يعد الأقتصاد العراقي من أكثر الأقتصاديات في العالم غنى بالموارد الطبيعية وبالأخص النفط ألا أن واقع النمو والتنمية الأقتصادية لا يعكسان هذه الوفرة في الموارد بسبب تعاقب الأحداث السياسية والأقتصادية خلال فترات زمنية تمتد لعشرات السنين ، فنشوب الحروب المتعاقبة أثر على معدلات النمو الأقتصادي وعلى الموارد المالية المخصصة بصورة جعلت الأقتصاد العراقي يتصف بالريعية وعدم التنوع هذا الى جانب أن السياسات الأقتصادية المتخذة والمطبقة في البلد أتسمت بالتقلب تبعاً لأختلاف هذه الأحداث السياسية وتأثيرها على المسيرة التنموية ، لذلك جاء هذا البحث ليركز على السياسة المالية والنقدية وعلاقتهما النمو الأقتصادي في العراق خلال المدة 1990-2016.

هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر استراتيجيات التطوير التنظيمي على مستوى الأداء الوظيفي بمنظمات العمل الأهلي الفلسطيني في قطاع غزة من خلال التعلم التنظيمي كمتغير وسيط، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تصميم الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيع (110) استبانة على الموظفين العاملين بالإدارة العليا والوسطى من منظمات العمل الأهلي الفلسطينية، وتم استرداد (80) استبانة بنسبة استرداد (72.72%).

هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز علاقة تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة على تحقيق التنمية الاجتماعية المستدامة، من وجهة نظر العاملين في منظمات العمل التنموي الأهلي في قطاع غزة. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة، وتم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبانة، حيث تم توزيع 150 استبانة على كل من الإدارة العليا والوسطى داخل المنظمات الاهلية العاملة في المجال التنموي، وقد تم استرداد 122 استبانة استخدمت لأغراض التحليل.

الملخص:

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور عمليات إدارة المعرفة في تحسين جودة اتخاذ القرارات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تمّ تطوير الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات الضرورية، وتمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع عاملي المديرية العامة في الخدمات الطبية العسكرية والبالغ عددهم (820) موظفًا، حيث تمّ استخدام أسلوب العينة العشوائية الطبقية، وتمّ توزيع (320) استبانة، واسترداد (293) استبانة صالحة لغايات التحليل الإحصائي بنسبة استجابة (91.56%). واستُخدم برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات. وخلُصت الدراسة إلى أنَّ مستوى ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة بشكل عام كان بدرجة متوسطة بنسبة (59.88%)، وكذلك أيضًا جودة اتخاذ القرارات بوزن نسبي (58.18%). …

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التفكير الاستراتيجي في تعزيز القدرات التنافسية في شركة أوريدو للاتصالات الخلوية في محافظات قطاع غزة، وقد اعتمد الباحث في إجراء الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتوزيعها على المجتمع من الموظفين العاملين في الإدارة العليا والوسطي بالشركة المبحوثة، وقام باستخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل لجمع البيانات المطلوبة من مجتمع الدراسة والبالغ عددهم (100) مفردة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية جاء مجال التفكير الاستراتيجي بدرجة موافقة مرتفعة من قبل العاملين في شركة أوريدو وبوزن نسبي (80.5%)، كما أن هناك درجة موافقة مرتفعة حول القدرات التنافسية وبوزن نسبي (73.3%)، وأظهرت أيضاً وجود …

The Covid-19 pandemic has become a major disruption to colleges and universities around the world with most institutions moving to online-only instruction. As a result, the use of controlled environments to deliver hands-on experiences in typical MIS curriculum courses, such as programming, database management, network administration, information security, and web design was no longer available.
