Methods: This study quantitatively examined seven hypotheses through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques. Using the census method, 79 students of medical library and information science of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences, Iran, were studied. The study examined the assessment of job satisfaction of employees’ in Ahmadu Bello University Library Zaria. Survey research design was adopted for the study. Total population was 359 librarians in made up of professionals and para-professionals. Total enumeration was used for the study. The instrument for data collection was a validated questionnaire.
