Marital Satisfaction And Its Relationship To Psychological Well-Being Among Married Female Students In The Kingdom Of Bahrain, Sami Almahjoob

The current study aimed to explore the relationship between marital satisfaction and psychological well-being among a sample of married female students in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where the study sample consisted of (200) married students, they were selected by the available method, and the study tools were the Marital Satisfaction Scale (prepared by the researcher), and the Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale (Ryff, 1989). The results of the study found that the level of marital satisfaction and subjective well-being of the study sample members was average. This mixed methods study examined student experiences, perceptions, and motivations in traditional, tertiary aural skills courses. Results from an initial qualitative, instrumental case study led to the development of a four-phase, exploratory sequential design guided by Self-Determination Theory (SDT) and Cognitive Evaluation Theory (CET). Qualitative findings revealed student insights into experiences with course attributes, a need for connection to material and the classroom community, and a desire for an improved aural skills course experience. This study aims to identify the level of career orientation of junior high school students as a first step in providing career interventions. The subjects in this study were junior high school students from class IX in Samarinda City, comprising three schools with 69 students. The sample selection was obtained using a stratified random sampling technique. Researchers use the career orientation scale as the research instrument, whereas the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and an independent t-test. Log data extracted from learning management systems (LMS) have become an increasingly valuable resource for understanding students’ learning behaviors. These data are unobtrusive, cost-effective, and offer fine-grained insights. However, their complexity and large volume present substantial challenges in identifying interpretable underlying dimensions across different event types. To address this challenge, this study applied exploratory factor analysis, psychometric network analysis, and consensus hierarchical clustering to analyze 122,167 log entries from 25 event types collected in a large undergraduate course (n = 527 students). Four distinct clusters of student activities were identified in the event logs: submission, quiz-taking, discussion, and background-viewing. …

While social mobility provides opportunities for a better life and societal progress, it can also lead to significant challenges, including burnout from hypercompetitive environments, feelings of isolation due to cultural mismatches, and self-blame stemming from the myth of meritocracy. Strengthening social safety nets and providing supportive environments in educational institutions and workplaces can help mitigate the unintended psychological and social costs of mobility. Eating disorders are serious mental health conditions with significant negative health outcomes, high mortality rates, and comorbid mental health conditions. Despite many available interventions for eating disorders, treatment remains challenging due to the difficulty in maintaining treatment gains. Understanding effective treatment processes is crucial. This study aimed to examine the role of self-perception components in predicting eating disorder severity in a residential sample of women and girls. Participants (N = 175) completed measures assessing eating disorder severity, self-kindness, self-judgment, and self-esteem at admission.
