This study addresses the intersection between sports marketing and branding among Generation Z, investigating the challenges, opportunities, and evolving dynamics in the digital realm. The problem at hand revolves around the intricate web of issues faced by athletes and stakeholders, including the implementation of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rules, ethical considerations, and the transformative impact of social media. Background information was gathered from peer-reviewed literature. Using a qualitative research method, five participants from diverse sporting backgrounds provided insights through interviews. East Tennessee State University’s Board of Trustees will hold its quarterly meeting and several committee meetings on Friday, November 17.

All meetings will be conducted in person at the D.P. Culp Student Center, East Tennessee Room.

Meetings are scheduled as follows:

• Academic, Research, and Student Success Committee – 8 a.m.
• Finance and Administration Committee – 9:45 a.m.
• Audit Committee – 11:30 a.m.
• Board of Trustees Meeting – 1:30 p.m.

East Tennessee State University’s ROTC Program is inducting new members into its Hall of Fame. The storied ROTC program, a unit assigned to ETSU for more than half a century, has commissioned over 1,500 second lieutenants.

Dr. Stacey Fisher is one of six teachers making up the inaugural Distinguished Educator Council of the Tennessee Financial Literacy Commission (TNFLC). However, electric car purchasing in developing countries is currently at a nascent stage. More research is required to see if environmental factors do matter in the consumer's decision to purchase an electric car. Communities of practice (CoP) have become a popular source of knowledge-sharing and learning in organizations. However, several problems occur in managing them and more knowledge about this area is needed. This article addresses this knowledge gap and aims to understand and describe how to facilitate communities of practice in a large corporation. The research draws on a qualitative case study based on interviews with people involved in CoPs in a large multinational technology company and the analysis followed the method introduced by Gioia et al.
