Technology is rapidly changing the business landscape. Workforce skills gap is widening in the digital business environment. Universities and employers call for developing students’ higher-order thinking skills along with integrating technology into academic curricula. We conducted a survey to assess learning outcomes from two groups of undergraduate students: business majors and information technology (IT) majors. SAP ERP hands-on case studies were used for this comparative experiment. Project-based learning (PBL) engages students deeply with course concepts and empowers them to drive their own learning through the development of solutions to real-world challenges. By taking ownership of and completing a project that they designed, students develop and demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration skills. This paper describes two different software development projects, designed with a PBL approach, in Python coding courses at two business universities in the United States, in which students queried real-world data to answer their own questions and interpret the results. Controlling for board size and the presence of a female chairperson, this study investigates the association between the gender diversity of corporate boards and the six Hofstede cultural dimensions. Results indicate that the percentage of women on boards is negatively related to Power Distance and positively related to Individualism and Long-term Orientation. The percentage of women on boards tends to be higher in cultures that tolerate inequalities in the distribution of power. Autism prevalence is growing, and autistic people themselves are important in the library and information science field, both as library patrons and employees. Including them in all stages of research about the neurodivergent experience is valuable, and their input and participation is increasingly used in technology research, particularly usability studies. Neurodivergent persons also have unique abilities that align with a wide array of information professions and accommodations can be made that allow them to thrive in the workplace. It is critical that meaningful involvement of autistic individuals is a component of making policy at all levels.

This study examined whether professional self-care practices (PSCP) had a moderating effect on the relationship between emotional work (EW) performed and burnout symptoms experienced among Australian academics teaching psychology. Seventy-seven Australian psychology academics ranging from 27 to 64 years, with an average of 13.34 years of academic experience, and representing the full range of academic levels from Associate Lecturer to Professor, and predominantly females, participated in the study. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนซื้อรถขนส่งสินค้าของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา เพื่อทดแทนการใช้บริการรถขนส่งภายนอกและวิเคราะห์หาจำนวนรถขนส่งที่เหมาะสม นำมาประกอบการตัดสินใจการลงทุนโดยได้แบ่งกรอบการวิจัยครั้งนี้ออกเป็น 3 ส่วน การวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบต้นทุนการขนส่งเพื่อหาจำนวนรถที่เหมาะสม, การวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพในการการจัดการการขนส่งโดยประเมินการใช้ประโยชน์ของรถบรรทุก และการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงินเพื่อศึกษาความคุ้มค่า ผู้วิจัยได้วิเคราะห์ความต้องการการใช้รถบรรทุกขนส่ง6ล้อ ของปี พ.ศ. 2562 พบว่าเฉลี่ยใช้จำนวน6คันต่อวัน จากนั้นวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบต้นทุนระหว่างการขนส่งโดยบริหารรถขนส่งเองและว่าจ้างผู้ให้บริการขนส่งภายนอก จัดเส้นทางการเดินรถขนส่ง โดยจำลองออกเป็น3ทางเลือก ระหว่างการใช้บริการผู้ให้บริการขนส่งภายนอกทั้งหมด, การบริหารรถขนส่งด้วยตนเองทั้งหมด และ ใช้ทั้ง2แบบร่วมกัน เพื่อหาจำนวนรถที่เหมาะสมที่สุด ผลการศึกษาพบว่าจำนวนรถที่เหมาะที่สุดคือ2คัน โดยก่อให้เกิดต้นทุนต่ำที่สุด มีการใช้ประโยชน์สูงถึง 97% ต่อมาวิเคราะห์ทางการเงินเพื่อศึกษาความคุ้มค่า เป็น3กรณี ต้นทุนเพิ่มขึ้นทั้งหมด 5%ต่อปี ต่างกันที่รายได้คงที่และลดลง 1-2% ตามลำดับ ซึ่งผลคือโครงการนี้ยังคุ้มค่าแก่การลงทุนแม้รายได้จะคงที่ เนื่องจากมีระยะเวลาคืนทุนคิดลดน้อยกว่าระยะเวลาโครงการ ผลตอบแทนสุทธิของโครงการมากกว่า 0 เท่ากับ 2,028,671.88 บาท , 1,033,734.31 และ 113,481.68 บาทตามลำดับ อัตราผลตอบแทนต่อต้นทุนเท่ากับ 1.44 เท่า,1.22 เท่า และ 1.02 เท่า แม้ว่าอัตราผลตอบแทนภายในโครงการจะน้อยกว่าอัตราที่บริษัทกำหนดไว้(15%) ได้เพียง 6.87%, 4.04% และ 0.53%

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกำหนดนโยบายสินค้าคงคลังสำหรับธุรกิจเครื่องมือโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเพื่อปรับปรุงระดับการให้บริการลูกค้าและลดต้นทุนสินค้าคงคลังรวม โดยจำแนกประเภทสินค้าแบบ ABC จากข้อมูลความต้องการสินค้าในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2563 เพื่อคัดเลือกสินค้าตัวอย่างจากกลุ่ม A ที่ตรงตามเงื่อนไขของงานวิจัยซึ่งมีทั้งหมด 5 รายการ จากนั้นศึกษาข้อมูลในอดีตของสินค้าตัวอย่างทั้ง 5 รายการเพื่อนำมาพยากรณ์ความต้องการสินค้าล่วงหน้าเป็นเวลา 3 เดือนและสามารถแบ่งกลุ่มสินค้าได้เป็นสองกลุ่มได้แก่ กลุ่มที่ 1 มีข้อมูลความต้องการสินค้าในอดีต 12 เดือนซึ่งไม่สามารถตรวจสอบแนวโน้มหรือฤดูกาลได้ ดังนั้นจึงเปรียบเทียบวิธีหาค่าเฉลี่ยเคลื่อนที่สามเดือนและการปรับเรียบอย่างง่าย และกลุ่มที่ 2 มีข้อมูลความต้องการสินค้าในอดีต 24 เดือนซึ่งลักษณะข้อมูลเป็นฤดูกาล ดังนั้นจึงเปรียบเทียบวิธีการปรับเรียบแบบมีฤดูกาลอย่างง่ายและการปรับเรียบซ้ำสามครั้งของวินเตอร์ และเลือกวิธีพยากรณ์ที่ดีที่สุดจากค่าร้อยละผิดพลาดสัมบูรณ์เฉลี่ยที่ต่ำที่สุด และนำค่าพยากรณ์ที่ได้มากำหนดนโยบายสินค้าคงคลัง ทั้งนี้บริษัทกรณีศึกษามีระบบการวางแผนทรัพยากรในการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังอยู่แล้ว ในงานวิจัยนี้จึงนำเสนอระบบการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังอย่างต่อเนื่องพร้อมทั้งคำนวณปริมาณการสั่งซื้อแบบประหยัด สินค้าคงคลังสำรอง และจุดสั่งซื้อสินค้าคงคลัง ผลการวัดประสิทธิภาพของนโยบายที่นำเสนอสำหรับสินค้าทั้ง 5 รายการพบว่า ต้นทุนสินค้าคงคลังรวมของนโยบายที่นำเสนอลดลงจากนโยบายปัจจุบันเท่ากับUSD 9,507.35 หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 29 จาก USD 32,947.77 ลดลงเหลือ USD 23,440.43 ส่วนระดับการให้บริการลูกค้าของนโยบายที่นำเสนอเพิ่มขึ้นจากนโยบายปัจจุบันเฉลี่ยร้อยละ 52 จากร้อยละ 59 เพิ่มขึ้นเป็นร้อยละ 90 ตามเป้าหมายของบริษัทกรณีศึกษา

การศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ทดแทนครีมเทียมแบบผงจากผงแป้งกล้วยหอม, จิดาภา วงศ์รุ่งเรือง

ผงแป้งที่ผลิตจากกล้วยดิบมีปริมาณแป้งที่ทนการย่อย (resistant starch) สูงกว่าแป้งหลายชนิด เช่น แป้งข้าวโพด แป้งมันสำปะหลัง ซึ่งได้รับความนิยมสูงในการนำมาเป็นส่วนผสมของอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพและเพิ่มมูลค่าในผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร การวิจัยนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อศึกษาคุณสมบัติของผงจากแป้งกล้วยหอมดิบเปรียบเทียบกับครีมเทียมในตลาด เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะของความต้องการ ระดับความต้องการของตลาด และความเป็นไปได้ในการดำเนินงานและการลงทุนผลิต ทำการศึกษาด้วยการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง (Experimental Research) เพื่อพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบ “แป้งกล้วยหอม” รวมถึงทำการทดสอบเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจ ลักษณะ และปริมาณความต้องการของผู้บริโภค ผสมกับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) และใช้การเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) จากอาสาสมัครจำนวน 30 คน เพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ สรุปผล และศึกษาหาแนวทางความเป็นไปได้ในการนำนวัตกรรมสู่เชิงพาณิชย์ ผลจากการวิจัยเชิงทดลองพบว่าคุณค่าทางโภชนาการพบว่าผงแป้งกล้วยหอมให้พลังงานต่ำสุดเมื่อทำการเทียบกับครีมเทียมสูตรออริจินัลและสูตรปราศจากไขมัน ผลการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณในการทดสอบความพึงพอใจในด้านสรรพคุณของแป้งกล้วยพบว่าผู้บริโภคให้ความสำคัญอันดับแรกคือ ดัชนีน้ำตาลต่ำที่ร้อยละ 20.83 อันดับที่สองคือรสชาติและแป้งทนต่อการย่อย ที่ร้อยละ 15.6 และอันดับที่สามคือ ไม่มีไขมันทรานส์ ที่ร้อยละ 12.74. ผลด้านของการยอมรับผลิตภัณฑ์ผงแป้งกล้วยหอมดิบต้นแบบข้อมูลจากกลุ่มอาสาสมัครที่ทำได้ทำการชิมผลิตภัณฑ์ตัวอย่างพบว่าความชอบโดยรวมยังต่ำกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ครีมเทียมแบบผงที่ 4.37 ต่อ 7 จากคะแนนเต็ม 9 คะแนน ผลด้านประสิทธิภาพทางด้านตลาดพบว่ามีผู้สนใจซื้อ ร้อยละ 54.17 และผลการวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ในการดำเนินงานและลงทุนผลิตมีระยะเวลาคืนทุนประมาณ 2 ปี 1 เดือน มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (NPV) จากการลงทุนประมาณ 5,564,180 บาท และอัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (IRR) จากการลงทุนประมาณ 64.56%

This study aims to explore the role of eco-controls in translating competitive environmental strategic intents into eco-practices, as well as the associations between eco-practices and environmental and economic performance. A web-based survey was used to collect data from 151 Thai manufacturing firms from September to November 2020. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed for data analysis. The findings from the study suggest that firms pursuing predominantly eco-efficiency intent, firms pursuing predominantly eco-branding intent, and firms pursuing both eco-efficiency intent and eco-branding intent at the same degree, tend to adopt more bureaucratic forms of eco-control regardless of their environmental strategic intents. …

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1)ศึกษาความต้องการ ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการออกแบบอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับของผู้ประกอบการขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม 2)พัฒนาแพลตฟอร์และต้นแบบการสร้างนวัตกรรมความร่วมมือด้านการออกแบบ 3) ทดลองนำต้นแบบไปใช้งานจริง และ 4)ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการใช้ประโยชน์ในเชิงพาณิชย์โดยผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสานระหว่างการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณด้วยการทบทวนวรรณกรรม การสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 12 ราย การทำแบบสอบถามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 51 ราย และการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่ม 7 ราย ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผู้ประกอบการขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม และผู้บริหารสถาบันการศึกษาในอุตสาหกรรมอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับ ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ตัวแปรอิสระที่ส่งผลต่อรูปแบบความร่วมมือได้แก่ปัจจัยด้านการขับเคลื่อนเทคโนโลยี (X4) ปัจจัยความสามารถด้านเครือข่าย (X3) และปัจจัยความสามารถด้านบุคลากร (X1) โดย 2) ปัจจัยการขับเคลื่อนเทคโนโลยี (X4) มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุดทั้งในระดับความสำคัญและในระดับปฏิบัติการ 3)จากทฤษฎีการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี (TAM) พบว่าแพลตฟอร์มมีความเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานด้วยคะแนนการยอมรับ 4.43 จาก 5 คะแนน หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 88 และ 4) การประเมินทางเลือกในการลงทุนคือการอนุญาตให้ใช้สิทธิ หรือ Licensing แบบ non exclusive และคิดรายได้แบบค่าเปิดเผยเทคโนโลยี (Disclosure fee) โดยมีการวางแผนบริหารและการวิเคราะห์งบการเงินคาดว่าธุรกิจสามารถขายและทำกำไรได้ที่ 288,342 บาท ในปีที่ 3 ของการดำเนินกิจการ โดยมีอัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (IRR) เท่ากับ 38% มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (NPV) 227,227 บาท ระยะเวลาคืนทุน (Payback Period) เท่ากับ 1.96 ปี

นวัตกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ประเมินการติดตั้งระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์, ปิยะ นาควัชระ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเทคโนโลยี ศักยภาพทางการตลาด ปัจจัยการประเมินระบบที่เหมาะสมกับภูมิอากาศแบบร้อนชื้น และการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ประเมิน การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 4 ระยะ 1) การศึกษาเทคโนโลยีระบบโซล่าเซลล์ ศักยภาพทางการตลาด ปัจจัยการประเมิน โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก 2) การพัฒนากระบวนการประเมินระบบ โดยการทดลอง การบันทึกข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการโครงสร้าง หรือ SEM 3) การศึกษาคุณลักษณะสำคัญของซอฟต์แวร์ การทดสอบและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และ 4) การทดสอบการยอมรับซอฟต์แวร์และรูปแบบการใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ผลการวิจัยทราบเทคโนโลยีและแนวคิดการออกแบบ การทดลองผลิตพลังงานไฟฟ้านำมาสร้างสมการทำนาย ผลการพัฒนาดัชนีอุณหภูมิอากาศแวดล้อมมีค่าระหว่าง 0.949 – 1 และดัชนีฝุ่นละอองในอากาศมีค่าระหว่าง 0.909 – 1 จากนั้นพัฒนาสมการประเมินระบบใหม่ที่ผนวกดัชนีข้างต้น ผลการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างระหว่างสมการแบบปกติและสมการที่พัฒนาขึ้น (p = 0.001) ผลการทดสอบสมการคำนวณใหม่มีขนาดของระบบสูงกว่า 2.34% พลังงานที่ผลิตได้และเป้าหมายต่างกัน 1.89% ผลการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างซอฟต์แวร์ “iDEPV” กับพลังงานไฟฟ้าที่บันทึกได้จากโครงการที่ติดตั้งแล้วมีความใกล้เคียงกันความแตกต่างระหว่าง -1.28 ถึง 0.77% นอกจากนั้นผลการยอมรับซอฟต์แวร์แสดงให้เห็นว่าความต้องการใช้งานในระดับมาก ส่วนผลการพัฒนารูปแบบในเชิงพาณิชย์มีอัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน 31.23% และระยะเวลาคืนทุน 2 ปี 9 เดือน
