The impact of capital accumulation on job creation is an important and interesting issue in economic development. This model provides a general-equilibrium framework for studying technology choice with unemployment in a developing economy based on micro-foundations. Unemployment in the urban sector results from the existence of efficiency wages. Manufacturing firms engage in oligopolistic competition and choose technologies to maximise profits. A large body of literature explores the role of context, structure, actors, and outcomes of open innovation (OI), yet pays little attention to the mechanisms underlying these relationships. In this review paper, we synthesize the OI literature using a context-mechanism-outcome approach to identify and classify the various mechanisms observed in empirical OI studies. Our findings demonstrate that the OI literature draws on a wide variety of mechanisms originating from the fields of management, sociology, economics, and psychology. This research claims that dynamic strategies demanded by today’s digital environment exacerbate inconsistency between an organization’s digital transformation efforts and its enterprise architecture (EA) planning process. This phenomenon leads to redundant investments, delayed implementation, and frequent failures in digital transformation projects. In order to investigate this inconsistency, we apply the socioeconomic approach to management (SEAM) theory. Through critical analysis of four case studies in a large manufacturing organization, we clarify the relationship between digital transformation and EA and reveal the dysfunction in strategic implementation from a SEAM and business process management (BPM) perspective. We integrate insights from the literature on social movements and institutional entrepreneurship into the strategic niche management (SNM) and multilevel perspective (MLP) frameworks to understand the emergence of Linux, a free/open-source operating system, in a regime dominated by proprietary operating systems such as Unix and Windows NT. Employing a “microhistories” methodology, we document how actors in the free/open-source movement took steps that enabled an alternate technological niche to form, gain momentum and eventually infiltrate the extant regime. ปัจจุบัน SMEs มีบทบาทสำคัญทางเศรษฐกิจ ทั้งในด้านการจ้างงาน การพัฒนานวัตกรรมและการเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศ การศึกษาชิ้นนี้ มุ่งเน้น SMEs ผู้ผลิตเครื่องดื่มชาขนาดย่อมที่พบว่าต้องเผชิญกับอุปสรรคต่างๆ มากมายที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการทำกำไรและการอยู่รอดของธุรกิจ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง ด้านประสิทธิภาพในกระบวนการผลิต และต้นทุนการผลิต การศึกษาครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมกระบวนการผลิตสู่การจัดจำหน่ายที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยแบบทดลองโดยทำการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพและข้อมูลในกระบวนการผลิตของธุรกิจผู้ผลิตเครื่องดื่มชาพร้อมดื่มที่มีการฆ่าเชื้อเพื่อยืดอายุการเก็บรักษาขนาดย่อมจำนวน 3 บริษัทในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลเพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ตามแนวคิดลีนและบัญชีต้นทุนการไหลวัสดุและดำเนินการระบุปัญหาด้วยการระดมสมองจากการทำ Kaizen Workshop จากนั้นนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขโดยการจัดทำเครื่องมือตามหลักการ Standard Work และเครื่องควบคุมอุณหภูมิไร้สาย จากนั้น ผู้วิจัยดำเนินการทดสอบผลการปรับปรุงกระบวนการโดยพิจารณาการแก้ปัญหา 2 เรื่องคือระยะเวลาการทำงานรวมและต้นทุนการผลิตรวมและต้นทุนของเสียในกระบวนการ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพเครื่องควบคุมอุณหภูมิสามารถควบคุมอุณหภูมิได้ตามเกณฑ์การทดสอบและผลการแก้ไขปัญหาในสายการผลิตทำให้ภายหลังการปรับปรุงสามารถลดระยะเวลากระบวนการผลิตรวมในบริษัท A, B และ C ได้ 21.4%, 21.9% และ 21.8% ตามลำดับและพบว่าสามารถลดต้นทุนของเสียในบริษัท A, B และ C ลงได้ 30.9%, 61.6% และ 34.3% ตามลำดับ จากนั้นนำเสนอนวัตกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นแพลตฟอร์มสำหรับผู้ประกอบการในการใช้ควบคุมความสูญเสียภายในกระบวนการผลิต โดยผลการทดสอบกับผู้ใช้งานตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คนซึ่งเป็นผู้ประกอบการ ผู้จัดการและหัวหน้างานในสายการผลิต พบว่านวัตกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์ดังกล่าวเป็นที่ยอมรับและมีความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาศักยภาพการตลาดของผลิตภัณฑ์รังนก 2) พัฒนาคิวอาร์โค้ดชีวภาพ ที่สามารถติดลงบนพื้นผิวรังนก มีความปลอดภัย สามารถตรวจสอบย้อนกลับแหล่งที่มาของรังนกด้วยการสแกนผ่านสมาร์ตโฟน และให้ผลในการตรวจสอบที่ถูกต้อง แม่นยำกว่า ซึ่งจะช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสในการขายรังนก 3) ศึกษาการยอมรับนวัตกรรมคิวอาร์โค้ดชีวภาพเพื่อระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลับรังนก และ 4) ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการนำต้นแบบคิวอาร์โค้ดชีวภาพมาใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพาณิชย์ จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม ทำให้เกิดแนวคิดในการพัฒนา และการผลิตชุดต้นแบบระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลับรังนกด้วยคิวอาร์โค้ดชีวภาพ ได้รับการพัฒนาโดยใช้กระบวนการ พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (NPD) ตามขั้นตอน Stage Gate ระบบเลือกใช้ 7 เทคโนโลยีเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญในการพัฒนาระบบคือ เทคโนโลยีคิวอาร์โค้ด, เทคโนโลยีด้านวัสดุชีวภาพ, เทคโนโลยีการพิมพ์ Inkjet, เทคโนโลยี GPS, เว็ปเทคโนโลยีบนเครื่องข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต, เทคโนโลยี Cloud และเทคโนโลยีสมาร์ทโฟน ทั้งหมดเพื่อผลิตเป็นระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลับรังนกด้วยคิวอาร์โค้ดชีวภาพ ที่เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพด้านการป้องกันการปลอมแปลง และสามารถตรวจสอบย้อนกลับได้แม้รังนกไม่ถูกบรรจุในบรรจุภัณฑ์ จากแนวคิดของนวัตกรรมระบบตรวจสอบยัอนกลับรังนกด้วยคิวอาร์โค้ดชีวภาพ นำไปสู่การทดสอบการยอมรับนวัตกรรม ด้วยการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานคือ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างเกษตรกรฟาร์มนกแอ่น ซึ่งเป็นผู้นำเข้ารังนกสู่ห่วงโซ่อุปทานของอุตสาหกรรม และการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณด้วยการเก็บแบบสอบถามผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ กับกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้บริโภค ที่มีประสบการณ์ซื้อวัตถุดิบอาหารพรีเมียม ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสอง แสดงความตั้งใจในการยอมรับนวัตกรรมระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลับรังนกด้วยคิวอาร์โค้ดชีวภาพ การศึกษาเพื่อประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการนำระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลังรังนกด้วยคิวอาร์โค้ดชีวภาพ มาใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ โดยการประเมินด้านเทคโนโลยี การตลาด และการเงิน พบว่ามีความเหมาะสมที่ผู้ศึกษาจะนำนวัตกรรมมาใช้งานเชิงพาณิชย์ ด้วยการเลือกใช้วิธี Spin-off เพื่อทำตลาดเอง เนื่องจากผู้ถือครองนวัตกรรมมีความพร้อมในทุกด้านจากการประเมิน ทั้งนี้ระบบตรวจสอบย้อนกลับรังนกด้วยคิวอาร์โค้ดชีวภาพควรใช้วิธีการแจ้งลิขสิทธิ์ และจดทะเบียนเครื่องหมายทางการค้าเพื่อขอรับความคุ้มครองทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา จากการประเมินทางการเงินพบว่า ระยะเวลาคืนทุนของโครงการคือ 2 ปี 4 เดือนค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (NPV) เท่ากับ 4,914,697.73 บาท และอัตราผลตอบแทนที่แท้จริง (IRR) จากการลงทุนเท่ากับ ร้อยละ 186.8%

การศึกษานี้เพื่อจำลองตัวแทนเสมือนสัตว์เลี้ยง เพื่อตอบโจทย์ความรู้สึกผูกพันและความคิดถึงสำหรับผู้ที่เลี้ยงสัตว์ โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence : AI) ที่หลากหลาย ตั้งแต่การประมวลผลภาพ การสร้างภาพเสมือน การรู้จำอารมณ์ไปจนถึงการประมวลผลภาษาธรรมชาติ สามารถใช้ร่วมกันเพื่อสร้างโมเดลสัตว์เสมือนจริงที่มีลักษณะสมจริงทั้งรูปลักษณ์ภายนอก พฤติกรรม บุคลิก การแสดงออกทางอารมณ์ และการสื่อสารกับมนุษย์ ซึ่งจากวิวัฒนาการของเทคโนโลยีที่รวดเร็วและพัฒนาในทุกวันจะทำให้เราสามารถมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับสัตว์เลี้ยงเสมือนได้ราวกับว่าเป็นสิ่งมีชีวิต งานวิจัยนี้ได้กล่าวถึงการสํารวจและวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรม รวมถึงความต้องการ ในการใช้แอปพลิเคชันของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ กลุ่มคนเลี้ยงสุนัขและแมวในประเทศไทยที่มีความรักและความผูกพันกับสัตว์เลี้ยง ที่ต้องการมีตัวแทนสัตว์เลี้ยงที่สามารถมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ได้ในทุกที่ทุกเวลา จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 347 คน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ให้ความสนใจใช้แอปพลิเคชันเพื่อจำลองตัวแทนเสมือนสัตว์เลี้ยง เพื่อตอบโจทย์ความรู้สึกผูกพันและความคิดถึงสำหรับผู้ที่เลี้ยงสัตว์ที่ระดับปานกลางถึงมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 72.2

Researchers have explored firms’ IT capability and its effects on business performance, yet the factors influencing the long-term retention of this capability have not been fully investigated. Therefore, our study examines what managerial and financial factors influence the retention of firms’ IT capability by utilizing survival analysis. The results show that IT executives’ managerial power does not contribute to retaining the firms’ IT capability. This paper explores the strategies and practices of capturing climate risk premia for venture capital (VC) fund managers and entrepreneurs in the private cleantech sector. It also examines the impact of the feed-in tariffs (FITs) policy on the management of cleantech investments. It is shown that a longer investment period, less investment capital in cleantech investment management strategies, and optimistic climate risk management practices will help investors to better capture climate risk premia. There is no comprehensive financial privacy law that can protect consumers from a company’s collection sharing and selling of consumer data. The most recent federal financial privacy law, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”), was enacted by Congress over 20 years ago. Vast technological and financial changes have occurred since 1999, and financial privacy law is due for an upgrade.

Stablecoins are often portrayed as posing systemic risks to financial markets, with some pundits labelling them “the villain of the finance world.” Global regulatory bodies, namely the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Bank of International Settlement (BIS), and political leaders, including the Biden Administration, have all called for stablecoin regulation. สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อแรงจูงใจและแนวทางการส่งเสริมการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีเครื่องมือช่วยเหลือสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย เนื่องจากประเทศไทยกำลังก้าวเข้าสู่สังคมผู้สูงอายุ (Aging Society) อย่างรวดเร็ว โดยข้อมูลจากปี พ.ศ. 2548 ระบุว่าประเทศไทยมีประชากรผู้สูงอายุ (อายุ 60 ปี เป็นต้นไป) อยู่ที่ 10.4% ของประชากรทั้งหมด และคาดการณ์ว่าในปี พ.ศ. 2566 สัดส่วนนี้จะเพิ่มขึ้นเป็น 20.08% แสดงให้เห็นถึงจำนวนผู้สูงอายุที่กำลังเพิ่มจำนวนมากขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทำให้ทั้งกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุและกลุ่มลูกหลานมีความต้องการให้ผู้สูงอายุมีสุขภาพร่างกายที่แข็งแรง โดยการนำเทคโนโลยีและเครื่องมือต่าง ๆ มาช่วยป้องกันอุบัติเหตุและเพิ่มความปลอดภัยแก่ผู้สูงอายุในชีวิตประจำวัน งานศึกษาชิ้นนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ การเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้สูงอายุและบุคคลทั่วไปจำนวนทั้งหมด 20 คน เพื่อศึกษาถึงความต้องการและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกใช้เครื่องมือช่วยเหลือผู้สูงอายุ ต่อมาคือการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณผ่านการสำรวจด้วยแบบสอบถามออนไลน์จากกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุและกลุ่มบุคคลทั่วไปจำนวนทั้งหมด 200 คน เพื่อทำความเข้าใจในการใช้เครื่องมือช่วยเหลือของผู้สูงอายุได้ลึกซึ่งมากยิ่งขึ้น ผลการศึกษาพบว่ามีปัจจัยสำคัญสำคัญทั้งหมด 3 ปัจจัย คือ 1) การใช้งานเครื่องมืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ของผู้สูงอายุ 2) ความต้องการของฟังก์ชั่นในเครื่องมือช่วยเหลือผู้สูงอายุ และ 3) รูปทรงของเครื่องมือช่วยเหลือผู้สูงอายุแบบพกพา นอกจากนี้การศึกษาครั้งนี้ยังพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีความต้องการเครื่องมือที่ใช้งานง่ายและมีความปลอดภัยสูง รวมถึงการสนับสนุนจากครอบครัวด้วยเช่นเดียวกัน จากผลการศึกษาทำให้ได้แนวทางในการพัฒนาให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้สูงอายุและส่งเสริมการใช้งานเครื่องมือช่วยเหลือผู้สูงอายุแบบพกพาให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้นตามปัจจัยสำคัญต่าง ๆ โดยมีการพัฒนาแบบจำลองผลิตภัณฑ์แนวความคิด (Conceptual Product) ออกมาเป็นรูปแบบนาฬิกาข้อมือ ซึ่งได้มีการนำแบบจำลองเครื่องมือช่วยเหลือผู้สูงอายุแบบพกพา มาวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ทางการตลาดและโอกาสในการต่อยอดออกสู่เชิงพาณิชย์ในอนาคต

The evolution of maritime and shipbuilding supply chains toward digital ecosystems increases operational complexity and needs reliable communication and coordination.
