Impact Of Staff Engagement On The Safety And Quality Standards Of Health Services Organizations In Erbil: An Analytical Study, Satya Subrahmanyam, Sara Azad Fouad Arif

The health-care sector leadership views staff engagement as a critical issue affecting the safety and quality standards provided by health service organisations. Various studies emphasize a strong association between staff engagement and the performance of the healthcare sector in the working environment. The aim of the research was to evaluate the relationship between staff engagement and the performance of the healthcare sector. By using the quantitative method, a total of 106 questionnaires were collected from the staff who work for private hospitals. The findings revealed that there is significant association between staff engagement and the performance of the healthcare sector.

This study aims to measure how Muslim consumers have applied Islamic Consumption Theory to regularly consumed products by analyzing the variables of maslahah, final spending, and tawazun Islamic consumption theory against the demand for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Reflective of a major commitment to give elite students the chance to study medicine, East Tennessee State University’s Quillen College of Medicine has established a new admissions pathway program that will give two qualified seniors from the University of the South in Sewanee guaranteed acceptance to the college.

As part of the program, each year two graduating seniors from Sewanee that meet certain criteria will be guaranteed acceptance to Quillen. If more than two students meet the criteria, QCOM will select two students to accept, while the others will be guaranteed an interview and be considered for acceptance.

Evaluating The Performance Of Real Estate Exchange-Traded Funds, Davinder K. Malhotra

School of Business Faculty Papers

This study examines the net monthly returns of real estate exchange-traded funds (ETFs) through various performance evaluation models and market situations. The results reveal that these ETFs generated positive alphas and outperformed benchmark indices in absolute returns. However, their performance varied across market conditions, demonstrating both outperformance and underperformance compared to U.S. and global stocks. During the COVID-19 pandemic, real estate ETFs displayed a decline, trailing behind U.S. and global equities in both absolute returns and risk-adjusted performance.
