งานวิจัยเรื่อง “การวิเคราะห์วาทกรรมเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุในสังคมเมือง” เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพซึ่งวางอยู่บนกรอบแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุที่สังเคราะห์มาจากวาทกรรมเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุที่เกิดขึ้นมาในอดีต เพื่อตอบคำถามงานวิจัยที่ว่า 1) วาทกรรมใหม่ที่ควรจะสร้างขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุจะมีคุณลักษณะเป็นอย่างไรและจะสามารถนำไปสู่การพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตามอัธยาศัยของผู้สูงอายุในสังคมเมืองได้อย่างไร 2) รูปแบบการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตามอัธยาศัยของผู้สูงอายุไทยในสังคมเมือง ควรมีลักษณะเป็นอย่างไร 3) ผลของการใช้รูปแบบการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตามอัธยาศัยของผู้สูงอายุไทยในสังคมเมืองจะเป็นอย่างไรและมีเงื่อนไขใดบ้างในการใช้ และ 4) ผลที่ได้จากการใช้รูปแบบการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตามอัธยาศัยของผู้สูงอายุไทยในสังคมเมืองจะสามารถนำมาใช้เป็นแนวทางของการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตามอัธยาศัยในสังคมเมืองต่อไปได้หรือไม่อย่างไร วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัย คือ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์วาทกรรมเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุ 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตามอัธยาศัยของผู้สูงอายุในสังคมเมือง และ 3) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการใช้รูปแบบการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตามอัธยาศัยของผู้สูงอายุในสังคมเมือง งานวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยออกเป็น 3 ระยะตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย คือ ระยะที่ 1 ใช้วิธีการศึกษาศึกษาเอกสารและสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ที่เผยแพร่อยู่ในช่วงปี พ.ศ.2544-2555 โดยใช้หลักการวิเคราะห์วาทกรรมตามแนวทางของฟูโกต์และแฟร์คลาฟ และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อให้ได้แนวความคิดเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อใช้เป็นแนวคิดสำหรับการดำเนินงานวิจัยในระยะที่ 2 เป็นการพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมาการเรียนรู้ตามอัธยาศัยของผู้สูงอายุในสังคมเมือง โดยใช้พื้นฐานของแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุนำมาพัฒนาร่วมกับองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตามอัธยาศัย โดยศึกษาเฉพาะเจาะจงผู้สูงอายุในสังคมเมือง ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้สูงอายุที่อาศัยอยู่ในสังคมใน 6 ภูมิภาคของไทย จำนวนตัวอย่าง 112 คน นอกจากนี้ยังได้สัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่ทำงานด้านส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุในสังคมทีเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยเช่นกัน เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลในเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุ เพื่อนำไปสู่การร่างรูปแบบการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตามอัธยาศัยของผู้สูงอายุในสังคมเมือง และนำเสนอต่อคณะผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเพื่อตรวจความเหมาะสมและความเป็นได้ที่จะนำไปใช้ สำหรับในระยะที่ 3 เป็นการศึกษาข้อเสนอแนวทางการนำรูปแบบการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตามอัธยาศัยของผู้สูงอายุในสังคมเมืองดังกล่าวไปใช้ โดยใช้การสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 คน เพื่อให้ได้ข้อเสนอแนวทางที่สามารถนำไปใช้ได้ต่อไป ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่า คุณลักษณะของวาทกรรมเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุในอดีตแบ่งได้เป็น 2 ช่วงเวลา คือ การเรียนรู้เป็นไปตามธรรมดาโลก จะมุ่งเน้นอำนาจของสถาบันศาสนาที่ระบุให้ผู้สูงอายุเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการเรียนรู้เรื่องต่าง ๆ ในช่วงเวลาที่ 2 เป็นช่วงเวลาที่เรียกว่า การเรียนรู้ให้เท่าทันความเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคม เป็นช่วงเวลาที่ผู้สูงอายุต้องเรียนรู้การปรับตัวเพื่อตั้งรับกับความเปลี่ยนของสังคมที่เกิดขึ้นอยู่ตลอดเวลา โดยทั้ง 2 ช่วงเวลาแสดงให้เห็นถึงความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุที่แตกต่างกันออกไป ข้อค้นพบดังกล่าวได้นำมาพัฒนาเป็นแนวความคิดเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุในสังคมเมือง นำเสนอประเด็นการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุ 6 ประเด็น คือ 1) ความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้ 2) แหล่งเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุ 3) วิธีการเรียนรู้ของผู้สูงอายุ 4) เป้าหมายของการเรียนรู้ 5) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียนรู้ และ 6) เนื้อหาที่จำเป็นต้องรู้ จากตัวบทที่พบในแต่ละประเด็น ผู้วิจัยได้นำมาพัฒนาร่วมกับองค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตามอัธยาศัย ซึ่งจากการศึกษาเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์ผู้สูงอายุ พบว่า ประกอบด้วย หลักการของการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ ผู้อำนวยความสะดวกทางการเรียนรู้ พื้นที่การเรียนรู้ ปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางการเรียนรู้ ทรัพยากรส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ …

การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์สภาพ ปัญหา ความต้องการการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะและภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของบุคลากรกองทัพเรือ 2) พัฒนาแบบแผนการส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำหรับนายทหารสัญญาบัตร และ 3) นำเสนอข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายการส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำหรับนายทหารสัญญาบัตรโดยใช้แนวคิดการเรียนรู้สู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงและองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้เพื่อการเป็นกองทัพเรือแห่งการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 4 ระยะ ระยะแรกเป็นการวิเคราะห์สภาพ ปัญหา ความต้องการการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะและภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของบุคลากรกองทัพเรือ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นายทหารสัญญาบัตรสังกัดกองทัพเรือที่ปฏิบัติงานด้านการบริหารจัดการและวางแผนพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ของกองทัพเรือ จำนวน 241 คน และนายทหารสัญญาบัตรนักเรียนเสนาธิการทหารเรือ จำนวน 86 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 3 ชุด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติบรรยาย การประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นด้วยค่าดัชนี PNImodified ระยะที่สอง เป็นการพัฒนาแบบแผนการส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำหรับนายทหารสัญญาบัตร กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ด้านองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในองค์กร รวม 11 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยมี 3 ชุด ระยะที่สามเป็นการนำแบบแผนที่พัฒนาไปใช้และศึกษาผลของแบบแผน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ นักเรียนเสนาธิการทหารเรือ จำนวน 28 คน และอาจารย์ผู้สอนหมวดวิชาความมั่นคง จำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยมี 2 ชุด และระยะที่สี่ เป็นการนำเสนอข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิทางด้านการศึกษาตลอดชีวิต ด้านการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์และด้านการศึกษาของกองทัพเรือ รวม 10 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) นายทหารสัญญาบัตรที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างเห็นว่าสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่คาดหวังภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัญหาในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนายทหารสัญญาบัตรสังกัดกองทัพเรือด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญาสูงที่สุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ การทำงานเป็นแบบอย่าง การส่งเสริมกำลังใจและการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจตามลำดับ 2) แบบแผนการส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำหรับนายทหารสัญญาบัตรเป็นแบบแผนแบบผสมระหว่าง Top-Down Approach, Bottom Up Approach และ Practical Approach ประกอบด้วยการดำเนินการ 4 ระดับ ระดับบุคคลได้แก่ อาจารย์และผู้เรียน 3 องค์ประกอบ ระดับกรมยุทธศึกษาทหารเรือ 10 องค์ประกอบ ระดับกรมในกองทัพเรือ 15 องค์ประกอบ และระดับกองทัพเรือ 7 องค์ประกอบ …

This phenomenological study examined how a comprehensive mid-sized regional university can attract, retain and graduate more graduate and postgraduate student veterans. This study was framed by a grand tour question, three research questions, and several sub-tiered questions. Data collected from interviews with student veterans pursuing graduate and postgraduate degrees after receiving a baccalaureate are examined. The experiences noted and documented in this study show that the motivation for student veterans to pursue graduate and doctoral degrees is based primarily on data gleaned from personal interviews and data collected from those interviews. The purpose of this study was to analyze the laws and regulations regarding the inclusion of students with disabilities in selected Mexican universities. Seven public autonomous universities on the northern border of Mexico were selected for participation. Official documents were reviewed and administrators were surveyed to determine the extent to which federal legislation requiring inclusion was implemented at their respective institutions. Faculty members of psychology were also surveyed regarding the guarantees and accommodations provided by their institutions and the effectiveness of those efforts. Current research into motivation in second language acquisition, including Dörnyei (2005, 2009, 2015), offers compelling evidence that adult language learners who develop and habitually strengthen a vision of their future, linguistically capable selves using concrete, sensory imagery are more likely to sustain the necessary motivation to achieve their personal language-learning goals. My thesis proposes that poetry writing can be an effective medium for language learners to build facility in developing concrete, sensory imagery (tactile, visual, kinesthetic, olfactory, and auditory), including creating a motivating vision of their future, linguistically capable selves. A four-round Delphi technique was used to generate consensus regarding program standards. Community colleges are the leaders in facilitating career and technical education (CTE), and faculty help develop program offerings on campus. This study explored faculty perceptions of community college CTE programs using the survey research method. Participants included 36 faculty members from various disciplines from 15 state colleges in Florida. Participants were sent a digital survey and asked to use a scale from 0 (do not agree) to 8 (agree) to score their agreement level with 43 statements of opinion.
