This study aims to recognize the dominant soft skills factors that influence the readiness of vocational education graduates to enter the job market in the field of construction. The method used is survey study including samples that consisted of 40 workers graduated from State University of Medan civil engineering diploma 3. The instruments used were the soft skills and the competence readiness questionnaire with reliability coefficients of 0.93 and 0.98. The ICT advancement provokes the possibility of developing speaking skill through portfolio assessment which was commonly attributable mostly to writing skill. Hence, an exploratory study adopting ADDIE model was conducted to develop an electronic portfolio assessment integrated into teaching materials. A triangulated technique of data collection: questionnaire respondents, interviews and data from evaluation sheets was gathered. Statistical descriptive analysis, discourse and content analysis were conducted and positive possibilities were found to ffacilitate the development of speaking skills through electronic portfolio assessment.

This study aims to describe prospective counselors’ perceptions of professional identity concepts in the guidance and counseling field. This study used a qualitative approach with an exploratory, descriptive design. Research data were collected through open questionnaires and focus group discussions. The data sources were fifteen guidance and counseling students from three different classes. Data analysis was carried out by searching for themes and determining the correlation between them to attain interpretation. This study investigates the effectiveness of solution-focused brief counseling and motivational interviewing in enhancing students’ self-disclosure. This study used a randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The sixteen participants from State Junior High School 3 Comal, Indonesia, were selected through nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. The participants were divided into experiment and control groups. For the research instruments, this study used The Self-Disclosure Questionnaire developed by Jourard to measure students’ self-disclosure. The obtained data were analyzed using the repeated measures ANOVA test. While the efficacy of internet-based acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) has been examined for different mental health concerns in high-income countries, evidence for the potential efficacy of culturally-adapted ACT in non-Western, low- and middle-income countries is scarce. The present study is a randomized, waitlist-controlled trial of culturally-adapted, online, manualized group ACT for anxiety in Iranian adolescent females. The Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule-Second Edition (ADOS-2) is a widely used instrument in the assessment of autism spectrum disorder. One of the modules requires students to answer questions requiring relatively high-level language skills but that module could be given to children as young as four years of age. In the current study, I aim to expand upon traditional methods for classifying children based on positive peer nominations and contribute to the field’s understanding of high-status bullies who maintain social resources despite bulling behaviors (e.g., van der Ploeg et al., 2020). Both reciprocated and one-sided (i.e., received and sent) positive peer nominations were used to distinguish socially meaningful subgroups.
