Background: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is known to influence clinical outcomes across a range of procedures, but its impact on endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) outcomes remains poorly characterized. We evaluated the association between CKD and post-ERCP survival and procedural complications.

Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted using the TriNetX database. Adults with CKD stages 1–5 undergoing ERCP between 2010–2024 were identified and compared to patients without CKD undergoing the same procedure. Propensity score matching (1:1) was performed to balance known demographic and clinical confounders. Emotion-driven impulsivity and difficulties with emotion regulation are both associated with maladaptive eating behaviors, including binge eating and emotional eating. However, it remains unclear whether broader emotion regulation difficulties intensify the influence of impulsive responses to emotional states on these behaviors. This study examined whether emotion dysregulation moderates the relationship between emotion-driven impulsivity and maladaptive eating behaviors. Participants were 266 adults (ages 18–65) who completed measures of impulsivity, emotion regulation difficulties, binge eating, and emotional eating. The Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) program represents Indonesia's strategic effort to strengthen human capital by addressing malnutrition among school-aged. However, evidence suggests that school feeding alone is insufficient without structured nutrition education to promote sustained behavioral change. The present study examines opportunities and feasibility for embedding nutrition education within MBG implementation. Two-stage design was performed, including curriculum content reviews and qualitative case study design. The main research focus is two-part: first examining this transition including barriers to health care, changes in lifestyle, and mental health, and then creating a new, innovative tool to support young adults with diabetes. Introduction: Serum neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin (sNGAL), a renal tubular marker, and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), a hematological inflammatory marker are two biomarkers that have recently received attention, because of their association with kidney disease. This study examined the diagnostic value sNGAL and NLR in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients with nephropathy. Materials and Methods: In this hospital-based case-control research, 97 T2DM participants and 70 healthy subjects were included.
