This study aims to reveal the effects of (1) parenting, (2) self-efficacy, (3) entrepreneurial interest, and (4) parenting, self-efficacy, and interest in entrepreneurship simultaneously on the motivation to learn creative products and entrepreneurship in class XII vocational school of Catering Services Department in Magelang. This research is ex-post facto research. The research population was 201 students of the Catering Services Department from two vocational schools in Magelang. Pada program pendidikan guru, keterampilan mengajar merupakan kompetensi yang sangat penting. Penilaian aspek non-verbal belum mendapat perhatian khusus. Aspek non-verbal berperan penting dalam keterampilan mengajar. Pada penilaian keterampilan mengajar secara manual tidak mudah menghadirkan objektifitas penilaian. Artikel ini memaparkan urgensi pengembangan otomatisasi sistem penilaian keterampilan mengajar terkait aspek komunikasi menerapkan pattern recognition technology. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan pada platform google form untuk keterjangkauan responden. Total responden adalah 172, terdiri atas 61 dosen dan 111 guru. This data note addresses participation in Pre-ETS for students with intellectual disabilities (ID) who applied for VR services. Of the 45,110 people with ID who exited the VR program in 2018, a total of 8,809 (18%) were students who applied for Pre-ETS. Of these, 1,712 (21%) received Pre-ETS and of those who received Pre-ETS, 744 (43%) gained employment.

Teacher shortages in K-12 schools have created unique challenges for teacher preparation programs. University instructors face the task requirements of supporting candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds at the undergraduate and graduate level. While some of these candidates enter higher education programs skilled, eager, and committed, others are less prepared, requiring significant attention to make it through the program. Yet for the past 15 years, no structured mentoring program has been offered for Oklahoma SBAE induction-year teachers. This study sought to find consensus among an expert panel representing Oklahoma SBAE regarding the impact on induction-year SBAE teachers without a structured mentoring program. Panel members were asked to respond to three open-ended questions representing goals, outcomes, and impacts of a mentoring program. The development of the CTE Leadership Self Efficacy Scale [α .944] (CTE LSES) was guided by ACTE's High Quality Framework. We generated a factor analysis with the following dimensions: technical skills, 9 items; human skills, 15 items; and conceptual skills, 11 items. In total, 154 secondary and postsecondary CTE leaders provided complete ratings on the 35-item CTE LSE Scale. Responses to all measures were scaled from 1 (not at all) to 5 (a great deal).
