise, periods of time with expected decreasing supplies, future prices are expected to increase.

Since cash and futures prices can move simultaneously, basis will fluctuate through time. In periods where basis becomes more positive (i.e. basis is said to be strengthening/narrowing) it implies that cash prices are increasing more relative …

Text Messaging Between School Counselors And Students: An Exploratory Study, Nicholas R. Gilly

This exploratory case study examines the impact of text messaging on mentoring relationships when used as an outreach between school counselors and high school students, where established relationships are lacking. An SMS gateway was used to mediate communication between school counselors (N=2) and students (N=5) over a three-month timeframe. The SMS gateway converted email, sent from counselors, to text messages, which were received on mobile devices of students and allowed students to respond back to counselors. Findings indicate that the use of text messaging may ease scheduling of face-to-face meetings between counselors and students, but evidence does not support any …
