Seventy percent of organizational change initiatives fail. Among organizations where change and adaptation are necessary for survival, the U.S. military stands at the top. The disparity between desired health and fitness behaviors and actual behaviors is a glaring reminder that change is difficult to implement and that current change systems struggle. Merit-based systems offer a solution by rewarding and reinforcing good behavior to generate lasting change. This pilot study examines the impact of combined immersion and embodiment on learning and emotional outcomes. The results are intended to better enable U.S. Army senior leaders to decide if dismounted infantry Soldiers would benefit from a more immersive simulation-based training capability. The experiment's between-subject design included a sample of 15 participants randomly assigned to one of three system configurations representing different levels of combined immersion and embodiment. The analysis has revealed interesting insights, trends, gaps, and issues. This study provides a systematic literature review of blockchain technology in the food industry with a supply chain lens. We identify primary and sub-themes, discuss implications and applications in terms of delivering value and propose literature-informed future research directions. This review uncovered three primary themes: a) Value Creation; b) Supply Chain Digitization; and c) Transformation. It demonstrates that digitalizing food networks with blockchain technology may benefit from increased stakeholder involvement and data visibility to gain competitive advantage. Beyond the theoretical contributions, this research provides a methodological contribution by demonstrating the uses of machine learning techniques to perform systematic literature reviews.

Student engagement is determined by the degree to which students perceive that their psychological needs for autonomy, competence, and relatedness are met as prescribed. The COVID-19 pandemic, with its sudden and dramatic shift to mandatory HyFlex (alternating online and face-to-face student attendance) or online learning only, meant less or no faceto- face interactions with peers and faculty, which had an impact on student motivation and engagement in the classroom, as reflected in the National Survey of Student Engagement. This study examines firms’ capital investment decisions in relation to their credit ratings. As firms approach near-BBB credit ratings, they tend to change their behavior due to the fear of a downgrade. I found that, in general, Thai firms’ credit ratings do not influence investment decisions. However, as firms near BBB ratings, their behavior tends to shift. To clarify, firms at the lower end of the investment grade are inclined to make conservative investment decisions due to the risk of being downgraded to speculative grade. งานวิจัยฉบับนี้เป็นการเปรียบเทียบการจัดส่งสินค้าจากซัพพลายเออร์โดยตรงกับการจัดส่งผ่าน ศูนย์กระจายสินค้าโดยเลือกกรณีศึกษาตัวอย่าง การส่งผลิตภัณฑ์เข้าสถานีบริการเชื้อเพลิง ซึ่งมี วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาเพื่อศึกษารูปแบบการทำงานปัจจุบันภายใต้การขนส่งแบบผสมซึ่งมีทั้งการขน ส่งผ่านศูนย์กระจายสินค้า (Centralized Distribution) จากซัพพลายเออร์จำนวน 7 ราย และซัพพลาย เออร์จัดส่งโดยตรง (Direct Stroe Delivery) จากซัพพลายเออร์จำนวน 2 ราย และประเมินผลการการ ปรับเปลี่ยนมาเป็นการขนส่งแบบ Direct Stroe Delivery ทั้งหมด โดยการศึกษาวิจัยได้ทำการศึกษา กระบวนการขนส่งแบบ CD และ DSD เพื่อเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และทำการสัมภาษณ์ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง จากนั้นทำวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้เทคนิค IDEF0 ในการเขียน Mapping เพื่อแสดงกระบวนการทำงาน และออกแบบการจัดส่งแบบ DSD ทั้งหมด เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพในด้านของค่าใช้จ่ายและ ระยะเวลาในการขนส่งทั้ง 2 รูปแบบ จากการศึกษาการเปรียบเทียบระหว่างการจัดส่งแบบผสม (CD และ DSD) และการจัดส่งโดยตรง ทั้งหมด (DSD) โดยต้นทุนจัดส่ง CD คำนวณจากต้นทุนศูนย์กระจายสินค้า, ต้นทุนขนส่งสินค้า และต้นทุน การตรวจรับแบบ CD ส่วนต้นทุนจัดส่ง DSD คำนวณจาก ต้นทุนขนส่งสินค้า และต้นทุนตรวจรับสินค้า แบบ DSD โดยพบว่าการจัดส่งแบบ DSD ทั้งหมด จะสามารถลดระยะเวลาการจัดส่งสินค้าไปยังสาขาได้ ถึง 15 วัน แต่จะมีต้นทนการตรวจรับสินค้าที่สูงกว่างเดิมมาก ทำให้การจัดส่งแบบ DSD มีต้นทุนรวมสูง กว่าการจัดส่งแบบปัจจุบันอยู่ 27,010.44 บาท อย่างไรก็ดี ต้นทุนการตรวจรับสินค้าที่วิเคราะห์เป็นต้นทุน ค่าเสียเวลาของพนักงาน แต่เนื่องจากพนักงานมีเงินเดือนประจำอยู่แล้ว ต้นทุนนี้อาจไม่เกิดขึ้นจริง เมื่อตัด ต้นทุนการตรวจรับสินค้าออกไป การจัดส่งแบบ DSD จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายต่ำกว่าการจัดส่งแบบปัจจุบันอยู่ 617,310.36 บาท

งานวิจัยนี้วิเคราะห์และศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของการพัฒนาเครื่องดื่มโปรตีนที่ผ่านกระบวนการไกลเคชั่นจากพืชรสช็อกโกแลต เนื่องจากปัจจุบันผู้บริโภคหันมาบริโภคเครื่องดื่มโปรตีนจากพืชเพื่อสุขภาพเพิ่มสูงขึ้น ผู้วิจัยจึงพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์นี้ด้วยเทคโนโลยีการไกลเคชั่น และประเมินศักยภาพทางการตลาดผ่านการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผู้ผลิต ผู้ว่าจ้างผลิตและผู้บริโภค ในทุกกระบวนการ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 15 ท่าน ผลการศึกษานำมาใช้ออกแบบกลยุทธ์ทางการตลาดเพื่อให้ผลิตภัณฑ์สามารถพัฒนาเข้าสู่ตลาดได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและได้รับการยอมรับ จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้ผลิตได้ยอมรับนวัตกรรมการผลิตนี้ เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์มากยิ่งขึ้น โดยมุ่งเน้นพัฒนาเนื้อสัมผัสของเครื่องดื่มโปรตีนจากพืช และ คุณภาพให้เพิ่มสูงขึ้นมากกว่าในปัจจุบัน เนื้อสัมผัสกลืนง่าย แต่ยังคงมุ่งเน้นรสชาติตอบสนองรสชาติตามที่ผู้บริโภคต้องการ ผู้บริโภคคาดหวังถึงคุณค่าทางโภชนาการที่สูงและเป็นเครื่องดื่มเพื่อสุขภาพอย่างแท้จริง รสชาติและราคาเหมาะสมเพื่อการบริโภคได้อย่างต่อเนื่องสม่ำเสมอ การศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ทางการเงิน โดยการผลิตแบบจ้างผลิต (OEM) การวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนทางการเงิน เมื่อจำหน่าย ผลิตภัณฑ์ในราคา 59 บาท คาดการณ์ส่วนแบ่งตลาดที่ 5 % พบว่าเป็นการลงทุนที่คุ้มค่า มีมูลค่า ปัจจุบันสุทธิของธุรกิจ (NPV) เป็นบวก อัตราผลตอบแทนที่แท้จริง (IRR) สูง ระยะเวลาคืนทุน (Payback Period) อยู่ที่ 2.4 ปี ถือว่าเป็นระยะเวลาที่สั้นและเหมาะสมแก่การลงทุน จากการศึกษางานวิจัยนี้ สรุปได้ว่า เครื่องดื่มโปรตีนที่ผ่านกระบวนการไกลเคชั่นจากพืชรสช็อกโกแลต เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีศักยภาพได้รับการยอมรับและมีความเป็นไปได้ในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เข้าสู่ตลาดเชิงพาณิชย์

สารนิพนธ์นี้ฉบับนี้เป็นการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมะม่วงเพื่อสุขภาพโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีเอนไซม์ลดปริมาณน้ำตาลซูโครสและเสริมพรีไบโอติก และศึกษาความต้องการของผู้บริโภคที่ตอบสนองต่อผลิตภัณฑ์ รวมถึงศักยภาพของตลาดน้ำมะม่วงเพื่อสุขภาพ ร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์แนวทางการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมทั้งปัจจัยภายในและภายนอก เพื่อการจัดทำแผนธุรกิจ กลยุทธ์ทางการตลาด การสร้างแบรนด์ และการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเพื่อทราบถึงพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคและการยอมรับในผลิตภัณฑ์ ด้วยวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจำนวน 20 คน และวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 129 คน โดยกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือกลุ่มคนรักสุขภาพและกลุ่มคนที่ควบคุมน้ำหนัก ซึ่งต้องการเครื่องดื่มผลไม้ที่รสชาติอร่อยและมีประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพในราคาที่ 30 บาท ปริมาณ 250 มิลลิลิตร และราคา 120 บาท ปริมาณ 1,000 มิลลิลิตร และสะดวกต่อการซื้อในช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายในร้านสะดวกซื้อ ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต และช่องทางออนไลน์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่ามีความเป็นไปได้เชิงพาณิชย์ของผลิตภัณฑ์ ทั้งในเรื่องของความพร้อมด้านเทคโนโลยีที่นำมาใช้ในการผลิต และโอกาสทางการตลาดที่มีแนวโน้มเติบโตของผลิตภัณฑ์ จากการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ทางการเงิน พบว่ามีความสามารถในการทำกำไรในอัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน (IRR) เป็นบวก และมีระยะเวลาคืนทุนภายใน 1.2 ปี ในขณะที่การศึกษาความต้องการทางการตลาดและการยอมรับผลิตภัณฑ์พบว่าผู้บริโภคมีความต้องการผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำมะม่วงลดน้ำตาล เนื่องจากมีความกังวลในเรื่องระดับน้ำตาลในมะม่วงที่อาจมีผลเสียต่อสุขภาพ ซึ่งงานวิจัยนี้มีโอกาสทางด้านการตลาดพัฒนาสู่เชิงพาณิชย์ได้

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ เกิดจากผู้จัดทำโครงการพบปัญหาในการรายงาน จัดเก็บ และติดตามข้อมูลในรูปแบบปัจจุบัน ผู้จัดทำโครงการจึงได้ศึกษาและพัฒนาต้นแบบกระบวนการ เพื่อช่วยปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้ดีขึ้น โดยกระบวนการนี้ช่วยลดระยะเวลาและขั้นตอนที่สูญเปล่าได้เป็นอย่างดี จากการศึกษาสามารถกล่าวได้ว่าระบบที่ผู้ศึกษาได้พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นระบบที่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในหน่วยงาน มีความสนใจต่อการใช้งานหากได้พัฒนาระบบนี้แล้ว นอกจากนี้ระบบดังกล่าวยังสามารถพัฒนาปรับปรุงให้มีความหลากหลายตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานได้อีกด้วย ผู้จัดทำโครงการจึงเห็นความสำคัญและปัญหา จึงได้ออกแบบการศึกษานี้เพื่อพัฒนาต้นแบบของกระบวนการ (Process) โดยการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบอันประกอบไปด้วย Line Official , Line Notify , Application Programing Interface (API), เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI), Google Sheet และ Looker Studio เนื่องจากผู้จัดทำโครงการเห็นว่าแพลตฟอร์มไลน์ (Line) เป็นแพลตฟอร์มหลักที่ใช้สื่อสารในองค์กรในปัจจุบัน จึงได้พัฒนาต้นแบบของระบบที่ประยุกต์ใช้กับแพลตฟอร์มที่ใช้อยู่เดิม ซึ่งจะช่วยสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่สามารถใช้งาน เข้าใจ เข้าถึงได้ง่าย และมีประโยชน์ ตามทฤษฎีการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ในการออกแบบต้นแบบระบบนี้ได้ใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจำนวน 10 คน นำมาปรับปรุงและออกแบบจนออกมาเป็นกระบวนการ (Process) ของต้นแบบของระบบ แดชบอร์ด และใช้วิธีตอบแบบสอบถามจากผู้ใช้งานจำนวน 100 คน เพื่อทดสอบการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี และนำข้อเสนอแนะ ไปพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบต่อไป จากการวิเคราะห์คุณค่าจากการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้ในองค์กร โดยการวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุนพัฒนาระบบใหม่ในงบประมาณ 1,000,000 บาท พบว่าถ้าพัฒนาระบบนี้แล้วทางหน่วยงานจะมีระยะเวลาในการคืนทุนภายในเวลา 9 เดือน

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกินในครัวเรือนมุสลิมเพื่อลดปัญหาขยะอาหาร และเสนอแนะเป็นแนวทางการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกิน กรณีศึกษา ชุมชนสวนหลวง 1 ประกอบด้วยปัจจัยด้านความรู้ ด้านทัศนคติ ด้านการปฏิบัติ ด้านความเชื่อทางศาสนา และด้านแนวทางการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกินของชุมชน โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณทำการเก็บแบบสอบถามปลายปิดจากครัวเรือนมุสลิมในชุมชนสวนหลวง 1 จำนวน 92 ครัวเรือน ที่คำนวณจากโปรแกรม G*Power ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงในครัวเรือนมุสลิมและอาศัยการเก็บแบบสอบถามตามความสะดวกหรือความบังเอิญ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วน ประกอบด้วย (1) สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลครัวเรือนและลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ (2) สถิติเชิงอนุมาณ ใช้วิธี Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกินในครัวเรือนมุสลิม ชุมชนสวนหลวง 1 ผลการศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกินในครัวเรือนมุสลิมทั้ง 5 ด้าน พบว่า ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับสาเหตุและแนวทางแก้ไขการเกิดอาหารส่วนเกินและขยะอาหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างสามารถตอบถูกเกินร้อยละ 70 ในขณะที่ความหมายของอาหารส่วนเกินและผลกระทบของขยะอาหารต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมกลุ่มตัวอย่างสามารถตอบถูกได้ต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 50 ด้านทัศนคติและด้านการปฏิบัติโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านความเชื่อทางศาสนาและด้านแนวทางการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกินของชุมชนอยู่ในระดับมาที่สุด สำหรับการวิเคราะห์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกิน พบว่าปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุด 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ (1) การเพิ่มปัจจัยด้านแนวทางการแบ่งปันอาหารส่วนเกินของชุมชน เรื่องการจัดกิจกรรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับอาหารส่วนเกินและขยะอาหาร (2) การลดปัจจัยด้านทัศนคติ เรื่องการแยกขยะอาหารก่อนทิ้งไม่ช่วยแก้ปัญหาขยะอาหาร โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอย (β) เท่ากับ 2.125 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01

This study investigates the relationship between bank liquidity creation, performance, and stock returns across 11 banks in Thailand from 2012 to 2021, spanning the economic crisis in Thailand and the COVID-19 pandemic. Liquidity creation measures the extent to which banks generate a money supply for the public, classified into liquidity created on the balance sheet and liquidity created both on and off the balance sheet categories. After controlling for macroeconomic and bank-specific variables, the results of a fixed-effects regression model reveal that next-period performance and stock returns deteriorate as liquidity creation levels increase. This study explores the impact of goodwill impairment avoidance on the future financial performance growth of firms listed on the Stock Exchanges of Thailand (SET). Spanning 14 years from 2008 to 2021, the research analyzes 405 observations from 124 distinct firms, utilizing multivariate regression models to uncover the relationship. The study also focuses on understanding how Big 4 auditors can impact this dynamic. The study finds evidence that firms avoiding timely goodwill impairment exhibit lower performance growth in the subsequent year. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงจากการลงทุนในตราสารทุน SET100 ที่มีความผันผวน ผนวกเข้ากับตัวแปรทางเศรษฐศาสตร์มหภาค โดยใช้ข้อมูล SET100 index ในการวิเคราะห์ความผันผวนจากการลงทุนในตราสารทุน และใช้ร่วมกับตัวแปรทางเศรษฐศาสตร์มหภาค ได้แก่ ดัชนีผลผลิตอุตสาหกรรม อัตราดอกเบี้ย อัตราเงินเฟ้อ อัตราการว่างงาน และอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน ในการแลกเปลี่ยนของสกุลเงินบาทต่อหลายๆ สกุลเงิน นั่นคือ ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ ยูโร และเยน ด้วยตัวแบบ GARCH-MIDAS ผนวกกับข้อมูล SET100 index ซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลที่มีลักษณะเป็นแบบรายวัน กับข้อมูลตัวแปรทางเศรษฐศาสตร์มหภาคซึ่งเป็นข้อมูลที่มีลักษณะเป็นแบบรายเดือน เพื่อใช้ในการประเมินความเสี่ยง การเปรียบเทียบตัวแบบ GARCH (1,1) และตัวแบบ GARCH-MIDAS ในโครงสร้างต่างๆ จะใช้ค่า Mean square error (MSE) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพในการประมาณค่าความแปรปรวมโดยตัวแบบดังกล่าว กำหนดให้องค์ประกอบของความแปรปรวนระยะสั้นมีค่าคงที่ และมีการปรับปรุงองค์ประกอบของความแปรปรวนระยะยาว ได้แก่ ตัวแบบที่ใช้ค่าความผันผวนที่เกิดขึ้นจริง ตัวแบบที่ใช้ผลกระทบจากตัวแปรทางเศรษฐศาสตร์มหภาค และตัวแบบที่จะใช้ทั้งค่าความผันผวนที่เกิดขึ้นจริง และผลกระทบจากตัวแปรทางเศรษฐศาสตร์มหภาคร่วมกัน ผลการดำเนินการวิจัย พบว่า ตัวแบบ GARCH-MIDAS ที่ใช้ค่าความผันผวนที่เกิดขึ้นจริงเป็นฟังก์ชันการถดถอย Mixed data sampling (MIDAS) หรือตัวแบบ Realized volatility (RV) มีประสิทธิภาพในการประมาณค่าความแปรปรวนสูงกว่า ตัวแบบ GARCH (1,1) และตัวแบบ GARCH-MIDAS ในโครงสร้างอื่นๆ

Development and validation of a quantitative plasma assay for measuring D and L amphetamine and methamphetamine in human K2 EDTA samples to determine prescription versus illicit sources of the analytes. Considering the growing spillover of work and home and its impact on well-being, I draw from the Work-Home Resources Model and Attention Restoration Theory to examine the effects of evening recovery experiences at home on mindfulness at work and eudaimonic workplace well-being. Specifically, I focus on two indicators of eudaimonic well-being—one indicator of psychological functioning (work meaningfulness) and one indicator of social functioning (high-quality connections; HQCs). Further, I introduce a boundary condition, distance from work, of the relationship between evening recovery experiences and mindfulness. Greater diversity in the healthcare workforce has been identified as a critical need in serving an increasingly diverse population. Higher education institutions have been tasked with increasing the number of underrepresented students in the health occupations pipeline to better align with the demographics of the general population and meet the need for a diverse health occupations workforce. This study examined the mediating role of trustworthiness (ability, integrity, and benevolence) on the effective performance appraisal (EPA)-employee engagement relationship in deposit money banks in Nigeria. A survey was conducted as a sample of 149 of the deposit money bank employees, and a Hayes' three-way parallel mediation was used in testing the study hypotheses. We found that EPA significantly influences (positive) employee engagement and that integrity and benevolence significantly mediate the relationship between EPA and employee engagement, whereas ability does not mediate this relationship. These findings have implications for policymakers and managers of deposit money banks in Nigeria.

Momentum strategies suffer from occasional large drawdowns referred to as momentum crashes when the market rebounds. We find that a surge of investor speculation toward stocks far from their 52-week highs can partially explain the momentum crashes. If a momentum strategy is revised to be neutral on a 52-week high effect, momentum crashes are significantly attenuated and the revised strategy does not exhibit procyclical returns. Furthermore, the revised strategy generates a higher Sharpe ratio in different sub-periods and international stock markets.

However, it is unclear how this new benefit redemption model may impact participants’ welfare since vendors may have an asymmetric information advantage compared with WIC customers.
