Manuscript Type: Research Paper Research Aims: To analyze how demand, convenience, interactivity, and playfulness in short videos influence perceived enjoyment, which in turn affects hedonic motivation and impulsive repurchase intentions, both directly and indirectly.
Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used quantitative research with 278 respondents, analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). Research Findings: Demand, convenience, and playfulness significantly enhance perceived enjoyment, while interactivity does not. Research Aims: This study examines the impact of the Korean Wave (Hallyu) fandom in Indonesia, focusing on collaborations between Indonesian companies and K-Pop idols. It aims to understand how fan interactions influence purchasing behavior toward celebrity-endorsed products.

Design/methodology/approach: The research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze data from 1,016 respondents familiar with collaboration campaigns between Indonesian companies and K-Pop idols. Theories are applied to a case where Hanamasa Indonesia’s promotion materials were treated with skeptical e-WOMs since a customer revealed her experience was contrast to what appears visually and audibly on the restaurant’s social media posts. This study aims to analyze the effect CEO education, board gender diversity, and firm’s financial dimension on CSR disclosure. The sample used in study includes 22 publicly listed manufacturing firms in the Indonesia Stock Exchange that disclosed their ESG scores during the period of 2015 until 2019. This research used panel data which was later run using fixed effects model data. The result explains that both firm size and CEO education positively impact CSR disclosure at manufacturing firms and the impact is significant.

This study investigates the two-way interaction effects of work engagement and empowerment on the degree of employees' budget participation industry in Scotland. Data are collected from 159 employees via an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiplicative regression analysis. The results confirm the presence of a two-way interaction effect between work engagement and empowerment on the degree of budget participation at a statistically significance level (p = 0.0002). Further analysis indicates that the higher the empowerment, the greater its enhancing effect on the positive relationship between work engagement and the degree of employees' budget participation. This study aims to examine whether Indonesian banks perform earnings and capital management through loan loss provisions and whether IFRS 9 implementation improves accounting quality by focussing on those practices. The analysis is conducted with a sample of 28 banks in Indonesia selected from the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2012 – 2021. This study adopts a model modified from previous studies (Ahmed et al. 1999; Anandarajan et al. 2003; Anandarajan et al. 2006; Leventis et al. 2011). Short-form travel videos are popular and can trigger travel inspiration. Based on persuasion theory and customer inspiration theory, Study 1 analyzed audience comments toward short-form travel videos following the grounded theory approach, and identified seven basic attributes of short-form travel videos triggering travel inspiration in three categories of attractiveness. Based on the stimuli-organism-response framework, Study 2 revealed that presenter, destination, and video design each had significant positive effect on travel intention via the chain mediation of inspired-by and inspired-to of travel inspiration. Research data were collected using the Elsevier Scopus bibliometric database. In this context, 90 data, including articles, papers and book chapters at international level, were found in the search carried out on Scopus.
