Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Intensi Berwirausaha Siswa Smk, Caecilia Vemmy

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha siswa SMK Program Studi Keahlian Teknik Otomotif di Kabupaten Tabalong- Kalimantan Selatan. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 162 siswadan sampel sebanyak 114 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa intensi berwirausaha siswa SMK Program Studi Keahlian Teknik Otomotif di Kabupaten Tabalong- Kalimantan Selatan tergolong pada kateori sedang. Uji hipotesis menemukan bahwa variabel kebutuhan akan berprestasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 0,299 (sig.0,003). Kajian ini dimaksudkan untuk menentukan peran kelas kewirausahaan dalam menanamkan jiwa kewirausahaan, nilai, dan pengalaman siswa SMK Tata Boga dalam menyiapkan lulusan yang memiliki jiwa mandiri yang saat ini menjadi tantangan dalam pendidikan, yaitu antara lain: meningkatnya jumlah dan kualitas pendidikan kejuruan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan global dan lokal, dan menghasilkan tenaga kerja yang kreatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap terjadinga peningkatan motivasi dan pemahaman siswa SMK kelas X dalam pembelajaran dasar-dasar teknik digital melalui media simulasi EWB.Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan malalui empat tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. In 2011, a pilot of the Australasian Survey of Student Engagement (AUSSE) was conducted with Private Training Establishments (PTEs) in New Zealand where funding was provided for the project by Ako Aotearoa and support also given by New Zealand Association of Private Education Providers (NZAPEP). This report focuses on the results from this pilot. Close to 1,000 responses were collected from students as part of the pilot at ten PTEs and included students undertaking qualifications from New Zealand Qualifications Authority levels three through seven – certificate level to bachelor degree level study. The On Track project was initiated in 2003. Since the first large-scale survey in that year, around 385,000 school leavers have participated in the On Track surveys, providing valuable insights into their post-school destinations and pathways. The On Track survey was conducted in April–May 2012 by the Social Research Centre (SRC) in collaboration with the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER). In this study, researchers found that veterans with college training were more likely to become employed when they also received job search assistance and job placement assistance, as well as that veterans without such training increased their probability of employment after receiving diagnoses and treatment of impairments, VR counseling, job placement assistance, rehabilitation technology, and other supports. In practice, the results of this study provide important information for rehabilitation counselors, vocational counselors, and other practitioners working with veterans with disabilities. In policy, policymakers should work to support and expand state VR programs to reach a wider population of veterans. Suggestions …

A committed workforce is critical to the success of any organization. While there was a great deal of debate on how to best describe commitment, one model that attracted a significant following is the Three Component Model (TCM) developed by Meyer and Allen (1988). While it may be argued that the model is a mixed model combining attitudinal and behavioral measures, researchers have largely agreed that the scale that measures affective commitment is both valid and reliable. The On Track project was initiated in 2003. Since the first large-scale survey in that year, around 350,000 school leavers have participated in the On Track surveys, providing valuable insights into their post-school destinations and pathways. This 2011 report is based on data from telephone surveys of 35,002 Year 12 or equivalent completers and 3768 early leavers from the 2010 school year. The information was collected in April and May 2011. The report focuses on analyses at the state and regional levels.
