Companies are increasingly performing corporate social responsibility (CSR) as part of their strategic plans, but the effect of CSR activities on short-term financial performance is disputed. Researchers have found ambiguous relationships through mediating factors, but few studies have investigated internal stakeholders in this context and the firm characteristics that moderate these relationships. This study uses a competitive mediating model that examines job satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between CSR and short-term financial performance for Korean companies. Although research on Virtual Reality (VR) has uncovered numerous technical advantages of VR over traditional media, little is known about how individual VR users with varying prior experience respond to VR differently. This paper examines the effect of users' prior VR experience on their subsequent real-life behavior in the domain of charitable consumption. Specifically, we find that compared to experienced VR users, novice VR users are more likely to support a charitable cause in real life (e.g., ocean conservation) after experiencing this cause in VR. The present study examines the role of the script used for the graphical representation of a brand name in creating brand meaning. The study results demonstrate that each script contributes to forming different aspects of the brand meaning in multi-script environments. However, the process of meaning transfer is also influenced by the context of the product category, which can impact some of the aspects of meaning related to norms and familiarity. The automotive industry seeks effective ways to forecast consumer demand to avoid overstocking, waste, underproduction, and employee underperformance. Modeling future demand for vehicles is standard, however parts & accessories are a significant subset of overall automotive revenue. There is no industry standard for predicting the quantity of accessories sold or revenue. This paper seeks to use the best industry forecasting methods and research practices to build a predictive model that forecasts vehicle accessory sales. The time-series forecasting model utilizes Toyota Motor Corporation data in a first attempt to predict accessory sales.

This research aims to determine the effect of tax amnesty, understanding of taxation, tax sanctions, and service quality on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises' taxpayer compliance during COVID-19. The research population is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises taxpayers registered at Pratama Jakarta Pulo Gadung’s Tax Office. The sample of this research was determined using the Slovin method, with 99 respondents obtained. This research uses multiple regression analysis as a data analysis method. This dissertation examined the Facebook activities of seven small nonprofits in Los Angeles to understand their social media use and audience responses. Prior research has distinguished three broader engagement strategies used by Nonprofit Organizations (NPOs), including information provision (awareness-raising), action-related messaging (mobilizing), and community-building efforts (organizing). These strategies can play essential roles in drawing in audiences, but also in moving individual supporters toward greater levels of engagement by increasing donations or becoming more engaged champions for the cause. Disclosure of carbon emissions in the financial statements of basic industrial and chemical companies is a form of company participation in reducing environmental impacts, especially air pollution. This paper investigates the impact of secondary ranking factors on webpage relevance and rankings in the context of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), focusing on the jewelry domain within the United States e-commerce market. By generating a keyword list related to jewelry and retrieving top URLs from Google's search results, the study employs machine learning models including XGBoost, CatBoost, and Linear Regression to identify key features influencing webpage relevance and rankings.The findings highlight specific optimal ranges for features like Outlinks, Unique Inlinks, Flesch Reading Ease Score, and others, indicating their significant impact on better rankings. A novel approach to legacy donations, called the “Master Fund Strategy,” is proposed. Potential long-term financial benefits for both donor and nonprofit organizations (NPOs) when compared to a “Traditional Fund Strategy” are established through mathematical analysis and computer simulations, providing nonprofit marketing and fundraising professionals an alternative way to lock in bequest funding.
