The study evaluates the quality of services received by the Central Library of Birjand University among users based on LibQual components. The present study is descriptive. Data were collected using the LibQual questionnaire, and its reliability is obtained using Cronbach's alpha test. The statistical population included all users of the Central Library of Birjand University which 150 users were selected by non-proportional stratified sampling. This study investigated a framework for implementing SNS for knowledge sharing in Tanzania's higher learning institutions (HLIs). The study deployed mixed-methods research, where a convergent research design was used. This enabled the researcher to collect quantitative and qualitative data in a similar research phase, but they were analysed differently. A convergent research design enabled the researcher to compare the findings obtained from quantitative data with those from qualitative data to ensure rigour. The researchers adopted quantitative research method using cross sectional survey design. Abstract

As library publishing programmes expand around the world, reports and research pertaining to standards and workflows have proliferated. This paper calls for library publishing programmes to explore the impact of their pogrammes at local, national and international level in relation to their contribution to open access publishing, EDI agendas and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The presentation highlights the UN's SDG Publishers Compact and argues that the SDGs are an ideal lens through which library publishers could examine their impact as library publishers have a strong publishing record in areas such as gender, education and climate as examples.

According to the literature reviewed in this article, faculty members who are involved in research have a variety of information-seeking behaviours. Scholarly information needs are represented in a new way by a new model. Career advancement, discovery tools, and interpersonal networks all play a role in the model's design. TD Wilson and James Krikelas' theoretical frameworks play a significant role in constructing the model for describing scientific information needs. University administrators and librarians can use this model to help faculty with their information-seeking, research, and teaching endeavors.

The study analyses research productivity of College and Research Library Journal from 2012 to 2021 using bibliometric method. The journal published 808 research papers within the period. The published papers were analysed to determine, the type of document published, chronological distribution of published documents, authorship pattern, most productive articles and the subject coverage of published articles. The result of the study revealed that the types of documents published in C&RL include articles, book reviews, editorial materials, errata and letters.
