This Effeminate Stranger: Dionysus’ Gender in Translation and Performance explores the possible interpretation of the character of Dionysus in Euripides’ Bacchae as genderqueer, specifically nonbinary. The project consists of a translation of the Bacchae from Ancient Greek into English which pays special attention to instances where Dionysus’ character is treated as somewhere between or outside of the traditional male-female gender binary, including placing emphasis on the god’s “effeminate” appearance and ability to influence other people to act across gendered lines. สารนิพนธ์ชิ้นนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเพื่อการแปลภาษาเก่าที่พบในบทสนทนาจากวรรณกรรมเรื่อง ทวิภพ ให้เป็นภาษาเก่าในภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้วิธีศึกษาค้นคว้าข้อมูลเพื่อหาวิธีระบุภาษาเก่าในตัวบทต้นฉบับ และศึกษาภาษาเก่าในภาษาปลายทางโดยการศึกษาภาษาเก่าจากวรรณกรรมของเจน ออสเตนและชาร์ลอต บรอนเต้ เพื่อเทียบเคียงภาษาแบบ time-matched archaization, hyper-archaization และ updated-archaization นอกจากนี้ยังวิเคราะห์วัจนลีลาและความสัมพันธ์ของตัวละครในเรื่อง ทวิภพ เพื่อที่จะสามารถเลือกวัจนลีลาในการแปลให้เหมาะสมกับความสัมพันธ์ของตัวละคร การศึกษาภาษาเก่าในภาษาอังกฤษจากวรรณกรรมที่เลือกเน้นศึกษาภาษาที่ใช้ในบทสนทนาเป็นหลักโดยการสุ่มบทสนทนาเพื่อระบุความโดดเด่นของภาษาในด้านของความเก่าของภาษาเพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ในการแปล ทฤษฎีและแนวทางการแปลที่นำมาใช้ในการวิจัยเพื่อการแปลนี้ประกอบไปด้วยทฤษฎี Dynamic Equivalence ของ Eugene A. Nida ทฤษฎี Skopos ของ Hans J. Vermeer และ Scene and Frame Semantics ของ Charles J. Fillmore และใช้กลยุทธ์การแก้ไขปัญหาการแปลข้ามวัฒนธรรมที่เสนอไว้โดย Antony Pym, Mona Baker และ Peter Newmark จากการศึกษาพบว่าภาษาเก่าแบ่งออกได้เป็น 3 ระดับ และการแปลภาษาเก่ามีกลยุทธ์ทั้งหมด 6 ระดับ ดังนั้นในการแปลภาษาเก่าจะต้องคำนึงถึงความสอดคล้องกันในแง่ของระดับความเก่าของภาษานอกเหนือจากการใช้จากทฤษฎีและแนวทางต่าง ๆ ที่ยกมาไว้ในสารนิพนธ์เล่มนี้

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการศึกษากลวิธีการแปลอนุประโยครูปกริยาขยายปัจจุบันในนวนิยายเรื่อง สัตว์ สยอง โลก แปลโดย ธิดา ผลิตผลการพิมพ์ จากต้นฉบับเรื่อง Zoo ของ James Patterson และ Michael Ledwidge ใน 3 ประเด็น คือ 1) หน้าที่ของรูปภาษาปลายทางเมื่อเทียบกับหน้าที่ของรูปภาษาต้นทาง 2) ประเภทของหน่วยทางวากยสัมพันธ์ของรูปภาษาปลายทางเมื่อเทียบกับหน้าที่ของรูปภาษาต้นทาง และ 3) กลวิธีการแปล กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมดมีจำนวน 140 ประโยค แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ประเภทตามแนวคิดการอธิบายความของอนุประโยค (clause expansion) ของ Halliday & Matthiessen (2014) ได้แก่ การลงความ (elaboration) 60 ประโยค การเสริมความ (extension) 40 ประโยค และการปรุงความ (enhancement) 40 ประโยค ทั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยใช้หลักวากยสัมพันธ์ของอมรา ประสิทธิ์รัฐสินธุ์ (2554) และกิ่งกาญจน์ เทพกาญจนา (2549) การเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปภาษาของแคตฟอร์ด (1965) และกลวิธีการแปลอนุประโยครูปกริยาขยายของวิมลตรี แก้วประชุม (2559) เป็นกรอบในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ จากการศึกษาประเด็นทั้ง 3 ประเด็นพบว่า 1) รูปภาษาปลายทางมีหน้าที่เพิ่มขึ้นมาจากหน้าที่ของรูปภาษาต้นทาง เนื่องจากผู้แปลปรับบทแปลโดยการเปลี่ยนระดับ (level shift) และการเปลี่ยนประเภท (category shift) ชนิดการเปลี่ยนหน่วย (unit shift) และการเปลี่ยนโครงสร้าง (structure shift) นอกจากนี้ รูปภาษาปลายทางที่ใช้แปลอนุประโยครูปกริยาขยายปัจจุบันทั้งสามประเภทยังแตกต่างกัน รูปภาษาปลายทางที่ใช้แปลอนุประโยครูปกริยาขยายปัจจุบันประเภทการลงความมีทั้งสิ้น 8 หน้าที่ เรียงลำดับจากอัตราความถี่สูงสุดไปยังอัตราความถี่ต่ำสุด ได้แก่ 1) ลงความอนุประโยคตั้งต้นโดยให้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับเรื่องเดิม พบร้อยละ 23.33 2) ลงความคำนามแบบจำกัดความ พบร้อยละ 20 3) เป็นภาคแสดงในประโยคกริยาเรียง พบร้อยละ …

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้จัดทำขึ้นโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และค้นหาแนวทางในการถ่ายทอดวัจนลีลาของตัวบทประเภทไพ่ทำนายดวงชะตาในไพ่ออราเคิลชุด Soul Truth Self-Awareness Card Deck ของ Brianne Hovey จากภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาไทยเพื่อสร้างบทแปลที่มีอรรถรสเทียบเคียงกับต้นฉบับ ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาค้นคว้าข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวบทคำทำนายดวงชะตาประเภทไพ่ แนวทางการวิเคราะห์ตัวบทของ คริสติอาเน นอร์ด (Christiane Nord) แนวทางการวิเคราะห์วัจนลีลาของลีชและชอร์ท (Leech and Short) แนวทางการแปลวัจนลีลาของจีน โบแอส-เบเออร์ (Jean Boase-Beier) แนวทางการแปลแบบตีความของฌอง เดอลีล (Jean Delisle) และความรู้เรื่องการตระหนักรู้ในตัวเอง (Self-awareness) เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการวิเคราะห์ตัวบท วิเคราะห์ปัญหาในการถ่ายทอดวัจนลีลา และวางแผนแก้ปัญหาดังกล่าว ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า ทฤษฎีและแนวทางต่าง ๆ ข้างต้นนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการแก้ปัญหาการแปลตัวบทคำทำนายประเภทไพ่ที่มีวัจนลีลาโดดเด่นได้ ทั้งการใช้คำศัพท์หรือวลีเฉพาะด้าน การใช้โครงสร้างประโยคที่โดดเด่น การใช้อุปลักษณ์เชิงมโนทัศน์ และการเล่นเสียงสัมผัสอักษร โดยสามารถถ่ายทอดวัจนลีลาอันมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัวไปสู่บทแปล อีกทั้งยังสามารถรักษาอรรถรสให้เทียบเคียงต้นฉบับได้

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอประมวลศัพท์เรื่องการดำน้ำลึก ซึ่งประกอบด้วยศัพท์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระดับของการดำน้ำลึก อุปกรณ์ประกอบการดำน้ำลึก และวิธีการลงดำน้ำลึก โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายหลักเพื่อศึกษาทฤษฎีทางศัพทวิทยาที่เกี่ยวข้องและกระบวนการจัดทำประมวลศัพท์ และจัดทำประมวลศัพท์เรื่องการดำน้ำลึกอย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องและสนใจที่จะศึกษาเรื่องการดำน้ำลึก รวมทั้งนักแปล นักล่าม สามารนำประมวลศัพท์นี้ไปใช้เป็นเอกสารอ้างอิงได้ ในการจัดทำประมวลศัพท์ฉบับนี้ได้ศึกษาและนำทฤษฎีทางศัพทวิทยาและแนวทางการจัดทำประมวลศัพท์ของนักศัพทวิทยาหลาย ๆ ท่านได้เสนอไว้มาประยุกต์ใช้ โดยกระบวนการทำงานแบ่งออกเป็น 5 ขั้นตอนที่สำคัญ ดังนี้ 1) การกำหนดหัวข้อ ขอบเขตของการวิจัย กลุ่มเป้าหมาย และวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดทำประมวลศัพท์ 2) การศึกษาทฤษฎีและระเบียบวิธีในการจัดทำประมวลศัพท์ 3) การรวบรวมและศึกษาข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำน้ำลึกเพื่อจัดทำคลังข้อมูลภาษาและการดึงศัพท์เฉพาะทางจากคลังข้อมูลภาษา 4) การกำหนดมโนทัศน์สัมพันธ์ระหว่างศัพท์ที่คัดเลือกมา 5) การจัดทำบันทึกข้อมูลศัพท์เบื้องต้นและบันทึกข้อมูลศัพท์เพื่อกำหนดนิยามและศัพท์เทียบเคียงในภาษาไทย ประมวลศัพท์เรื่องการดำน้ำลึกนี้ประกอบด้วยศัพท์ทั้งหมด 35 คำ ซึ่งนำเสนอตามกลุ่มมโนทัศน์สัมพันธ์และลำดับของมโนทัศน์สัมพันธ์ การนำเสนอศัพท์แต่ละคำนั้นประกอบด้วยศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ ศัพท์เทียบเคียงในภาษาไทย คำนิยาม ประเภททางไวยกรณ์ หมวดหมู่ บริบทอ้างอิงที่พบศัพท์ดังกล่าว มโนทัศน์สัมพันธ์พร้อมรหัสของลักษณะความสัมพันธ์ รูปทางภาษาอื่นของศัพท์ดังกล่าว และข้อมูลอ้างอิง

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการประเมินค่าทัศนคติในสำนวนแปล คำให้การเพื่อขอลี้ภัยของ พล.ต.ต. ปวีณ พงศ์สิรินทร์ 2 สำนวน โดยสำนักข่าวประชาไทและพรรคก้าวไกลจากภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาไทย ด้วยทฤษฎีการประเมินค่าโดย Martin และ White (2005) ประยุกต์ตามแนวทางการประเมินค่าการแปล โดย Jeremy Munday (2012) ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยของการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็น 3 ระดับชั้น โดยชั้นที่ 1 การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการประเมินค่าทัศนคติในตัวบทต้นฉบับและสำนวนแปล 2 สำนวน เพื่อวิเคราะห์การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางรูปภาษาที่เกิดจากการแปลทัศนคติของสำนวนแปลในหมวดหมู่อารมณ์ การตัดสินและความนิยมจากหน่วยสร้างที่แสดงทัศนคติ และระดับทัศนคติในหมวดหมู่ความเข้มข้นและความจำเพาะจากหน่วยสร้างที่แสดงระดับทัศนคติ ชั้นที่ 2 การอภิปรายผลการวิเคราะห์กับบริบทการแปล และจากนั้นสรุปผลการวิจัยในชั้นที่ 3 โดยผลการศึกษาพบการเสริมความเข้มข้นของทัศนคติและเน้นความจำเพาะในสำนวนแปล และการใช้สำนวนภาษาในการสื่อทัศนคติที่มีความเข้มข้นและตรงไปตรงมามากกว่าต้นฉบับ และการละไม่แปล และการแปลแบบตีความเกินทำให้สำนวนแปลสื่อใจความไม่ตรงกันกับภาษาที่ปรากฏในต้นฉบับบางจุด ซึ่งอนุมานได้ว่าสำนวนแปลที่สะท้อนออกมาในภาษาปลายทางมีอิทธิพลมาจากจุดยืน อุดมการณ์ทางการเมืองของผู้เขียนและผู้แปล รวมถึงหน้าที่และวัตถุประสงค์ของการนำตัวบทไปใช้ด้วย

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแปลตัวบทสุนทรพจน์แรกของประธานาธิบดีโจ ไบเดนจากภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาไทย ผู้วิจัยจึงศึกษาแนวทางการถ่ายทอดวัจนลีลาของตัวบทต้นฉบับสู่ตัวบทฉบับแปลโดยที่ยังคงสื่อความหมายและเนื้อหาไว้ได้อย่างครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ โดยต้องอาศัยแนวทางการวิเคราะห์ตัวบทของคริสติอาเน นอร์ด (Christiane Nord) ทฤษฎีการแปลแบบสื่อความหมาย (Communicative Translation) ของปีเตอร์ นิวมาร์ก (Peter Newmark) และแนวคิดการแปลวัจนลีลาของจีน โบแอส-เบเออร์ (Jean Boase-Beier) มาใช้เพื่อถ่ายทอดตัวบทสุนทรพจน์แรกที่คงรูปแบบวัจนลีลาและวาทศิลป์ไว้ได้อย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่าทฤษฎีต่าง ๆ ที่ผู้วิจัยเลือกมาใช้สามารถตอบโจทย์และมีหลักการแปลที่เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันทั้งบทแปล นั่นคือ บทสุนทรพจน์ที่เก็บลักษณะของวัจนลีลาไว้ได้อย่างครบถ้วน มีการใช้เครื่องมือทางวรรณศิลป์และวาทศิลป์ต่าง ๆ ที่ตรงตามความหมายที่ต้องการจะสื่อ ตลอดจนรักษารายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับบุคคล สถานที่ และเหตุการณ์สำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์ต่าง ๆ ไว้ได้

การแปลลักษณะเฉพาะทางวัฒนธรรมในหนังสือการ์ตูนมังงะเรื่อง เจ้าหนูข้าวจี่ โดย เกษม อภิชนตระกูล, ธนพนธ์ ปานอุดมลักษณ์

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์การแปลลักษณะเฉพาะทางวัฒนธรรม มุกตลก และภาษาถิ่นอีสานในหนังสือการ์ตูน เจ้าหนูข้าวจี่ ของเกษม อภิชนตระกูล ที่มีเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับการทำอาหารในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศไทย ตัวบทกรณีศึกษาพบคำหลายคำที่มีที่มาจากลักษณะเฉพาะทางวัฒนธรรมและความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรมของภาษาต้นทางและปลายทาง ทำให้กระบวนการแปลนั้นยากมากยิ่งขึ้น คำที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะทางวัฒนธรรมนั้นไม่สามารถที่จะแปลด้วยวิธีทั่วไปได้เลย ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สันนิษฐานได้ว่า ในการแปลลักษณะเฉพาะทางวัฒนธรรม จะต้องใช้กลวิธีการแปล เช่น กลยุทธ์การแปลลักษณะเฉพาะทางวัฒนธรรมของแอนโธนี พิม มาเพื่อแก้ปัญหาที่พบได้ในตัวบทกรณีศึกษานี้ นอกจากกลยุทธ์การแปลของแอนโธนี พิม แล้วการศึกษาครั้งนี้ยังพบว่ามุกตลกที่พบก็เป็นลักษณะเฉพาะทางวัฒนธรรมที่จะต้องได้รับการวิเคราะห์ด้วยเช่นกัน ซึ่งในการศึกษาครั้งนี้พบว่า มุกตลกสามารถแบ่งได้เป็น 3 ประเภทหลัก็คือ มุกตลกสากล มุกตลกเฉพาะวัฒนธรรมและมุกตลกทางภาษา มุกตลกสากลจะเป็นมุกตลกที่สามารถแปลด้วยวิธีการปรกติได้ แต่มุกตลกวัฒนธรรมจะต้องแปลแบบเดียวกันกับคำเฉพาะทางวัฒนธรรม ในขณะที่มุกตลกทางภาษาควรที่จะได้รับการแปลด้วยแนวทางการแปลของเดิร์ค เดลาบาสติสตา อีกประเด็นปัญหาหนึ่งที่พบก็คือ การใช้ภาษาถิ่นและภาษาไทยที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐานในตัวบทต้นทาง ทำให้ในการแปลจะต้องรักษาไว้ซึ่งความแปลกต่างดังกล่าวเพื่อให้คงไว้ถึงลักษณะที่ไม่เหมือนทางวัฒนธรรมของตัวละครนั้น งานวิจัยฉบับนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า ลักษณะเฉพาะทางวัฒนธรรมและมุกตลกวัฒนธรรมที่พบใน เจ้าหนูข้าวจี่ สามารถแปลโดยใช้แนวทางของแอนโธนี พิมและแนวทางการแปลหนังสือการ์ตูนของเคลาส์ เคนดล์ ในส่วนภาพของหนังสือการ์ตูนนั้นก็ใช้ในการแก้ปัญหาการแปลที่เกี่ยวกับการแปลลักษณะเฉพาะทางวัฒนธรรมได้ สำหรับมุกตลกทางภาษานั้นสามารถแปลโดยใช้แนวทางการแปลของเดิร์ค เดลาบาติสตา ทำให้การแปลเข้าใจและชัดเจนขึ้น สุดท้าย ภาษาอังกฤษที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐานก็สามารถนำมาแทนที่การใช้ภาษาไทยที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐานที่พบในตัวบทต้นทางได้ ซึ่งจะช่วยให้บทแปลสามารถที่จะคงไว้ซึ่งลักษณะหรือบทบาทของตัวละครรวมถึงลักษณะเฉพาะทางวัฒนธรรมของตัวละครเหล่านั้นด้วย

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษาแนวทางการแปลคำเลียนเสียงธรรมชาติ (Onomatopoeia) และการนำไปใช้ในการแปลนวนิยายเรื่อง The Council of Animals ของ Nick McDonell สมมติฐานในการวิจัยคือ การแปลคำเลียนเสียงธรรมชาติใช้กลวิธีการแปลด้วยคำเลียนเสียงธรรมชาติในภาษาปลายทางมากที่สุด ตามด้วยคำที่ไม่ใช่คำเลียนเสียงธรรมชาติ การถอดความ (paraphrase) และการละไม่แปล (omission) ตามลำดับ ผลจากการศึกษากลวิธีการแปลคำเลียนเสียงธรรมชาติจากภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาไทยของคลังข้อมูลต้นฉบับและบทแปลนวนิยายเกี่ยวกับสัตว์ จำนวน 4 เรื่อง พบว่า กลวิธีการแปลคำเลียนเสียงธรรมชาติ (onomatopoeia words) และ คำแสดงอาการส่งเสียงที่เกี่ยวข้อง (onomatopoeic verbs) มีทั้งหมด 4 วิธี เรียงตามสัดส่วนที่พบจากมากที่สุดไปน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ (ก) การแปลด้วยคำเลียนเสียงธรรมชาติ (ข) การแปลด้วยคำที่ไม่ใช่คำเลียนเสียงธรรมชาติ (ค) การแปลด้วยการถอดความ และ (ง) การละไม่แปล เมื่อนำมาปรับใช้กับการแปลตัวบทคัดสรรโดยยึดหลักเกณฑ์การวิเคราะห์คำเลียนเสียงธรรมชาติโดยใช้ทฤษฎีประเด็นสัมพันธ์ (Relevance-Theoretic Analysis) ของเรียวโกะ ซาซาโมโตะและรีเบคก้า แจ็คสัน (Ryoko Sasamoto and Rebecca Jackson) พบว่าคำเลียนเสียงธรรมชาติทุกคำใช้กลวิธีการแปลด้วยคำเลียนเสียงธรรมชาติทั้งหมดเนื่องจากที่มีองค์ประกอบด้านการแสดงมากกว่าการพูด และคำแสดงอาการส่งเสียงที่เกี่ยวข้องใช้กลวิธีการแปลด้วยคำเลียนเสียงธรรมชาติมากที่สุด ตามด้วยคำที่ไม่ใช่คำเลียนเสียงธรรมชาติ ตามลำดับ เนื่องจากคำส่วนใหญ่มีองค์ประกอบด้านการแสดงมากกว่าการพูด เพราะตัวบทคัดสรรให้ความสำคัญต่อองค์ประกอบทางเสียง ทั้งนี้การแปลคำเลียนเสียงธรรมชาติทั้ง 2 ประเภทไม่พบกลวิธีการถอดความและการละไม่แปล แต่พบกลวิธีย่อยประเภทอื่น คือ กลวิธีทางเสียง ได้แก่ การผันวรรณยุกต์ การเพิ่มจำนวนพยัญชนะ และการใช้คำซ้ำ

This article investigates the way in which Cuban literature reflected on indigenous people during the early half of the nineteenth century and uses the symbol of the Amerindians to demonstrate a moral disjuncture between them and the colonizer. This paper explores the concepts of "Border Culture" and "Borderlands" by Gloria Anzaldúa in Soy la Avon Lady and Other Stories, Homicide Survivors Picnic and Other Stories, by Lorraine López and the novel Mijito Doesn’t Live Here Anymore by Jaime Martínez. The paper argues that the Mexican American character in the southeast of the United States lives in the "Borderlands" and practices a "Border Culture" because they don't follow the traditional stereotypical role of the Mexican American character within the literary canon of both the dominant culture and Chicana/o literature.

本文從管治的角度探討了清前期多語文政治下的翻譯政策。在多族群、多語文的環境中，翻譯是清朝管治域內多語文族群的重要手段，翻譯政策的制定與實施對帝國的管轄統治存在多面向且多層級的影響。

基於清前期大量的滿、漢文檔案史料，本文重點描述和分析了清朝政府架構中的翻譯管理、翻譯識解、翻譯規範、翻譯機構，以及翻譯價值觀，旨在以翻譯研究等多個領域的方法和視角，層層遞進，分析清廷翻譯政策的施爲過程，揭示清廷如何使用翻譯來輔助其管治。

本文發現，滿洲統治者會按照滿洲的文化價值觀認識多語文環境，幷對滿語文和其他語文的翻譯權利實施區別化管控，爲前者爭取必要的生存空間。清廷對翻譯的概念化也以此爲基礎，從範疇上劃分了“內服型”書面語際翻譯和“外服型”口語語際翻譯，幷由此建構了以“繙譯”(ubaliyambumbi)和“通譯”(tungserembi/hafumbumbi)爲代表，分別針對筆譯和口譯的術語架構。

其次，清廷的“以譯而治”還體現在以翻譯政策指導滿文使用，管控翻譯規範。在儒籍滿譯的個案中，爲了應對滿語文日益衰落的困局，維護滿洲的族群身份，官方翻譯規範的重心逐漸由充分性轉向了可接受性，反映出偏向“滿洲化”的譯本優化方案。這種演變還進一步體現在跨機構的規範整合活動中。這些翻譯機構的結構分工和工作流程明顯受制於相似的行政體制，其中清帝始終居於權力與決策的中心，能夠自主地選擇來自蒙、漢、藏、維等語言文化的資訊與知識。

最後，本文將“以譯而治”的翻譯價值觀歸結爲異質語文間的“同文之治”。基於清代考據學的認識論和方法論，清前期的“異語同文” 既表示滿文或漢文單一文字的規範化，也暗含了可譯性的多重建構——除了指涉跨語際音、義轉換的完整性與規範化，也引申爲多民族帝國內部統一的倫理教化和語言管治權。清廷藉此建構了一個以滿文爲樞紐、多語文共存的話語空間，幷按照地域-族群的差異施行不同形式的“同文之治”，這些都直接或間接地支撐了滿洲族群統治中國王朝的正統性。

Autologous stem cell therapy is a promising treatment for patients with diabetes worldwide. Previous stem cell-derived β (SC-β) cell protocols were unable to efficiently differentiate multiple patient induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) into stem cell-derived islets (SC-islets), containing insulin-secreting SC-β cells. Recent updates targeting the actin cytoskeleton have enabled the differentiation of 14 diabetic and nondiabetic stem cell lines into SC-islets. We used genetic engineering, specifically CRISPR/Cas9, to correct the diabetes-causing mutation in stem cells from patients with Wolfram Syndrome.
