The Difference Edid Incubation Makes, Charlie Wall-Andrews, Oana Branzei

This paper informs allyship in times of crisis. Through positive effects of EDID incubation during one of the most challenging periods for the music industry suggest that social institutions that explicitly promote allyship can mitigate the stronger downside of the pandemic on socially marginalized groups. Because DS Provider's followership can be interpreted as one aspect of allyship, the greater gains in followership relative to non-supported peers also support the critical role of EDID incubation in advancing allyship across gender, racial and socio-economic groups.

Industrial parks, technopolises, and industrial areas are the important mechanisms for solving the problems related to the development of small and medium enterprises, employment, and technological development of industry in all countries. Currently, there are 400 industrial parks in the United States and China, 200 in Germany, 262 in Turkey, and about 200 in Vietnam. These areas play a key role in the formation of a modern technological base of production, the introduction of innovations in production processes, and the creation of high-capacity products and services.

What is political skill?
Political skill refers to “the ability to effectively understand others at work, and to use such knowledge to influence others to act in ways that enhance one’s personal and/or organizational objectives” (Ahearn et al., 2004, p. 311). Unlike organizational politics, which involve selfserving and detrimental behavior, political skill involves positive, sincere, and effective influence (Ferris et al., 2005). The primary measure of political skill is the 18-item Political Skill Inventory, which assesses political skill through four factors: social astuteness, interpersonal influence, networking ability, and apparent sincerity. يهدف البحث الى التعرف على تأثير مخاطر التدقيق في مصداقية المعلومات المالية وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي اذ استخدمت استمارة الاستبيان الالكتروني كأداة للبحث ، ويتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع العاملين في رقابة وتدقيق الحسابات في المصارف الخاصة العراقية ، اما عينة البحث فقد بلغت 110 فردا من الافراد المشار اليهم في مجتمع البحث ، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج وهي وجود مستوى مرتفع من مخاطر التدقيق بأنواعها (مخاطر الملازمة، مخاطر الرقابة، مخاطر الاستكشاف) التي تتعرض لها المصارف الخاصة العراقية وكذلك وجود مستوى مرتفع من مصداقية المعلومات المالية لدى المصارف الخاصة العراقية وتبين وجود تأثير عكسي ذي دلالة …

(March 30, 2022) – Rural high school students already eyeing a career in medicine can get an early glimpse into the field by attending the free Rural High School Medical Camp hosted by East Tennessee State University’s Quillen College of Medicine.

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تحليل العلاقة بين البراعة التنظيمية والأداء المالي لمجموعة من المصارف الحكومية والخاصة العاملة في العراق ، بدأ البحث في إيجاد إجابة للسؤال التالي هل البراعة التنظيمية لها تأثير على الأداء المالي للبنوك؟ كما انطلق البحث من فرضية رئيسية تفيد بوجود علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البراعة التنظيمية والأداء المالي ، بعد الفرضية التي يتبعها البحث تبنى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاختبار وتحليل نتائج الدراسة وباستخدام الاستبيانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات. تم توزيع (230) استبانة على متخذي القرار من البنوك الحكومية والخاصة العاملة في العراق ، وتم استرجاع (221) استبانة ، و (200) استبانة صالحة للتحليل …
