แนวทางการหล่อหลอมความเชื่อเชิงปรัชญาการศึกษาของนิสิตนักศึกษาครู สาขาวิชาประถมศึกษา, อภิญญา สุขช่วย

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความเชื่อเชิงปรัชญาการศึกษาของนิสิตนักศึกษาครู สาขาวิชาประถมศึกษา 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความเชื่อเชิงปรัชญาการศึกษากับพฤติกรรมการสอนของนิสิตนักศึกษาครู สาขาวิชาประถมศึกษา และ 3) เพื่อสังเคราะห์แนวทางการหล่อหลอมความเชื่อเชิงปรัชญาการศึกษาของนิสิตนักศึกษาครู สาขาวิชาประถมศึกษา มีแบบแผนการวิจัยเป็นวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ประกอบด้วย การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ คือ นิสิตนักศึกษาครูชั้นปีที่ 5 สาขาวิชาประถมศึกษา จำนวน 274 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ คือ อาจารย์มหาวิทยาลัยประจำสาขาวิชาประถมศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความเชื่อเชิงปรัชญาการศึกษาของนิสิตนักศึกษาครู สาขาวิชาประถมศึกษามีแนวโน้มไปทางความเชื่อเชิงปรัชญาการศึกษาพิพัฒนนิยมมากที่สุด อันดับรองลงมา ได้แก่ อัตถิภาวนิยม นิรันตรนิยม ปฏิรูปนิยม และสารัตถนิยม ตามลำดับ 2) ความเชื่อเชิงปรัชญาการศึกษาในแต่ละสาขาของนิสิตนักศึกษาครู สาขาวิชาประถมศึกษาไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการสอนตามแนวความเชื่อเชิงปรัชญาการศึกษาในสาขาเดียวกัน นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ความเชื่อเชิงปรัชญาการศึกษาปฏิรูปนิยม มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการสอนตามแนวความเชื่อเชิงปรัชญาการศึกษาสารัตถนิยมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และความเชื่อเชิงปรัชญาการศึกษาอัตถิภาวนิยม มีความสัมพันธ์ในทางลบกับพฤติกรรมการสอนตามแนวความเชื่อเชิงปรัชญาการศึกษาสารัตถนิยมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 3) พบว่า มีการนำแนวคิดทางปรัชญาการศึกษาพิพัฒนนิยมมาเป็นแนวทางในการจัดการศึกษา โดยหล่อหลอมผ่านกิจกรรมการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง ผลที่เกิดขึ้นส่วนใหญ่สอดคล้องกับปรัชญาของหลักสูตรและความคาดหวังของรายวิชา ซึ่งถือว่าได้ผลสำเร็จในภาพรวม

The International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program [IB PYP] is a student-driven, inquiry-based elementary school level educational program that has grown rapidly in the United States since its creation in 1997. This study explores how IB PYP art teachers define and implement inquiry-based instructional methods in their art rooms through a nation-wide, online survey of art teachers, coordinators, and administrators. The Survey consists of 22 questions which ask respondents to describe their classroom practices and provide examples of how they make use of inquiry-based methods in the art room. The purpose of this study is to examine the trends and differences in receptive and expressive English language development in native English speakers and Spanish-speaking English language learners (ELL). It also aims to analyze the relationship between auditory comprehension and narrative production skills and semantic skills and narrative production skills in native English-speakers and Spanish-speaking ELLs. Eighty-three preschool-aged children (17 Spanish-speaking ELLs and 66 Native English-speakers) were administered the Pre-Kindergarten Language Benchmark Assessment (Pre-KLBA) in Fall 2015, Winter 2016, and Spring 2016. This case study examines a Chinese and Korean-Chinese pre-service teachers’ perceptions of their mentor teachers’ role in supporting inclusive practicum experiences in U.S. elementary school contexts. The findings demonstrate that a mentor teacher’s open conversations and willingness to host those students bring positive influence on their learning and growth. The findings also indicate that the facilitative roles of mentor teachers in the promotion of inclusive environments are intersected with the socio-cultural and political contexts of practicum schools and universities. The purpose of this applied research study was to determine the extent to which reading scores on the Diagnostic Reading Assessment (DRA-2) and Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) were impacted across the school years for students enrolled in Afrocentric curriculum (ACC) and non-ACC classrooms, excluding students enrolled in the two-way immersion classrooms, controlling for the test scores from the previous school year, during the 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2014-2015, and 2015-2016 school years.

This study analyzed students' use of diverse sources for a history-based writing assignment on Abraham Lincoln. Participants includes 41 students in a fifth grade self-contained classroom in rural Illinois. The study was conducted during students' 30-minute writing period, every day for six weeks. During this time period, students close-read trade books and primary sources to collect research on Lincoln. Students also gathered additional information during their field trip to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum. Students synthesized their information from the various sources and organized the notes to write an informational, history-based writing piece on Lincoln. Students were required …

The purpose of this study was to determine the academic benefits and challenges, if any, of utilizing a group amplification system in first-grade mainstream classrooms. More specifically, this study measured the influence of a group amplification system throughout language-based tasks, such as spelling accuracy. A total of 33 first-grade students, including two students reportedly diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), participated in the study, with 17 students in Classroom A and 16 students in Classroom B. The job of the professional educator is becoming ever more complex. Research has shown that effective teacher evaluation processes and collegial relationships between the teacher and the principal both positively impact student achievement. This study investigates how a collaborative teacher evaluation process effects collegiality between the teacher and the site administrator. Four teachers who had experienced both traditional and collaborative reviews in a small rural school district in Northern California were interviewed to assess the impact that a collaborative evaluation had on their professional relationship with their principal.
