The entrepreneurship aspects of private professional practice has been largely overlooked in both the literature and most graduate school professional programs, including acupuncture and oriental medicine (AOM). Because selfemployment in a private practice is the path for the majority of acupuncturists at the present time, they must exhibit entrepreneurial behaviors, and they receive little support from the profession. This research explored 12 new professionals’ experiences founding their private practices in depth using narrative methodology in order to gain insights to guide future research and interventions. This research empirically explored the differing effects of both quantitative and qualitative goals on sales force motivation in the context of sales force control systems and the various facets of job satisfaction. An interactive sales controls–goal systems model was presented with the objective of more clearly understanding what is going on inside the black box. Relevant to this study was capturing all seven facets of the INDSALES scale. The following discussion offers a critical look at cause-related marketing (CRM), a strategic partnership between a corporate and nonprofit entity in which a portion of product sales, or a one-time donation, is given in support of a cause. CRM is an extension of a corporation’s social responsibility efforts in a push to meet increasing consumer demand for organizational accountability and social-consciousness. Over the last decade, audit committee member compensation has shifted from a cash compensation structure toward a more equity-based compensation structure, with members on the audit committee holding substantially large equity positions. Although contrasting viewpoints exist as to whether more equity-based compensation aligns with shareholders’ interest, empirical evidence suggests that the form of compensation has an impact on financial reporting quality and audit committee members’ objectivity. Despite these results, to date there is no authoritative guideline on the appropriate compensation structure for audit committees. The United States and Russia currently face political problems that undermine areas of trade and economics of both respective countries despite market forces. This analysis first gives an overview of key events in history to establish a basis of understanding of the foundation of U.S.-Russo political and economic relations. Secondly, an evaluation of the current issues that have pitted Russia and America against one another will shed light on the barriers of further development. Finally, utilizing both the past and present economic impacts forecasts three possible outcomes for U.S.-Russo political relations and the economic impacts that follow as a result.

Manufacturing's share in GDP increased from about 8 percent in 1950 to about 18 percent by 1995 and has hovered around that for the last twenty years. The composition of manufacturing sector has also remained largely unaltered with Textiles and Food and Beverages accounting for almost half of the production. This year, the ethics bowl was changed to a new format and was turned into an ethics video competition. MILLIGAN COLLEGE, Tenn. (April 10, 2015) — John Crowe, a junior biology major at Milligan College, has spent a lot of time in the lab recently, testing for E. coli presence in the waters of Buffalo Creek, which runs alongside the college's iconic gazebo and past the campus entrance.

He learned very quickly that research isn't always easy.

This study assesses whether prevention and education by the Department of Defense (DoD) fostered accurate knowledge about sexual assault resources and protocols among active duty personnel, and also how service members perceive the effectiveness of these efforts. Medical professionals and counselors serving sexual assault survivors should offer comprehensive and inclusive treatment, and would benefit from policies that enforce sexual assault prevention and response training which ensures that all service members are provided with the essential training needed to reduce sexual assault.
