Child nutrition professionals must continually develop knowledge and skills to meet evolving program regulations, nutrition standards, and operational demands. This study examined the training needs and preferred training delivery methods of school nutrition and Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) professionals across the United States.

Using a two-phase research design, researchers conducted a literature review, expert panel review, survey development, and national survey administration. A total of 777 child nutrition professionals, including school nutrition directors, managers, staff, and CACFP personnel, participated in the study. Grounded in a case study in Barbuda in the Caribbean, this research examines sustainability from the perspective of what arts and heritage can contribute to community engagement and local and broader understandings about the environment. This article documents a growing body of literature recognizing the role of arts and culture, including local knowledge and traditional ecological knowledge (TEK), in climate change endeavors. The study addressed the problem of practice of improving on-time graduation rates for students in alternative education settings. Traditional educational systems often fail to meet the unique needs of students in alternative education programs, which could lead to increased barriers towards on-time graduation. Based on improvement science principles, this research utilized Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles to systematically test and refine prioritized change ideas to mitigate these barriers with the goal of increasing graduation rates at the focus school. This qualitative study investigated the implementation fidelity, teacher perceptions, and contextual factors influencing the use of the MajorClarity career readiness platform to support career development plan (CDP) completion among middle grade students in a North Carolina school district. Guided by Bandura’s (1986) Social Cognitive Theory and Darling-Hammond et al.’s (2001) Learning Theory, the study explored how instructional strategies, training quality, leadership support, and systemic barriers shape program outcomes. This qualitative dissertation explores the lived experiences of African American male high school principals in urban and suburban schools across the Chicagoland area. Using critical race theory (CRT) and counter-narrative methodology, the study centers the voices of ten African American male principals to examine how race, systemic inequities, and social justice shape their leadership practices, professional identities, and navigation of racially charged educational environments. These leaders consistently confront institutionalized biases and racialized expectations that limit their professional advancement while reinforcing deficit narratives about African American leadership. This study evaluates the Penn Medicine Family Medicine Clerkship program through a mixed-methods approach, exploring the challenges and factors influencing the satisfaction of medical professional preceptors when precepting students. A quantitative survey with 54 preceptor participants reveals the top challenges preceptors face: workload, conflicts with patient care, and limited clinical space. Despite this, there is strong support for the program, with 89% of preceptors enjoying the role and 85% expressing willingness to continue to precept for the next three years. Student attrition is a problem in healthcare education programs, but there is little in the literature regarding the organizational ethics of lowering it. Some argue that lowering attrition is unethical, because it would lower academic and professional standards, potentially impacting patient care. Others say students deserve to make decisions about when to leave a course of study. This study examines how De La Salle University’s college orientation fosters holistic student transition by cultivating social capital, shaping habitus, and embedding Catholic values. Drawing on focus groups with eleven sophomores and juniors, we analyze peer networks, mentoring sessions, peer interactions, and communal rituals through Bourdieu’s habitus and Stanton-Salazar’s institutional agents frameworks, situated within Ex Corde Ecclesiae and Evangelii Gaudium. Findings reveal that structured mentoring and block activities strengthen relational ties; guided reflections function as “habitus exercises”; and liturgies and faith reflections operationalize solidarity, preferential option for the marginalized, and communion. ชุมชนแห่งการปฏิบัติดนตรีไทย : กรณีศึกษาครูเสนีย์ เกษมวัฒนากุล, กิตติภพ พินิชการ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา “ชุมชนแห่งการปฏิบัติดนตรีไทยบ้านครูเสนีย์ เกษมวัฒนากุล” ในฐานะบ้านครูดนตรีไทยในปัจจุบันที่เชื่อมโยงผู้คนหลากหลายวัยและอาชีพผ่านการเรียนรู้ซอสามสาย การรวมวงดนตรีไทย และการพบปะทางสังคม โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดชุมชนแห่งการปฏิบัติ (Communities of Practice) เป็นกรอบสำคัญในการศึกษา 3 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) ศึกษาที่มา ขอบเขตขององค์ความรู้และเป้าหมายร่วมกันของชุมชนแห่งการปฏิบัติดนตรีไทยของครูเสนีย์ เกษมวัฒนากุล 2) ศึกษาลักษณะของความสัมพันธ์และการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกในชุมชนแห่งการปฏิบัติดนตรีไทยของครูเสนีย์ เกษมวัฒนากุล 3) ศึกษากระบวนการเรียนรู้และแนวปฏิบัติร่วมภายในชุมชนแห่งการปฏิบัติดนตรีไทยของครูเสนีย์ เกษมวัฒนากุล ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย เชิงคุณภาพแบบชาติพันธุ์วรรณา (Ethnography) ในลักษณะกรณีศึกษา โดยศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามด้วยการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมในการทำกิจกรรมทุกวันเสาร์ ณ บ้านครูเสนีย์ เกษมวัฒนากุล ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่ ครูเสนีย์ เกษมวัฒนากุล และสมาชิกชุมชนจำนวน 25 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและสร้างข้อสรุปแบบอุปนัยผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ด้านที่มา ขอบเขตองค์ความรู้และเป้าหมาย (Domain) ชุมชนก่อรูปขึ้นจาก การรวมตัวของผู้มีใจรักและสนใจในดนตรีไทย โดยมีซอสามสายเป็นองค์ความรู้หลัก และมีเป้าหมายร่วมกัน ในการอนุรักษ์ สืบสาน และต่อยอดดนตรีไทยผ่านการปฏิบัติและเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน 2) ด้านลักษณะของความสัมพันธ์และการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิก (Community) โครงสร้างความสัมพันธ์มีลักษณะเป็นกัลยาณมิตรที่เอื้ออาทร เกื้อกูล และให้ความสำคัญกับการอยู่ร่วมกัน โดยครูเสนีย์ทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์กลางของความปลอดภัยทางใจ และมีเครือข่ายผู้สนับสนุนทั้งภายในและภายนอกเป็นฐานสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรม 3) ด้านกระบวนการเรียนรู้และแนวปฏิบัติร่วม (Practice) กระบวนการเรียนรู้เกิดผ่านการต่อเพลง การบรรเลงรวมวง การแลกเปลี่ยน การรับประทานอาหารร่วมกัน ตลอดจนการใช้สื่อสังคมออนไลน์และเวทีการแสดงเพื่อสร้าง อัตลักษณ์ ความภาคภูมิใจ และสร้างการรับรู้ต่อสังคม งานวิจัยนี้ได้นำเสนอภาพระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ที่ได้จากการถอดบทเรียน เพื่ออธิบายองค์ประกอบและเงื่อนไขในการจัดการดนตรีศึกษาแบบตามอัธยาศัยแบบหนึ่งในบริบทดนตรีไทยในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งสะท้อนการเปลี่ยนผ่านของบ้านดนตรีไทยในกรอบ บ้าน วัด วัง สู่รูปแบบ ชุมชนแห่งกัลยาณมิตรทางการปฏิบัติ ที่เน้นการเรียนรู้อย่างเปิดกว้างควบคู่กับการหล่อหลอมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง "การถ่ายทอดวิธีการสอนขับร้องแบบตะวันตกในประเทศไทยหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงการปกครอง" มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาประวัติและพัฒนาการของการถ่ายทอดการขับร้องแบบตะวันตกในประเทศไทยหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงการปกครอง (พ.ศ. 2475 – 2531) 2) สังเคราะห์เนื้อหา วิธีการสอน และเทคนิคการสอนขับร้องแบบตะวันตกจากเอกสารการสอนในสถาบันการศึกษาภาครัฐ จำนวน 20 เล่ม และ 3) ศึกษาบริบทนโยบายการศึกษาของภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนดนตรีและขับร้อง การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพผสานวิธีการทางประวัติศาสตร์ ตามขั้นตอนการศึกษาทางประวัติศาสตร์ 6 ขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเอกสาร จากเอกสารการในสถาบันการศึกษาภาครัฐ ครอบคลุมตำรา หนังสือ แบบเรียน คู่มือการสอน และเอกสารราชการ และ 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกตามเกณฑ์คัดเข้าและเกณฑ์คัดออก จำนวน 2 กลุ่ม รวม 22 คน ข้อมูลทั้งหมดถูกนำมาวิเคราะห์และสังเคราะห์เนื้อหา วิธีการสอน และเทคนิคการขับร้อง เพื่ออธิบายปรากฏการณ์ทางสังคมและนโยบายรัฐที่มีต่อพัฒนาการการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาขับร้อง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พัฒนาการขององค์ความรู้ด้านการถ่ายทอดวิธีการสอนขับร้องแบบตะวันตกในประเทศไทย มิได้เป็นพัฒนาการเชิงวิชาการที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างอิสระ แต่เป็นผลผลิตที่ถูกกำกับโดยอุดมการณ์และนโยบายของรัฐในแต่ละยุคสมัย ซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ยุคสำคัญ ได้แก่ 1) ยุคก่อร่างแห่งการวางรากฐาน (พ.ศ. 2475 – 2500) ภายใต้อิทธิพลของแผนการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2475 และพระราชบัญญัติประถมศึกษา พ.ศ. 2478 ที่รัฐมุ่งเน้นการสร้างมาตรฐานพลเมืองแบบ “พุทธิศึกษา” ส่งผลให้เกิด “กระบวนทัศน์เน้นทฤษฎี” โดยมีพระเจนดุริยางค์เป็นตัวแทนหลัก เนื้อหาจึงมุ่งเน้นการอ่านเขียนโน้ตและทฤษฎีดนตรีมากกว่าเทคนิคการขับร้องเพื่อตอบสนองการวัดผลที่ชัดเจน 2) ยุคเข้าสู่ระบบการศึกษา (พ.ศ. 2501 – 2515) เป็นยุคแห่งการขยายตัวตามแผนการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2503 ที่เน้นการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและการผลิตครู ทำให้เกิดช่องว่างทางวิธีสอนที่องค์ความรู้เดิมไม่สามารถตอบสนองได้ นำไปสู่ 3) ยุคพัฒนาการ (พ.ศ. 2516 – 2531) ซึ่งเป็นยุคที่สถาบันอุดมศึกษาเข้มแข็งและมีการตอบสนองต่อแผนการศึกษาแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2520 ที่เน้นทั้งความเป็นเลิศและความเท่าเทียม ก่อให้เกิดการขยายตัวขององค์ความรู้เป็น 2 ทิศทาง คือ …

ความชุกและความเสี่ยงต่อการบาดเจ็บในนักดนตรีซอไทย, พฤฒิธเรศ แสงศิรินาวิน

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งศึกษาปัญหาความผิดปกติของระบบกล้ามเนื้อและโครงกระดูกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเล่นดนตรี (Playing-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders: PRMDs) ในกลุ่มนักดนตรีซอไทย (ซออู้ ซอด้วง และซอสามสาย) ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงอีกทั้งยังมีข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ด้านการบาดเจ็บเฉพาะกลุ่มนักดนตรีซอในประเทศไทยค่อนข้างจำกัด งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก 2 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความชุกของอาการบาดเจ็บที่เกิดขึ้นในนักดนตรีซอไทย และ 2) เพื่อประเมินความเสี่ยงทางกายรศาสตร์ต่อการบาดเจ็บจากท่าทางการบรรเลงใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยพหุวิธีแบบภาคตัดขวาง (Cross-sectional Multimethod Design) โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่าน 3 เครื่องมือหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การสำรวจความชุกด้วยแบบสอบถามที่ประยุกต์จาก Nordic Questionnaire ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักดนตรีซอไทยจำนวน 61 คน 2) การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกในกลุ่มผู้ที่มีประวัติการรักษาทางการแพทย์จำนวน 9 คน เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยและผลกระทบเชิงลึก และ 3) การประเมินความเสี่ยงทางกายรศาสตร์ด้วยวิธี Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้เรียนจำนวน 19 คน เพื่อวิเคราะห์ท่าทางการบรรเลง พร้อมทั้งวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความเสี่ยงกับท่าทางขณะนั่งเก้าอี้ ที่ปรากฏในกลุ่มตัวอย่างบางส่วน จำนวน 5 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความชุก (Prevalence) ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ด้วย thematic analysis และสรุประดับความเร่งด่วนในการปรับปรุงจากเกณฑ์ Action level ของ REBAผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักดนตรีซอไทยมีอัตราความชุกของอาการบาดเจ็บสูงถึงร้อยละ 98.4 โดยเฉพาะในกลุ่มนักดนตรีซอด้วงและซอสามสายที่พบประวัติอาการบาดเจ็บถึงร้อยละ 100 บริเวณร่างกายที่พบอาการบาดเจ็บสูงสุดขณะบรรเลง คือ นิ้วมือ (ร้อยละ 91.8) รองลงมาคือ ขา (ร้อยละ 85.2) และมือ (ร้อยละ 83.6) ทั้งนี้ "ขา" เป็นตำแหน่งที่พบระดับความเจ็บปวดรุนแรงที่สุด ซึ่งมีความสัมพันธ์โดยตรงกับวัฒนธรรมการนั่งพับเพียบผลการประเมินความเสี่ยงด้วย REBA ชี้ให้เห็นว่า ท่าทางการนั่งพับเพียบขณะบรรเลงมีความเสี่ยงอยู่ในระดับ "สูงมาก" (Very High Risk) มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 11.00 คะแนน ซึ่งอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่จำเป็นต้องได้รับการแก้ไขทันที สาเหตุหลักเกิดจากการนั่งพับเพียบและการรับน้ำหนักแบบคงที่ (Static Loading) …
